I want to give a huge shoutout to this eyelash extension service! From the moment I stepped into the store, I was met with professionalism and warmth. The environment is clean and tidy, making it feel very comfortable. The lash artist name is Mia. She was incredibly attentive, recommending the most suitable lash style based on the shape of my eyes and my preferences. Throughout the entire process, her technique was skilled and gentle--I hardly felt any discomfort. Her patience and meticulous attention to detail truly impressed me, with every lash perfectly placed. The final result absolutely blew me away--the lashes look natural and beautifully curled! I also had the beautiful nail artist Rebecca give me a glass cat eye style pedicure, and I'm feeling fabulous today!

To my surprise, I came into a very clean, quiet, relaxing environment that is set up for all your beauty relaxation needs! Not only does lash bar offer facials but lash extensions! Granted I came for the facial, that will be my discussion topic for this review. I was greeted with a friendly face as I walked in. I booked this appointment by calling in two weeks in advance and was seen right away. I came with two of my girls and we had our own private room for the facial. Mia was wonderful! Super kind, knowledgeable and caring of our skin. She made sure to let us know during the moments in our facial when it may hurt and what to expect. Being this was my first facial, I was very comfortable and relaxed. Part of the package was a head massage and arm / neck massage. Thank you Mia for a great experience. Followed by my microdermabrasion facial, I added the LED MASK that would help kill bacteria and assist with closing my pores. My experience felt like I was in a cool rainforest facial. Super calming and refreshing!

Super cute set up and clean. I didn't see them disinfecting the tools before starting on the next client but they could've done it while my lashes were drying. Just something to pay attention to. My biggest concern and complaint is that I noticed while watching them that they don't isolate the lash hopefully they train the girls to begin doing this because my eyes burned for about an hour after because of how clumped and close to my eyelid the lashes were slapped on.

DThe ladies there are very personable. My personal favorite is Mia. She does a great set of lashes that have lasted longer than usual . The music they have playing is quite soothing, (a highlight for me?) the place is clean! WOW! First time here and I am super super happy! Made a appointment same day which was super great. Lashes were $69 and eyebrow wax was $10. Hybrid style with 15,16,17 cat eye shape and they look amazing. I 1000% recommend Hanna! She was very kind and helpful and she finished in an hour (always a plus)! I had my eyelash extensions done here, and with Groupon it was a great deal, but they only accept it once. The place is clean and the staff were very nice. The extensions looked nice and lasted about a month. It took around 90 minutes to complete the classic eyelash set. read more

I wanted to try a new lash place and was always curious about it. I couldn't find the updated pricing online so I found a groupon deal. I called before buying the groupon and they told me to screenshot the deal and they will match the price which was nice of them. The place is pretty clean and the lashes last for about 3 -4 weeks. They only have one material and glue to choose from but they had different styles of lashes that they can do. There's plenty of parking. read more

This place is very dishonest, my wife quoted one price over the phone and when she finished her eyelashes, she charged her $10 more. What a freaking dishonest business. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to get ripoff. There are plenty of lashes out there. This place needs to rethink their business practice. And watch out for their Groupons, they only accept it for 1st time customers but it doesn't even state that on the Groupon, that's one shady business. read more

I was truly disappointed. I sent a picture of what kind of manicure i wanted and was told they could do it. After driving 30+mins... i get there and they say they couldn't do it. Then when i changed to another simpler desgin...there was miscommunication and still was not what i wanted. Still paid full price! I had such high hopes. read more

Update: Got an unexpected text from Ada saying I could come in today (Tuesday) to get my lashes fixed. It looked like she opened up just to accommodate my schedule. She was super nice about it and apologetic that the lashes fell out. She didn't just go over the section that fell out but rather looked over all the lashes. She took her time too and I never once felt rushed. I really appreciate this and can't wait to show off my lashes at my event. ------ Got my lashes done Friday and they started to fall out on Sunday morning. I didn't put makeup on and I kept away from water and oil for the first 24 hours as they instructed. Kinda bummed cause my event is this coming Wednesday. I called to see if they could fix it on Monday but they had no time and couldn't do it till Wednesday which doesn't work since that's my event day. The hours listed as open 7 days a week till 7pm are misleading cause when I called they said they close at 6pm on Monday and were closed all day Tuesday. Place and people were nice enough when I went initially but now that my lashes have started to fall out in just a couple of days, I'm not sure I'll go back again. It's not just a few strays here and there too but a whole section on one eye. Really disappointed cause I thought I had found a new place. Guess it's back to the drawing board. read more

I got my lashes done about a month ago. However, prior to that I went to different place that I love and had no complaints. However, im pregnant and i was on the hunt for a place that caters to pregnant women. I called The Lash Bar including a lot of other places telling them that I'm pregnant and that I can't lay on my back for too long. I asked if they had a table/ bed that reclined so I can sit up a little. Right away the lady said, yes come in. When I walked in, they were very nice. Showed me their board of lashes. I chose the real mink with volume. They led me to the table. However, the table was flat I asked about the reclining table. They all appeared to be confused. The main person says oh and brings a pillow for my head. I decided to go through with it as I tried to position my body in the most comfortable way. I got through it the came out nice. However, the glue burned my eyes. The lashes do not feel like real mink. They feel harsh. It hurts to touch them. They feel rough. My eyes were itchy nonstop for the first 2 weeks. I woke up in pain and I even had what appeared to be dry blood on the side of my eye. After the 2nd week I could care less and have been hoping they fall off. I will say, they have super glue because although i became careless by putting on oily lotion and makeup remover. They didn't come off right away. read more

5 star lash bar for excellent quality and service. Mia is very knowledgeable and professional. My lashes stayed on for 2 weeks plus. Mia did a volume set under 1 hour. Very impressive!!! It was very comfortable, I didn't feel like I had a volume set on. I only came back for a refill since i brought my sister in. Even tho I live 2 hours away.. it's worth the drive. Ellie did an amazing job with my lashes and I'm completely in love! She was meticulous and made sure my lashes were perfect. I made it clear to Nely that I desired a trim that was exactly 2 inches and she instead decided on her own to trim off 5 inches of my hair without any confirmation before hand. Before my hair was trimmed it was long and perfectly reached my waistline. Afterwords my hair sadly resided at choppy shoulder length. I am extremely devastated and mourned my long hair. Due to this awful experience I have not gotten a haircut since Nely's brutalization. I will say my hair has barely grown back less than 3 inches when normally my hair grows back very fast. I frequently take biotin supplements and routinely lather my hair with castor + moroccan oil to help aid in growth. Take your business and time somewhere else, invest in your hair or you'll be unfortunate like myself.

I came in to have my lash extensions removed and get a lash lift, and unfortunately my experience was not a good one. During the removal process, it felt like my natural lashes were being pulled out along with the extensions, which was painful and concerning. After the lash lift, my lashes turned out very uneven--one side was lifted while the other wasn't--and my eyes were left burning. The appointment also felt very rushed. Products were applied to my eyes without any explanation of what was being used, which made me uncomfortable. When I brought up the issues, I was given a refund, but I was quickly rushed out without any real attempt to fix the problem or offer a proper solution.
