Very large store located in a very large shopping center with plenty of free parking. The store is always fully stocked with modern, trendy clothing; employees are engaging, friendly, and hardworking; and the clothing quality is consistently good and well-made. Prices are affordable and will leave you feeling you made the right choice when you visit this store. read more

J.Crew - Men's Clothing Near Me - Pasadena, California

I was in a crunch for some Summer events and stopped in for some last minute assistance for my fashion-challenged sensibilities. ;P The staff helped me get into a conveniently well-fitting linen suit, and I was off to my shindigs! The past few times I've been in need, the folks at this store have been super friendly and helpful--much appreciated! read more

I usually hate shopping, but my experience at the Pasadena J.Crew completely changed that, all thanks to Connie and Jaguar! Connie helped me pick out an incredible selection of clothes, encouraged me to try things I never would've considered, and gave me such thoughtful feedback on how everything looked. She made the whole process fun and stress-free. Then Jaguar checked me out, and he was just as amazing. So friendly, pleasant, and super cool. Together, they turned what could have been a tedious shopping trip into an absolute delight. I left with pieces I truly love and wouldn't have picked out on my own. If you're looking for excellent service, genuine help, and a fun shopping experience, ask for Connie and Jaguar, you won't regret it! read more

Great sale associates. I love the vibes and the quality. J. Crew never disappoints. My favorite store.

As soon as I walked in, I was graced in the presence of Grace. She asked me what I was looking for and helped me pick up an outfit for summer. We found an outfit that fit and looked good. It was a great day all thanks to Grace. If I was her boss I would promote her and give her an instant raise. To be quite frank I would make her the manager but that's a topic for another day. Make sure to ask for Grace when shopping at J Crew in Pasadena. read more

I've been a consistent customer for many years, and generally like Jcrew clothing and quality. But I will avoid shopping at this store. from this point forward. Their Store Manager Stacy does not know the first thing about Customer Service, sales or retaining loyal customers. She's smug, condescending and will make you want to not spend a single dollar there. I'm sure if you've been to this location, you know exactly who she is by my description. They have some good employees at this location, but she is not one of them! Super distasteful to have to deal with her! There are plenty of other stores in Pasadena with excellent customers service to spend your money at! Don't waste your time at this one. read more

I went today to be fitted for a suit and was helped by someone who really did a terrific job advising me.

Went to look for a dress at this location. 2 associates were on the floor. Was NOT EVEN GREETED didn't ask if I needed help it was like I was not even in the store. Never shopping in here if they treat customers that way. read more

The team working here on Monday, 4.8.2024 afternoon around 3pm was very cool. All very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I had a pair of pants on hold. I tried them on, they were cute and I got them. J Crew has some really cute clothes! I'm a fan. Thank you. read more

Purchased a T-shirt online. Size / fit was awful, way boxy Tried to return via mail, they only offer free returns in store. Costs 8 bucks to return via mail. Pretty much all your competitors offer free exchanges and returns, even small businesses. Pretty inexcusable for a company this big to charge that much for returns... pretty obvious plot to force people into your stores, which look like low-rent Banana Republic stores. Won't shop J Crew again. read more

Minimal selection, but the staff is nice! Parking is tough. Buy online, and return here

J Crew still doesn't disappoint. At a new more modern and hip location right next to the Apple Store on the legendary cool and hip Colorado Blvd, you can look fabulous while getting your latest iPhone updates! This new location is very new with high vaulted ceilings and pops with color from their new line of the season! Be sure to say hi to my fashion forward pal "H". That's "H" for handsome! The staff here is friendly and pretty knowledgeable. I love their selection of fashion choices and they have them in stock. See you here! read more

Since my daughter was here looking for clothes I waltzed on over to the men section to look for deals in the sale rack. Due to the ongoing C19 pandemic they are only allowing a few customers in at one time. The sale rack had a few items that looked promising but I passed on the good deals due to - I already have too many clothes. LOL read more

Amazing customer service at this location from Angel. He is absolutely a gem and great honest styling advice. I truly appreciate all his help. So grateful that I came in store. I even scored a cute striped linen dress 60% off! Return, Exchange, and purchase all went smoothly! Thanks again Angel B! read more

Skinny white sales associate was so rude and judgmental. Forget shopping at j crew. Yuck.

