I love to shop at Bath & Body works. It is always well stocked, clean, and organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store offers varieties of fragrance items such as fragrance mist, body lotion and body cream. They also carry 3-wick candles, home fragrance diffusers and liquid hand soap. All the products in the store are now smaller than before and expensive, too. I got myself Gentle & Clean Foaming Hand Soap Refill in Kitchen Lemon scent. read more

12/27/24 Went in, inspired by my fellow Yelp buddies to take advantage of the semi annual sales event. I was accompanied by my sister & cousin as they browsed. It's even better when they were about to close (15 minutes til closing) & there's just a handful of shoppers, too. At the end of the business day, most of the bins are empty but the staff are busily restocking. They appear friendly here & happy to answer questions. I was in the zone, thinking how I can quickly fill my basket & which scents to purchase. There were bins for 50 % off and other for 75% off. Got body wash, lotions & foam soaps. I. for some reason, do not have rewards on BBW App. I bought more than $50 worth of items about 2 weeks ago. I have to investigate. The cashier helped me with my haul and she was very pleasant. I like this stand alone store. *** Of note, I was later informed by my cousin after we left BBW that the store was robbed unbeknownst to me. My cousin saw 3 people (2 males, 1 female) walk in, fill up 2 baskets each, chat up the employees & calmly walked out of the store without paying. My sister was outside and saw them walk out without skipping a beat. Sad state of affairs. My cousin spoke to one of the employees & said they really couldn't do anything about it. Just atrocious! Went into the store to get the purse from the sweet hearts collection it was completely sold out Asked the lady if she could see if it was available at another store she told me she couldn't do that the system doesn't allow it, that I had to call the stores myself So I went online and they were sold out so I was checking to see if I could order it and so happy it popped up and said I could have it sent to the store I placed it and picked it up The young lady's in this store are so rude no hello nothing Then I'm standing at the register and no one there to help till finally someone notices then tells me I need to go to another window Asked my info gets my bag hands it to me and nothing else I'm just happy I was able to get it read more

This Bath & Body Works location is my favorite. They are never crowded like at West Covina Mall. However, the service was really bad. I had to wait quite a while before anyone even noticed that I was ready to pay for my purchases. There were plenty of workers there, but they were all busy stocking shelves, etc. I will continue to shop here even if the service isn't the best. read more

Came in at about 8:20 PM to look at the new Disney villains Collab, employee Michelle came off as rude, not acknowledging customers when they walked in, I asked if they had any paper testers to spray on perfume. She seemed annoyed and took some out of her apron. About five minutes later I asked if there was any coupons going on for the wall plug ins she scoffed and said no the whole time she's on her phone not even looking up or acknowledging me just acting annoyed like I'm interrupting her. Viviana on the other hand was amazing. Super friendly asked how I was doing. I asked if I was a reward member and just all around was a super sweet person who looks like she enjoys her job even when I was walking out I tried to get employee Michelle another chance, but she didn't even look up from her phone to acknowledge me literally, I can't stand people like that here she is still on her phone. She's probably a manager or something so she might not even care, but this really leaves a lasting impression. read more

Fragrances permeate your nostrils once you step in. Lots of interesting pleasant and calming aromatic candles, soaps, and other assorted home products. I came to browse candles and was quickly helped by an employee to show me where their candle selections were. They make great use of the space with lots of light colored artwork and decor. There's even a sink where customers can sample their products too. Decently busy with people milling around to explore and try products. Plaza is very busy with lots of other stores so parking can be a challenge. Also parking spaces here are very tight so you will need to park between the lines carefully and watch out for other cars. read more

RIP to one of the few reasons to visit the Puente Hills Mall, BUT I gotta say that this new location is really clean and swanky. Love the extra space and how huge the shop is. I dare say it's probably around the size of the one inside the Santa Anita Mall. My only issue is that getting into this plaza is a bit of a hassle, as well as getting parking since there's so many businesses around, but hey! There's so much parking across the street at the mall...but I digress. Had a great time doing day after Black Friday shopping here. Staff is super efficient, helpful, and friendly. Everything was nicely stocked and organized and HUGE PLUS - YOU CAN NOW PICK UP YOUR ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I don't have to go out of my way to the West Co mall anymore. All in all, happy to have this Bath & Body Works standalone location open! read more

Beautiful and clean bath & body works. I guess the puente hills mall is now officially dead that many of the retail stores have left. B&BW is located next to Marshall's right by the park. Parking is free but can be challenging to find a close parking spot. Tons of workers and they were all super helpful and nice. read more

Well the good part is that it is out of the mall and I am more likely and have been visiting more often. I love the order and pick up option but a lot of the stuff I do want is usually not available at this location. The people who are there help and are usually friendly. Just wanted to give a shout out to the workers at this location! They were really helpful. Shout out to the worker with ombré hair in the front around evening time on 7/26 she was really friendly. And the cashier with red hair and glasses. They were checking out me and another customer at the same time. The line wasn't even long but I appreciated their kindness and service. read more

Literally worst experience ever, came in to buy some stuff and redeem my reward I walked in asked the employee if she could help me find something in the gift price range she literally told me to look for it myself, so I did I looked around noticed price changes on my usual go tos so I went back to her and asked for help again, again she told me to just look around mind you the store was empty no other customers to help, I then grab my items and take it to the register, waited for about 2 minutes saying hello is anyone here until we just decided to flag down the same girl, she then told me I couldn't use my reward on any of the items (below the budget) so again I asked her for help finding the item I chose in a smaller version she AGAIN told me to just go look over there !!!! I left my items and walked out, and I know management and employees might not even care or laugh at this review but wow this type of customer service was just horrible as a former employee I'm shocked! read more

Shopped for the first time since they moved out of the mall and expected a huge crowd for candle day but although there was a lot of people the staff was efficient and management kept everything going! Store was fully stocked and you can see them restocking. Met the store manager Anita and she was so fun and knowledgeable! Love this location and they're available for online pickup! read more
