Staff is very friendly and helpful. Inventory changes once or twice per week so visit often to find items you wish as my recent visit did for me. Been visiting this store for the past two years and I ALWAYS leave happy with my purchases. The mall iteslf is VERY sad with no real name stores as tenents but a few and MANY vacant store spaces avail. What is going on? It actually feels like an indoor swapmeet. My husband was seeking for a comfortable and supportive pair of Hoka for work. My husband is a health care worker and his demanding job requires him to be on his feet for 8-16 hours on any given day (he often does double shifts and works two jobs). Maddie or Maddy (sorry if I am not spelling your name correctly) was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the different types of shoe brands and different types of supportive insoles. She started with a scan of my husband's feet and it shows that my husbands feet is very flat and that he needs a shoe with supportive arch. Maddie and her partner who is also very professional and helpful pulled out multiple pairs of shoes for my husband to try on. They let him tried multiples brands of insoles that were comfortable and supportive based on his feet scans with the different shoes. My husband ended up ordering a pair of Hoka from this store that will be shipped to our home with Currex dynamic insole to help support his arch. I tried on the Birkenstock Arizona sandal and felt in love with the support and comfort it offered. Being pregnant right now, it's been difficult to find a pair of sandal that is cute and comfortable especially with the semi-swollen feet. Joe, the owner was so kind to take the time to show my husband some feet exercise to help with his plantar fasciitis even after store hours. Overall, we highly recommend this store to everyone. The store manager told me they can't accept the return because the shoes are creased, dirty and it looks like I've used them outdoor a bunch of times, after I told him I used it twice indoor. Basically he called me a liar. They asked me why is it creased. I told them you can have a brand new pair and take 10 steps in them, they will crease due to the design. I even offered to demonstrate with a new pair, then he immediately said "we don't sell those shoes here." He mentioned that he's been selling shoes for 18 years and my return is the 5th time someone trying to do the same thing that day. They keep asking me why didn't I try the shoes inside my home? Well, they're basketball shoes so I had to try it at an indoor run. What am I gonna do, play basketball inside my house? They also asked why I ordered it if I know it's half a size bigger, so I told them that it's recommended to order half a size bigger for Nike sports shoes. Honestly I don't know why I spent so much time arguing with them when they can just tell me that it's against policy and that's the end of it. I could have just left to do the return online (which I did, smoothly.) At least now I know why it's called DICK'S Sporting Goods, because they hire mostly dicks to work at this location.

They refused and demanded I get a company gift card for the return shipping fee. Very gimmicky and completely void of accountability. Not to mention, if the pants are really worth the price, they would cover return shipping just to keep a customer. Sigh... Then I searched on social media for similar experiences. Sure enough, other Facebook users reported the same problem. I commented about my experience and interacted with others on their Facebook post advertising these pants. Not only did the company delete my comments, they blocked me. There is a reason this brand is consistently sold at hefty discounts at Nordstrom Rack and other discount retailers. Their merchandise is over-priced with inconsistent and poor quality. I also tried their other Meg style jeans and pants, and the Aida linen tops; same story. Inconsistent sizing, the pants were thick and stiff, and the linen tops were childishly short with jagged drop shoulder seams that make women look like football players. There were at least 4 visible associates on the floor but only 1 person ringing people up at cash wrap. I had about 6 customers ahead of me in line and it was a bit of a head scratcher to me why at least one more associate couldn't jump in to help the cashier some extra support. Overall I thought the merchandising was done nicely and the store felt nice and open. The newest polka flock gears were available and I also liked the varieties of accessories to ogle at during my wait in line. Unless I have another in store pick up I have to make here due to a merchandise availability, I don't anticipate returning. The laborious nature of finding parking, long wait in line, and the outdoor entrance only nature of the store makes this a no for repeat visit.