Super disappointed with the employees, walked in with the intent to buy a few gifts for a friend who loves j crew, spent about 20 mins walking around looking at different styles, about 4 different sales people walked by and not one ever acknowledged me, I eventually walked out read more

Located in Old Town Pasadena this is an open airy store as opposed to the Glendale Galleria store which is stuck in a mall. I went there on a Saturday afternoon to take advantage of their 50% off Friends and Family sale. Merchandise was plentiful and neatly arranged and everyone was helpful. One nice thing I noticed was that when a gentleman was waiting for a cashier, the salesperson directed him to another register where he didn't have to wait. 1-1/2 hr. free parking in city lots. read more

I love this J. Crew! Wide selection and best customer service ever! One of the workers named Patricia was really helpful and super nice! I believe she's also one of the stylists there. Even the cashier was really nice! I was honestly a little shocked at how genuinely great they both were. I haven't experienced wonderful customer service like that in a while. I also love how J. Crew will give you 15% off if you're a student! Just flash them your student ID! This includes sale items too! :) read more

Been in a JCrew craze lately so I felt I needed to at least review one location. This location is essentially perfect since its in the heart of old town pasadena where all the shops are. Only thing that bugs me is that I like to park in the free 2 hour structure and getting to this store means crossing a street or two and walking a block on hot Cali days (I'm lazy..I know....) The store itself is spacious with different rooms for different types of clothing. The staff were friendly and very willing to help me when asked. And almost forgot..the biggest perk? Their 10% student discount!! read more

There's a kid section in the back! And what a kid section it was! I love it! I'm so blessed God gave me a girl coz I get to buy girls AND boy's attire and she can pull it off. I've been looking for this khaki colored blazer for the longest time and I found it! Yeah, it's a bit pricey ($45) for such casual wear for a kid that will outgrow it in a couple of years, but believe me, I tried looking in the cheaper stores first and couldn't find it! :( I saw a pair of beautifully cut linen pants at the beginning of the season but it was too pricey at $100 (yes, I am cheap). Been looking for years for a decent replacement for my Gap one (which lasted 10 years so it was a steal at $20) so I waited for the end of the season to grab it when it's on sale... I can't find it! :( Next time I'm getting it at the beginning! :( It's hidden but there is a ramp to the rear portion for the handicapped... or parents with strollers! read more

Soooo pissed. It's Thursday at 7:04pm. Apparently they close at 7pm !?! Only wanted to buy one $100 item but the salesperson wouldn't let me in to get it. Guess they don't need or want my business. It's December, 3 weeks before Christmas! Uuuuugggggghh! Bulls?$&t read more

A bit bummed that the store moved to a smaller location. I was helped by Stacey today, and she was awesome! She found my size and delivered excellent customer service. I wish we could see more product displayed on the sales floor. read more

I love walking into stores and getting service, that just makes you want to buy more and more and it seems like they know what your style and own personal needs are. Which is also a bonus. One thing I love about this store is how many employees this place has. Note that some are nice and some can be a little rude depending on age but hey I guess if I was 80 I would be pretty pissed off as well. Enough said this place is great with mainly good service and a lot of selection on sizes and different types of clothing. It isn't just for the casual person or a person that is trying to get hired for a new job you can wear this anywhere and at anytime. I picked out a nice $40.00 shirt that would be great in blue denim jeans and just a fun day with a few friends !! One thing that I was so sad about is their recent jelly flats they said they sold out pretty much instantly. They had two colors- bright pink and a grey color...that bright pink was gorgeous and made me for !! But oh well I guess I gotta go in this store more often and right before spring starts !! :) read more

This store has really declined. I used to shop here and order online all the time. Their quality and selection has decreased over the last several years. Today I finally ventured ti the store and the line is ridiculous. The sign on the door states 15 people at a time, but they are only letting in 10 customers at a time. I pointed out the discrepancy and they had no explanation. read more

I bought J. Crew shorts at this Pasadena store. They wore and tore and then I had a bad experience with their corporate customer service and CEO, leaving the whole experience feeling cheap and distasteful. I bought these shorts, and they started ripping at certain points. I had to repair the pockets, because they developed holes in them. I had to repair them again for $10, because they tore again at the back. Then, a few weeks later it ripped again, at the back pockets. I liked the color and design of the shorts. But it seems like these shorts were such poor quality. Does J. Crew just want bad products, so you have to keep buying new clothes all the time? I emailed the CEO, who said that they would send it on to their design team. But because the shorts were a year old, they wouldn't do anything about it, except give me a 10% discount, which I found cheap and distasteful. You would think that feedback of that quality is worth more than that. The CEO was so cheap; he offered me only a 10% discount. How's that for customer loyalty? I've been a customer of JCrew, since 2001. They've always provided great customer service, but with their new CEO, it's become terrible. Also, their flip wallet, which I will no longer get, wore out. It's band no longer works. The last CEO was better and sent me a new wallet. This time around, though, I don't want a new wallet. And I think the shareholders should think about getting a new CEO. I have JCrew shoes from 2004, which I also bought in this Pasadena store, that are still good and high in quality. It appears that JCrew clothing and clothes is becoming of poor quality and so is their customer service. read more

