When I asked for assistance the associate was not very kind. I only picked up one item and I was bombarded to use a basket to shop. This Sephora really needs an attitude check as well as some real tender love and care. I arrived to purchase a few items as well as receive my birthday gift and I was excited until the very 1st employee rudely brushed past me and proceeded to welcome in the following guest that walked in AFTER me and my partner. Regardless of what race I am, the quality of service should be extended to every PAYING customer. I wish in 2026 business weren't racially biased but it's still taking time for this store to catch up. Along with at least making sure the store is organized AND cleaned. Spider webs and dust collection is normal but it's gets to point where employees need to be worried about the cleanliness of the store instead of eyeing down people of color. read more

Went in looking for a Men's facial scrubber. Sadly, I was advised by a very nice store employee that the only men's products sold at this store were men's colognes. No problem, I thought to myself and approached the men's cologne section located to the rear of the store. There were fifteen to twenty different men's cologne's on display, all of which had a unique and very nice scents. Pricing was a tad high but you get what you paid for with most items regardless of the price. Long lines, not enough cashiers. Not enough sales associates walking the floor to help out. The air is full of strong perfume enough to trigger a migraine if you suffer from migraines or headaches. Aside from that, service is great at making product recommendations. Overall, always a great trip to Sephora for all my makeup needs. read more

I loved coming here and everyone is usually nice. Today was probably the worst experience I've had at a Sephora. I've been looking for an item for a few days now. I've been to 4 Sephoras so far. I know you can order it online(this was my last try before ordering, which I mentioned to the person keep this in mind) At the first Sephora the guy matched me went out of his way to check the stock available the stock underneath/the back and showed me which locations had it available. The next two locations checked underneath and the back. They apologized that it wasn't in stock even though the app said it was. Now at this location, I hadn't even asked anyone for help but she came up to me asked if I needed help. I explained I was looking & it was my 4th Sephora trying to find the item and I asked if she could PLEASE check the bottom she did then because I'm exhausted (by my own fault really, I was just excited to get it sooner and in person) I asked if she could please check the back. She didn't even offer to do this and then seemed annoyed. Also want to mention I like going in person because I want to buy/try other things sometimes. She said they didn't have it and to order it online (which I had already told her I was going to do but she ignored me because she was too annoyed when I asked about checking the back) Honestly it was such a bad experience I ended up feeling so annoying and even I got in a bad mood. I ended up leaving when I had planned to get a lip liner and mascara. I don't think I was being annoying I thought it was a standard question and I did explain it was my 4th Sephora, a little more understanding would have gone a long way. I had such a Beautiful Makeover by Beauty Advisor Yvonne Raygoza. She did a wonderful job matching my foundation, asking what I wanted as my Makeup Look and truly delivering! I did a Natural Glam Look and it was SO Beautiful! I loved all the products she used and will definitely have some new products to choose from for myself in the future! That's one reason I really do love Makeovers on top of the fact you feel so Glam and Dolled up for the day but you also get to find new favorite products and they give you a list of what they used on you! It was totally worthwhile to me for a very special New Year's Eve! We went to the Misfit Bar which I will also review as well on here! This was a 60 minute Makeup Service! I also watched a woman getting a facial. I may have to come back for that Service as well. I didn't even realize Sephora offers that, how cool is that?! I love dolling up and feeling Beautiful in my skin! She was very knowledgeable and really took time to listen to my concerns and let me know what she was doing at every step! I also ordered the Eyelashes because you just can't do Glam without them! She put them on so so well! They stayed on all night and I appreciate the longevity of Makeup plus I can reuse them so it's worth it. The Eyelashes I chose reminds me of Doll eyes, super cute And that's why I loved my full experience plus I had my wheelchair and they were very understanding and accommodating for me!! That's very important to me! It Really showed they care!! I feel the pictures speak for themselves!! I decided to stop by this location. I was greeted when first walking in. I did ask for some help on pricing and help locating a certain item. The associate was doing her best to be friendly but seemed to be bothered due to me asking for help on several items. The line was a bit long, but we are in the "holiday season" so the store is a bit busy as expected. The cashier was friendly and helpful. honestly such a warm and welcoming experience every time i go. sophie and emily are my go to girls. sophie noticed my hands were cracked from working and recommended a lotion that repaired my skin barrier and helped with irritation. emily is always super nice and helpful and has always greeted me by name. recently my dad was doing christmas shopping and another one of the employees really helped him. he came back home saying how helpful the girls were and helped him pick out stuff from my christmas list. some items were out of stock so they helped him pick out other things i liked. no matter how busy it is, the employees are always kind and helpful. read more

I'm so glad that they opened a stand-along location here so that I don't have to go through the JC Penney location anymore. It's just unfortunate that they only face the outside of the mall, so you can't go in here from the inside of the mall. I had to make a return here as well as an exchange, and the process was pretty painless. The only thing is that they don't display all the shades for all the items, and it just so happens that the exact item that I was trying to get, they didn't have out on the shelves to just grab. I asked the person at the counter about it, and it turns out that they keep certain shades in the drawers on the bottom of the gondolas. It might be because this location is smaller than other ones I've been to, so they have to reduce the size of the displays, which is unfortunate since you don't get to see everything that they have to offer. If you're just browsing and you see something you might like but don't see your shade, you would most likely assume that all the shades on display are all the ones that are available from that brand, which is not the case here. The person who helped me was very helpful though, advising that they actually keep additional shades hidden in the bottom drawers, which is something that I never would have thought they would do. I did get my product exchanged, and I left satisfied with what I needed to get. This location is the closest one to me so I will be popping in from time to time, but I would have to make sure that I know exactly what I'm getting from here and have to ask around if I don't see it out on the shelves. read more

Really disappointed with this location. I'm a returning customer and continuously buying items from Sephora. I wanted a good under eye cream and spot treatment. I asked a young lady for two samples. One from the inkey list "Caffeine eye cream" and I forgot the other brand name. That I am aware from previous years, they would give you a good portion sample size. Enough to try it out for over a day. They gave me a single pump size sample for both. How am I suppose to know if I like it? I need to try it out maximum 2-3 times to see a difference.
