My experience her has been great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had the privilege of doing the SlenderPro program with Julie C. And it was life-changing. I struggled with discipline and consistency when it came to weight-loss, but with Julie's guidance & help I managed to safely drop 30lbs in 3 months. I asked for the name of the "corporate manager and was told they couldn't give out that information. They withheld information when I signed up in Brea and failed to tell me the location would be shutting down in 4 weeks and Id have to drive to Glendora which is 45 minutes from me. They cling to the fact they withdraw your payments automatically so they have no interest in helping. Like I said, malpractice, misleading and scamming. That's how they work. read more

When I emailed their business account manager Nicole, she took a long time to respond and the second and third time I emailed, I got no response and still haven't! In addition, the treatments don't work. Unfortunately, there is no magic cure to slimming other than food reduction. Did not see results, when I purchased the package of 10 sessions I was told that was plenty for the results I was looking for. After 5 weeks there was no change. I was told it was too soon to see results. At my 10th session I was told "oh you would of needed another 10 sessions to get results. All they cared about was getting me in and not how hard it is to get there for the services. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a package from this place. First, their business practices are horrible. There is only one location so if you move and are unable to make it in, there is nothing you can do. They don't tell you this when you sign up. As far as their infrared treatment goes, there are some benefits however they are not what you think it's going to be. I moved out of the area and was unable to make it to that location. Almost 3 months of trying to contact someone there. I was given the option to go to Brea which is still a 30 minute drive for me and closed on my only day off.