Sadly this location doesn't carry petite sizes, but don't let that stop you from getting stuff you want! The sale associates here are extremely helpful and nice. If an item you're looking for is not available in store, in my case no petite sizes, they'll call other stores to check if the item is in stock and will have it shipped to you for FREE! J.Crew online charges $5 for shipping or free for orders $150+. It was so convenient to have someone do all that for me. Orders were placed over the "red phone". Be sure to ask/mention deals since orders placed on the red phone will be the selling price of the item. Please get whoever is helping you to inform the other person on the line! Normally online there's always a 25-30% off all original price items or outwear offer but I notice that offer is not advertise in the store. I was already planning to use the student discount (15%) with my purchases, but I couldn't hold back and asked the sale associate that helped me (Gus) if I was able to get any more type of discount since I notice there was a deal online. Basically J.Crew price match!! All this time, how did I not know that?!?!?! I was able to save much more than I expected! As for discounts, you can't combine them (ex. 30% off outwear + 15% student discount) unless you are purchasing sale items which normally is always marked as (take an additional 40% off). If you're buying sale items, you can apply the student discount which is 15% off on top of the 40% you've already taken. If you are no longer a student but still have your ID laying around, give it a try. An employee from a different store (Americana at Brand) informed me that as long as you still look like the person on the ID then you'll get the additional 15%. It's worth a shot. read more

About 8 years ago... my entire wardrobe was J. Crew. Not. Kidding. I would order online and a beautiful J. Crew package would arrive about once a week at my house... Thanks to great online sales and knowing everything would fit... That's also when my dad forked over his credit card so I could get a few new pieces of clothing for a summer vacation... haaaa.. Fast-Foward eight years... and I don't have dad's credit card any more... and J. Crew has upped its prices like.. woah... and the sizing seems a little whacked out now. Some stuff is too small, some stuff is too big -- yet... same size. I also found less-expensive alternatives (see: Martin + Osa) that I felt embodied that classic style a bit better than J. Crew has recently. However, today, I stopped in just to browse... and their summer collection is a lot of fun... very colorful and classic stuff. Welcome back J. Crew! I've been shopping at this store pretty much since it opened... and they've moved things around a bit since they FIRST opened (women's stuff used to be in the back... etc...) but the quality of the store has never gone down. It's always well-stocked and kept clean. Service has always been good too -- a slight gaff today... when I already had a fitting room started, and I moved on to a different area of the store, my arms loaded with clothes, and another sales person comes over to offer me a room, and I say, "Oh, I have one started, but I don't know where it is...." She asked me if I remember who helped me, I told her... and she said, "Oh, she's down there, and your room is probably up front too.." Um. Maybe, next time, you might want to take my clothes and add them to the dressing room, whether you were the one that started it or not... so, despite that... I did end up buying a great shirt and it wasn't on sale... and now I feel guilty... but dammit, every once in a while, a girl has to buy herself something that isn't on the sale rack. (p.s. I've always bought J. Crew suits.. and separates... best fitting suits and they last for-ev-er... definitely worth the price... and they're often on sale...) read more

Been here plenty of times before, but thought I'd leave a review for today's visit. The associate was so helpful, taking the extra step to find a better deal on something I was already set to buy. First time shopper and placed an order online to pick up in store and had to deal with an Incredibly rude associate named Adrian. First AND last time shopping at any J. Crew. Just for that, I'll be returning my $350 order. At this point, they should be grateful for any kind of money going to the company. Parking at this location is a nightmare as well!!! Good luck finding street parking, otherwise you're going to have to pay around $7 in a garage and walk. read more

My main criteria choosing clothes to wear is: If you ever see more than 2 high school students wearing the same thing you are, then it's time to go shopping iin different places. What can I say, the world doesn't revolve around AF and Hollister.... that's where J-crew comes in. Apparently J crew is known for being an "older" ppl's store. hah! great. that means kids won't get there for another.... 5 years. I remember when I was iin High School, before AF was even any popular, i was the only one wearing AF at school. see where things have shifted? bottom line is.... if u are looking for great quality clothings, with a less vintage feel, but equally as cool and hip and relaxed, then J-Crew is just the place. The prices are okay... dont think like ur stepping into Fendi or anythign like that. The service was superb, and the sales associates will most likely give you tips about fashion. Too bad there arent more J Crews around malls and stuff... but i guess thats actually a good thing. i dont want my high school brother wearing my clothes. BE A TRENDSETTER. read more

