Just left this store. The girl stocking shoes was very rude. I was looking at shoes that were on a…read morerack and she came to me said "excuse me" ripped off the sticker that was on the shoes I had. I told her "oh sorry about that" she replied with a tone saying "it's fine". The vibe I got from her was extremely negative. It did seem like she was some type of manager, the way she was working trying to get something done and not giving customer service. I work in customer service as a store manager, that type of customer service will scare away customers, and is a huge No no for me. I would rather go to the store with less shoes. The only person that greeted and gave great customer service was the cashier.

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but I had a concerning experience with a store manager today…read more I returned to the store after realizing I used the wrong coupon on a Crocs purchase. When I was told the correct coupon couldn't be applied after the transaction, I accepted it and proceeded with a return. While waiting, my teenage daughter overheard a manager, Fernando, say to another employee, "Tell those girls that our returns aren't working," then quickly retract it when she looked over. We completed the return without comment. As we were leaving, the same manager, Fernando, called out to my daughter, "Next time take a picture." When I asked what he meant, he said she had been "staring" at him. I told him she is a child and that the comment was inappropriate. He responded, "I am a child too." I then asked for a supervisor and was told none were available; I later learned he was a manager. Another manager stepped in, apologized, and offered the Crocs at no charge, which I appreciated. However, the issue is not the product or the resolution, but the behavior of a manager making a confrontational remark toward a teenage customer as she was leaving. I will be reporting this to Crocs corporate. Customers, especially minors, should be treated with professionalism and respect at all times.

I wasn't expecting to get the shoes because while in line I was told I needed a raffle. So he made this such a pleasant experience. They must've had a bit more than expected youth sizes. Today I call and ask if they have Air Force ones size 13 and I spoke to a gentlemen who was very pleasant and had amazing phone edict. He was able to locate a size 13 and told me they would hold them for me until my brother was able to get there. I asked for his name and it was Jay again! He's a great store manager and delivers great customer service !

Again, I preface every review of any business in this plaza, that parking can get a bit fisted. Especially since the lines are drawn so compact and close together and by the abundance of shops and restaurants in this plaza, so based on the time that you go, it can get kinda spooky in that regard (definitely the Aldi construction is adding to that and will definitely drive up the number of customers to the plaza). I was welcomed immediately when I came in and the workers were very welcoming and friendly. Even though there were so many self check out stations, she went out of her way to help me scan and check everything out and bag everything for me. I actually came here to grab some Halloween goods to build Boo Buckets, but the selection (1 week before Halloween) was quite slim. I was able to get some individually packed larger candies, which was nice. I couldn't get the actual bucket so I had to drive over to the other side to Dollar Tree for that. There's starting to be way more Christmas goods at this point. I love that there isn't a huge rush for Squishmallows as there used to be in the past, so I can always find a new cute squishy friend here. There's also some more affordable anime goods, and kawaii goods (Sanrio), board games, party favors, small purchases perfect for filling up gift bags or stockings, etc. And my most favorite is the weird, uncommon junk food here. The cost of Monster energy drinks is comparable to what is at the gas station and that's a huge plus to me. Got to finally try the Java Monster and Buldak potato chips here.
