When I spoke to Alex, the manager, on the phone and he was extremely accommodating to my schedule and helped me with all my questions! There is so much positive to say about this spa! I came here for a girls day for my Moms birthday, I was a little nervous because I did not know what to expect since we had never been here before but as soon as we walked in the spa w we're taken away. It's absolutely gorgeous, clean and very neat. She did it too hard that it irritated my face slightly. My thought was it's fine because I bought the facial for a Groupon price. Second time, I went here was to remove hair on my face. Omg! She did it too hard and very fast! It was very uncomfortable. could feel the razor on my face being push down. When I was coming in on my 1 hour lunch breaks, she was aware of my time limit but still tried to give me the full treatment in a personalized way.