When people meet me, they are often surprised by the fact I do shop at J. Crew. I hardly look preppy but I have an inner prepster. And that girl loves the classic lines of J. Crew. However, my bargain hunter only allows her to show at the store when they do crazy sales. An extra 25% off your clearance prices? Done! I was convinced to buy the last remaining white denim jacket on clearance last Friday night. It was originally $$$ but I got it for just under $30. Pretty sweet deal! Of course, it'll have to hang out in my closet until spring. Unless I really want to try to do the "winter white" look. Ha! The Pasadena store is rather large. The front section off Colorado has most of the women's clothing, the shoes are in the center, on your way to the kid's section and the back houses the men's stuff. But you definitely want to go to the center because that's where they usually put all the sale stuff. I've gotten bikinis for $30, cargo pants for $16 and shorts for $5. Crazy! Most of the stores in Old Town tend to be really picked through and dirty but never J. Crew. And I adore the fact they put your receipt in a little envelope. Ah yes, silly little touches but it makes one feel good. read more

Came in to return items purchased online. They were from three separate orders - 2 CCs, 1 gift card purchase. I do this all the time and it's never been a problem until today. The girl at the counter acted annoyed while processing the returns, and then actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if she'd mind recycling the shipping box I'd brought in. "Um, no, I can throw it out." Rolls her eyes. I'm not a demanding patron. I wouldn't have asked her to dispose of the box for me if I hadn't had every other jcrew associate at every other store offer to do the same when I've brought in an online return. It was a pretty stark 180 from an overwhelmingly positive customer service experience I've had with jcrew at other brick-and-mortar stores and on the phone/online. The other thing about this location is that the selection is pretty lacking, for guys and girls both. Your best bet in LA for jcrew is The Grove. If you're looking for something close to Pasadena, skip this location and hit the one at the Americana in Glendale. The second star is for the dude in the men's section in the back. He was helpful and friendly. Otherwise, 1 star. read more

My number one clothing store because I cannot afford Marni. While AF (gah, I HATE, absolutely HATE AF!) and Hollister protray the perky drama queens fashion taste, J.Crew stays true to its fans (me) all along. As an artist, I love to play with colors. With J.Crew I can freely express myself on clothes without sacrificing quality. I often shop online at jcrew.com for many exclusive online products and offers. I go into the stores to try the clothes on before I place an order online, I also go into the stores for some in-store only products (but it doesn't happen often) and on-sale items. Customer service in the store is good- it's what you would expect. Once in a blue moon I would encounter a customer representative who isn't too happy about her job. But that's just 'once in a blue moon,' but then I also only go to the store once in a blue moon too, so really I don't expect a rep expressing her personal issue on a job site. One time when I was there I was helped with phone-order. The lady was very helpful and kind to service me. It's a shame that I don't remember her name. But she's one of those older ladies who I see all the time. She probably has worked there for a long time, and possibly even more time to come. Whether it's with phone-order or in-store, I'm always satisfied when she helped me. Perhaps anyone of you can tell me what her name is? D: read more

Mixed customer service experience. One salesperson (tall young woman) was very nice to me. Another (older woman) was very rude: grabbed some blazers I was trying on in front of a mirror away from me without saying anything first and basically marched me to a dressing room. If you are a person of color you never know if that white person was rude specifically to you, or just rude in general. Either way it gave me a bad feeling and I didn't want to buy anything anymore and just left. read more

This is a great place to find the latest J.Crew styles and the staff are fantastic. Always attentive, always checking on you. I got taken care of by multiple staff and they all are super helpful. This is a great location for J Crew which is one of my favorite major retailers. The service here is always impeccable and they run the 50% off sale items deal quite often. They also quite readily take my Music Teacher's Association of California card for the education discounts (15% off for all educators and students). Such a great deal. Even during sales the sizing choices aren't bad. Both my bridesmaids were able to find their sizes here for a vegan dress for my wedding. It was a fun time shopping here for those and I haven't had a bad experience yet any other time. read more

Bad service. A sales lady originally was helping me and then while I was trying on my shoe and I was waiting for her to come bk for the other sizes and she start chatting with another client/friend n watch me sitting there waiting for her for at least 10 minutes and on going still chatting with the other client which came after me. Shopping at store is to get helpful service from sales who can help and also to try on the actual merchandise, it's a respect to client and their own work professionalism's. Anyways I left... She saw me left and didn't want to help but keep chatting with the other friend/client. read more
