I recently got eyelash extensions here and unfortunately my experience wasn't great. The lashes came out uneven, and there were noticeable spaces left between the extensions that made the set look incomplete. For the price, I expected a much more polished result. the worst lash experience of my life. i've had lash lifts before and none of them have burned. this burned my eyelids during the whole process and at the end, my actual eyes burned so much. i did tell the tech as it was happening each time. also, during the process i felt her pulling my lashes so hard which was uncomfortable, painful and dried out my eyes making the already painful experience worse. when it was finally over, my lashes do not look good. they did not lift evenly, i have some breakage and my right eye is still so uncomfortable currently as i write this. after the lift was over, she was trying to clean around my eyes to stop the burning but she was not gentle and made my eyes feel worse. it felt like the edges of my eyelids were getting exposed and my eyes were drying out. i had to ask her to stop and give me a tissue so that i could dry my own eyes. i spent $95 to be in pain and feel ugly for 10 weeks. i cannot wait for this to grow out. i truly wholeheartedly regret going there for a lift. i wanted to feel pretty but left feeling so sad, hurt and self conscious. read more
