When I spoke to Alex, the manager, on the phone and he was extremely accommodating to my schedule and helped me with all my questions! On the day of my appointment I was kindly greeted with FREE CHAMPAGNE and a warm atmosphere! I love the decorations and ambiance here. I felt right at home. During my appointment, Carole the Owner and Esthetician carefully examined my skin and came to the conclusion that I should consider the Microdermabrasion package if I wish to see improvements in my skin. I came here for a girls day for my Moms birthday, I was a little nervous because I did not know what to expect since we had never been here before but as soon as we walked in the spa w we're taken away. It's absolutely gorgeous, clean and very neat. The owner carol let us set up some balloons flowers and charcuterie board for thee festivities and she also gave us a complementary bottle of champagne and provided the glasses for us. I am super careful and picky when it comes to services, one of my best friends gifted me with a gift card to Pamper Me Spa. I had not had a facial in years but decided to give it a try. When the owner asked me for payment, I asked her if she'll be able to honor Groupon price and she said yes but Groupon is having an additional promotion which saves me an extra 30% off. The owner said she can not honor that price nor my appointment today after all. That I can purchase it on Groupon and would have to wait to schedule an appointment for next week. When I was coming in on my 1 hour lunch breaks, she was aware of my time limit but still tried to give me the full treatment in a personalized way. Carole will also work with you when you let her know of specific problem areas you are trying to target. She's helped fade my badly microbladed eyebrows.
