I just had my second hair styling (cut, color & blow dry) at the hair salon with Chris Salvana. He went above and beyond, especially with my hair color--I have very light blonde hair (self inflicted!) that needed a root touch up. Chris not only did that, but he also blended the roots expertly with the rest of my hair, toning down the brassy tones, leaving me with a beautiful, classy blonde color, which he mixed like a chemist prior to applying it. Chris is a wonderful stylist as well--he listens to your needs, offers his opinions and the reasons behind them, and is also a genuinely nice man with a calming presence! 2/11/2026 I called Ultra and asked if the young man could put a lipstick and a lip liner pencil at the register and my husband will be in to pick it up soon. The young man placed me on hold to see if they were in stock, he came back and said they are in stock and he has them at the register. I gave the young man my husband's name. My husband arrived home with the ultra bag with the two items I needed. I asked my husband did you go to the register ? NO you made it so easy for me to get what you needed by the pictures. I purchased the items before you called them. I called Ultra to let them know they can put the two items back for someone else. Jasmine answered the phone in the sweetest voice. I said hi, and I explained that my husband picked up a lip liner pencil in "cork"and a silky matte creamy lipstick in " Twig Twist #690 " and that I have the two exact products on hold at the register and I gave her my husbands name. Jasmine said " Oh Thank You for calling and letting us know." " We truly appreciate you letting us know." I said no " Thank you!" This is WHY I love Ultra and the employees here are all amazing.!!! Customer service is amazing, the employees and the manager are number 1 in my book. !!!! Large fully stocked store, assistants to help, polite, clean, very well organized, and maintained. I go to this Ulta very frequently. I have never had any problems or complaints... until now. I was shopping on Saturday 7/25 and I saw what I think is a manager she had black and blonde hair, push one of the girls working. I couldn't hear what was being said but this push did not look playful it was aggressive! I could not believe what I saw, she just pushed her right in the chest! Before I left i asked someone for the girls name who got pushed and they told me her name was Lily. It took me a couple days to actually decide to write this review I normally stay silent about these type of things but I decided I should write this. If that were me or my daughter I would want someone to say something and stand up for what's right. Nobody should be putting hands on anyone for any reason and for that to happen to this girl at her place of work is not okay. Your managers should have more class and better training . I hope you guys check on that poor girl and make sure nothing like this ever happens again to her or any of your other workers! I don't think I can ever step foot in this ulta again! My boyfriend recently spent 150$ and bought me a Gucci Flora perfume here. I have so many perfumes and this one I have been wanting because I love the sweet smell. I opened it the following day and I am someone who sprays perfume 10-20x all over my body I like to smell it on my clothes after so many hours. Well this specific one I noticed when I first sprayed it , it smelled old? I'm sure we all smelt perfume that has been sitting in our drawer or dresser for so long and know what that smells like. I didn't pay it no mind, until I noticed by the end of the day I couldn't smell anything on me, nothing I had my sister and mom smell me and no. Couple days passed and I was off and able to use it again, did the same thing 10-20x sprays all over my body. Smelled like old perfume again, and same thing by 3-4pm nothing of the scent on my clothes. I called ulta and told them if I can exchange it because the one I bought smells old. They were nice enough to do it for me the girl was so sweet about it and even put it on hold in the front. Then when I went to return it I started to look at the boxes and something was off. I asked the girl if the boxes look different and she said no she doesn't see anything I decided to take a picture and examine it at home. Idk if it's just me but the box on the left the GUCCI FLORA font looks way different then the one on the right ( the new box I got ) I started to think maybe someone bought a fake one and returned it for a new one? And I just so happened to get that fake one. I told my sister and she agreed the font does look off, and even the new one has a QR code that goes directly to the Gucci website. It's sad that we live in a world where we can't even spend money and buy nice things anymore without it being a scam or just cheap. So I'm writing this review so people can be aware when buying perfumes or even makeup and make sure it's not a fake. Not only that but so ulta can start making sure the products people are returning are legit products not fakes. read more

