She had gotten my appointment mixed up but was still able to do my lashes. She didn't ask how curled or lifted I wanted my lashes to be. During the appointment, she spilt something in my eye and it stung ALOT, but she was able to clean it up quick. My lashes did not look very lifted at all and they are uneven, and so I left her know if there was anything to fix this...which is when she mentioned that she had smaller rods that she could use NEXT TIME. I'm a little upset that she didn't ask prior to working on my lashes on what I wanted if she had different options for levels of lift. I get that she got her schedules mixed up, and maybe that's why she forgot to ask/offer different styles? She offered to give me a discount the next time I came back...but I came her solely because I have an event the next day. I don't know if I will be coming back on my own. She was sweet and the space was clean and quiet, but I guess my lesson is to ask before trusting them. Edit: She reached out to me immediately and asked for me to come in tomorrow so that she could fix them. She fit me in with my availability, which I was very thankful for. Compared to eyelash extensions, I personally love lash lifts. They're super low maintenance and last a long time. Apple did an amazing job with my lash lift! Even with my natural lashes, she was able to give me that long, lifted look that's sometimes hard to achieve as an Asian. She's so kind and attentive, and her work is just flawless. With an impressive attention to detail Jolin noticed that I normally wears glasses and she immediately change the length of the lashes so the lashes won't be touching my glasses. The finish look really was flawless. This was the 4th time for me getting the lash extensions and two out of the four times I had the lashes done at Miss Lash. 1st time at Miss Lash's Diamond Bar location and this time I went to their new location in Arcadia! I fell asleep BOTH times getting my lashes done! Both places have cute designs, clean and comfortable environments and professional lash techs.
