I've been coming to this lash place for years now. I live in Ontario and I still make the drive to do my lashes here. I cannot recommend Nana enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Her space is clean, relaxing, and professional -- you can tell she truly cares about her clients and her craft. Nana is incredibly talented and detail-oriented. She takes her time to make sure every lash is perfectly placed, and the final result always exceeds my expectations. My lashes look full, fluffy, and beautifully customized to suit my eye shape. I constantly get compliments! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she's also so sweet and easy to talk to. First time coming here, and I'm glad to say I will definitely be going back! I think I've found my eyebrow/eyelash place! The interior is super clean and very calming! I fell asleep when I was getting my lashes done lol. I got the First Time Special which consisted of the Lash Lift and Tint and an eyebrow wax. I've never gotten my eyebrows waxed before and it didn't hurt as bad as I thought, like a 1/10! My skin just naturally gets red after a wax so ignore that in the picture LOL. I am obsessed with how my lashes turned out with the lash lift! No stinging in my eyes at all too. Joy was who I was doing my eyebrows and lashes. She is very sweet and professional! i have been coming here for couple months now & the past experiences were good. But that changed yesterday, i came in for a new full set of lashes as soon as i walked in she immediately just had me lay down to start i asked to have them be cat eye style, mind you she didn't even ask me how did i want my lashes or anything. i figured they were going to give me my usual? but as soon as we finish the lashes were not what i expected nor asked for. they were short looked low effort i told her id like them to be more longer & cat eyed she tried to fix it but still looks low effort like if she was rushing me out. yet she still charged me 129.00 for lashes that we're not the style i asked. i pay that amount for a volume set?? weird. anyways won't be coming back. read more

Unfortunately that does not match the service provided UPDATE TO SELLER'S RESPONSE**** The young girl that did my lashes did NOT speak English very well, she had a difficult time understanding since the moment I walked in to inquire about the services provided - she herself stated that she didn't understand English well, and proceeded to call another employee at which they both spoke in their language- THAT is why I commented in regards to the language barrier. When YOU messaged me, your continuance effort to try to make it as IF I was looking for my money back - Never Did I ask for my money back!! THAT is when I used the word "F" - as a statement NOT directed at you or a person individually - yet YOU STILL continued to make it about Money ??? Yes I was upset! YES I am upset, because my eyes looked like a clown! Absolutely Embarrassing and disgusting to attempt to discredit my experience at your establishment! I paid for a service that was not provided as requested and presented - I HAVE A RIGHT to warn others! My eyelash removal with Nana (sorry if I misspelled!) was 10/10. my eyes are naturally extremely sensitive and they twitch a lot whether it is eyelash extension, application, or removal. Today I walked out with none agitated, eyes and very happy! I will definitely be going back!!! Thank you Nana!!!!! I stopped by to get my lashes done here, after a less than pleasant experience at another newly opened location not too far from this place, and I have to say that I am pleased with the service I received. They will walk you through the the different lash options they offer and will even recommend what they believe will look best on your eye shape etc. It is a very relaxing place. Came on as a walk-in/new customer and was set up with Claire within 30 minutes. Reason for 5 stars: discount for new customers/affordability ambiance. Love the look and feel of the place Claire was great . Lashes are beautiful considering I don't have much natural lashes. I pulled off the last ones I had because previous place I went to was horrible Steven and Claire both offered drinks. Customer service is on point other services are offered. I don't normally leave reviews unless I'm absolutely satisfied with any service. However, after going to Bell Lashes I have been constantly satisfied with every service I have gotten. My eyelash technician Joy listened to what I wanted and was patient. I have had bad experiences with the lash glue in the past at other eyelash businesses. To the point where it stung my eyes for days. The glue that Joy used hasn't caused me any irritation whatsoever. The retention of the eyelash glue is great. I got a fill today and it didn't take long because I didn't lose that many lashes. If you're considering this business, do not hesitate and book an appointment. Their hours are very flexible. I've pretty much been coming here since they opened. It's always been clean and sanitary which is #1 for me. Aside from that the techs have always been great and the folks at the front desk are always personable and friendly. They offer a complimentary beverage (non-alcoholic) after your service. Edit: my lashes lasted for about 4 weeks!!! :) Got my lashes done by Jenny and they came out just how I wanted!! I gave her inspo pics of wispy cat eye style and she nailed it. My natural lashes are pretty hard to work with and in previous experiences I usually am not very satisfied with how my extensions come out. But Jenny did such a great job!!!
