Jojo is amazing! Prices are fair and they truly care about their customers! This is a lash salon I would definitely recommend! I found JS Beauty after frantically searching for someone to help me with a new set of lashes. I had a nightmare situation where a lash tech at a different location completely messed up my lashes, and my eyes were incredibly sensitive after removing every single lash myself. Jojo responded to my messages immediately the night before and booked me the very next day. Throughout our appointment Jojo was gentle and really put me at ease. This was my first time at this new lash studio. I am very picky with my eyelash extensions but they do an amazing job here. This will be my go to lash studio from now on. The shop is very clean and the lash techs were all wearing masks, I felt very safe there especially visiting during covid. Jojo was my lash tech and she was so patient and kind to me. I couldn't decide what style or length to do so I just went with whatever she recommended. I went with the 6D lashes and I love how soft they are. The glue she used didn't irritate my eyes either, I usually have very sensitive eyes. I love her attention to detail, my lashes were very full and no gaps! I was very surprised with how quick she was able to finish a full set. I've been to other places and would be laying there for hours and hours. My lashes still look great after weeks with barely any fall out. This shows that they use good quality products and the application process is great work. Got my legs waxed here. I found this place after asking on Yelp and they offered the best price at $55. I asked if they could get me in that same day (Friday morning) and they said yes. I waited about 25 min before being seen which is understandable for booking a same day appointment. Once they were ready they brought me to a table that's separated from their lash tables by a curtain. They were thorough in getting every part of the leg. Getting booked here again was pretty difficult to find a time for both of us, and once we did they said they'd charge at $120 because the hairs on my legs were thick. This place is really far from my home so I have to find another place. If I was in the area and it wasn't as expensive, their service is pretty good! read more

Right as I walked in, I was impressed with how clean the place is. Techs were wearing double masks and they checked my temperature upon entering. Awful experience. Tried to make an appointment letting owner know my Groupon will expire soon & none tradable nor refundable as I bought awhile back. Been given the run around I would even take a super unholy 8 am or anytime. Was told no spot?!? For the next 2 weeks?! Because I'm coming in as a groupon customer?!!! I have been coming here for about one year now. Jojo is absolutely amazing. She always answers promptly to any appointment questions. And is quick to let me know if she is available. She once did same day appointment for me. I was initially hesitant to try eyelash extensions but I'm so glad I came to js beauty. It takes about one hour so not too long, the atmosphere is very relaxing with soft music I am guilty of having fallen asleep more than once. I love that I can try different styles, whether it be a more natural set or a fuller look. And I appreciate her advice on what goes best with my eyeshape. *Serviced During Covid* My top 3 lash places! I've been extremely picky about where to get my lashes done, since health is of course a huge concern now. My friend recommended this spot and decided to book a (really easy) appointment. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with how clean the place was. The techs were wearing masks/ double masks and I felt very comfortable and relieved. My lash tech, Jojo, was gentle, informative and helpful. I wanted volume and 3D lashes. She was a bit concerned about my requested length because it might turn out more dramatic that I'd like. I stood my ground and thought it was best for me. When I laid down and she noticed how many lashes I already had, she kindly recommended me to lower the length again. I gave in and said yes :P she was careful and I was soo comfortable that I ended up falling asleep. When I woke up, there was only 10 mins left of my service! As i opened my eyes to check out my lashes, I was expecting something "too natural" since she lowered my length but woow was I surprised! It was the perfect amount of volume/ length/ dramatic effect I wanted! Although the lashes are very beautiful, they don't last long. (I came here because my regular lash tech wasn't available and needed them done asap) It was my first time at this place and I fell in love with how my lashes looked and how fast they were done (1hr and 30min). The only problem was that after 4 days almost all my lashes had fallen out. I went back and Sally filled them again. After 3 days they were all falling out again. Within 1 week, I had them done twice because they just kept falling. I know how to take care of them, but it seems like these lashes can't resist long even with proper care. read more