Most Ultas tend to be pretty similar, no matter which one you go to, so my review is for the make up assistant Natalie, who was so cool and helped me and my sister better understand the differences in the miriad of different colors available for the It Cosmetics foundation line. She never once gave that ultra fake high-octave voice that a lot of wait staff and store assistants often put on, like an act. I hate that. Instead she was calm, confident, friendly and taught us a lot about "warm vs cool", "pink vs yellow undertones", and what ultimately would be the best choice for my coloring. I'm not sure what his issue was but I was asking simple questions even apologizing if I couldn't explain clear in what I wanted. He kept groaning, just seemed completely annoyed. I felt very uncomfortable & felt like I shouldn't have been there. I tried asking for the manager but said the manager left him in charge. ULTA needs to talk to their employees on customer service. I'm not sure how he even got this job, he seems so annoyed to be working with the public. Please do better. I come to Ulta this location specifically about 1 to 2 times a week. Everyone is usually really sweet and helpful and the young man who helped color match me. Today was great helping me find stock check and just overall taking care of me. Priscilla, however, was extremely rude from the moment that I walked in. At first, I thought she just had an RBF. But then when I went to check out and she was my cashier, she was so passive aggressive, rolling her eyes and was not fully engaged. She not only treated me like this, but also the customers before me the same way. I get having bad days at work, but girl are you mad bc you suck at doing makeup??? Hours are incorrect on Yelp. They do not open until 10am on Saturdays. They have spaces for curbside pick up (signs posted), however when checking in on your email, it says they don't offer curbside. So be prepared to go inside. Got my order, luckily the person had me check before leaving because I did have a product missing from my order. He apologized and found my correct order and I was on my way. The cleansing line I use unfortunately is exclusive to Ulta, so I will be returning. read more

Well the last couple months claimed they "fixed" the issue but every single time I do curbside pick up and enter my car info and stuff nobody ever comes out. I sit there for 15 minutes and eventually get annoyed enough to just walk inside. I considered saying something on here before but assumed they were still working out the kinks. But today it happened to me again and when I went inside they didn't have a line of customers which to me just says they're negligent and don't pay attention. Every time this happens all I get is a "oh I'm so sorry". This store has some of the worst curbside and could stand to really do better. read more

I was surprised to be asked several times if i need help with anything. I was quite surprised that they have a full-service salon in the store as well. The store is clean and seemed to be well stocked. There are lots of Christmas goodies. How ever I came int the store because I had received a members perk because I had previously signed up for deals etc. Sadly, they were out of the birthday gift, and I was not able to receive one. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with an unpleasant experience I had at your Glendora location approximately four to five weeks ago. Upon entering the store, I was immediately overwhelmed by persistent attention from the sales associates. It felt as though I was being approached every few seconds to see if I needed assistance. While I understand that customer service is important, this level of attention became intrusive and uncomfortable, to the point where it made me reluctant to continue shopping. The situation escalated when I was was wrongfully accused of attempting to steal an item. One of the staff members confronted me, and despite my efforts to cooperate--showing the inside of my purse, my pockets, and even my sleeves--nothing was found. This accusation was not only unfounded but extremely embarrassing. I felt as though I was being unfairly targeted, especially considering the way I looked that day, which I believe may have contributed to the treatment I received. The attention I received from other customers while I was being questioned only intensified my discomfort. I got a notice in the mail for me to go to court because they are pressing charges and im going to go to court also and get an attorney and sue them immediatly. Ive never been treated so bad at a store . In the end, I felt completely humiliated and left the store without making a purchase. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I am now hesitant to shop at Ulta Beauty again. read more

I came in with my son to dye his hair blue and you would think Ulta has services for all ages and does not discriminate on gender hair cuts. 2 of the stylists stated they do not cut mens hair but did "try" and it was awful. Also, the stylist who was dyeing my sons hair blue made the statement that she's never done blue hair before, after already applying the bleach! Thankfully I was able to get my sons hair fixed at Kut Haus in Glendora. Please go to Kut Haus instead of Ulta for all your hair needs. They will be honest about their strengths and weaknesses in hair styling and can refer you to another stylist in the salon that can take amazing care of your hair! read more
