I have worked with all the girls there. In particular, I want to give a huge shoutout to Vivian. She is one of the absolute gems of the client service team, someone who is incredibly knowledgeable in the science behind all the treatments but has never tried to sell me the most expensive service that doesn't suit my skin type. There have been times when she's given me honest advice, even if it meant steering me away from a beauty trend that I don't need yet, because she genuinely cares about my skin's long-term health. Though she offered certain services, like a Hydro facial wash, she made it clear that it probably wouldn't be the resolution for me. She gave me some advice as well that should help me out a little bit. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back. The Himalayan salt room is the only shared area. The interior is well maintained, although it feels a bit outdated. the cleaning staff was attentive and kept the spa clean. I arrived 45 minutes before my massage so I could use the Himalayan salt room and sauna, and take a shower before my 60-minute massage. Overall, my experience was good. They charge $50 for a day pass. I would love to go back and use the spa again sometime in the future.

I am getting drowsy now because it feels so nice. Head massage, neck and shoulder massage, warm water on head and neck and that's all I remembered because by now, I am practically asleep. Before I know it, it's time to get up! Fastest 90 mins ever. Now I want the 2 hour treatment!!! We go to the mirror vanity table to finish off with the blow dry but not before serum was added to the scalp and some other things they do. When I asked how much longer it would be, they admitted they have a current session thats 75 minutes long. That basically meant they gave away our original appointment slot to another customer and expected us to wait over an hour past our scheduled time and lied in the beginning by saying it was only getting pushed back by 30 minutes. I decided to cancel my appointment because i wasn't gonna wait longer. Completely disrespectful of customers' time, especially after driving so far. Very disappointing experience and poor scheduling/communication.

At no point during my appointment did she tell me that she was administering additional units beyond what was included in the promotion. She never asked for my approval, never explained that there would be an extra charge, and never gave me the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to pay an additional $252. I left the office happy, believing I had received the $200 promotional treatment I had agreed to. It wasn't until after I had left that I discovered my card had been charged an additional $252 without my authorization. Had I been informed beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I felt blindsided by a charge I never agreed to. I also wasn't satisfied with the results. The injector did not place the Botox exactly where I requested. Instead of treating the areas we discussed, I experienced tightness in areas that were not my primary concern. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency. The injector had every opportunity to explain that she intended to use additional units and that doing so would increase the cost, but that conversation never happened. As a patient, I believe I should have been informed and asked for my consent before any additional product was used or any extra charges were incurred. I disputed the charge, yet no one has taken accountability, and I have still not received a phone call from the office manager to discuss what happened. For a facility with such a strong reputation, this experience has left me feeling that transparency and trust were lacking. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning.

I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors!
