Great service that feels great. They constantly offer me promos but not sure I can as last time I signed on with a promo.... Also im hearing they are dropping two days they are open, Mondays is one of them. They hours do not suit us who work and that is frustrating. I get off at 430, Fridays they close early Sat is a short day, Sunday is closed. I work 730 to 430 so the earliest I can be there is 515....and now your closing two more days? Also I had 3 sessions left and all slots are filled and had to book each one about 2 weeks apart because your full or closed...so in a nut shell, I have three sessions and after booking I wont be able to use them up until Oct 22. It ruins my experience to have to rush so much to get there after work, and then cant book until far out. Why is your customers work schedules not considered? For these reasons I decided I would not renew my sessions. This is a med spa service, not a doctor's office. You aren't held to doctors office hours. read more

Today, I visited this establishment and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Ana, a staff member I had never encountered before. I had scheduled a double treatment, but to my dismay, she informed me that I would only be receiving one treatment because I was late. I attempted to explain that I had been caught in heavy traffic due to two accidents, but her only response was that room 1 was ready for me. I have been a loyal customer for nearly three months, visiting twice a week, and it has always been customary for someone to escort me to the treatment room. However, Ana did not take the time to do so. After waiting for a few minutes for her to come to the room, I decided to look for the bell and prepare myself for the treatment. Ultimately, I only received one treatment, and when it concluded, I brought up the two appointment messages I had received for 3:30 and 4:00 PM. To my surprise, she refused to check my phone and insisted that I was late, claiming that she was doing me a favor by accommodating me, despite the fact that I had arrived way before 4 PM. I mentioned that I had previously waited for a room, but this time, they would not extend the same courtesy, and she maintained that it was their policy. Frustrated she insisted there were been nice to me and thinking after spending a significant amount of money to be treated this way, I raised my voice, which seemed to provoke her further. I then attempted to speak with another staff member, but Ana interrupted and instructed her not to engage with me. Eventually, the other girl, who remained calm throughout the situation, mentioned that they were doing me a favor by scheduling another session to compensate for the missed treatment and continued given excuses for Ana's lack of professionalism. In the past, I have left positive reviews for this place, but I feel compelled to point out that they frequently run out of disposable bras and the cream intended for abdominal treatments. Additionally, Ana did not prepare the green juice I had specifically requested. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed that there was no one available on-site. I later learned that her name is Honey. Given that I have paid up front a substantial amount of money, always arrived on time, and treated the staff with respect, I had anticipated receiving outstanding service during my visit. read more

The staff was friendly and informative, but I did feel there was a strong sales push at the end of my appointment to commit to the package.
