I literally have gotten waxed at least once by all of the girls and don't have a single complaint. Now a days I generally go to Marley or Jessica because that's where I have landed this season. Everyone here is professional, clean, and good at what they do. There is parking on the street in front of the shop, and sometimes it's full. But that's really my only nit picky complaint.

I came in at 6:15 ish for a pedicure, I usually always get gel but I was going to come back in two week or so but of course they pressured me into it. Here is the thing, the lady doing my toes didn't do a great job with the prep, the toes are not filed nicely and square shape how I wanted, and she ended up cutting my toe having to stop the service because it wouldn't stop bleeding. She wanted to continue service with blood probably going to get everywhere and wanted to secure my cut with nail glue. I said no so fast and told her no paint. No massage no hot towel, no gel service because she cut me and still charged me $28 for it. Work has been shitty honestly. There are so much better places.

Needed to start a monthly facial routine to prep my skin for my upcoming wedding later this year…read more Called MOI the night before my appointment and they were able to take me in Saturday 3pm for a basic facial which included a regular facial, and a neck, shoulder and arm massage. Walking into the appointment, the atmosphere was very quiet. The waiting area was separated by a bookcase which blocks the rest of the facial area. There is a curtain that divides the "hallway" into the facial area, but no separation between all the beds. The whole service took an hour and I'm pretty sure I was knocked out for how relaxing the service was. My skin was super rough and dry walking into the service and came out moisturized and plump. The price is very much worth the experience and I 100% recommend it!

Do not come here. I've never felt the need to write a negative Yelp review before, but this…read moreexperience was horrible. First of all, the salon was extremely dirty. The barbicide looked like it hadn't been changed in ages, and there were dust and toenail clippings all over the floor. It did not feel like a clean or safe environment. I came in asking to have my Gel-X nails removed, and the woman immediately began arguing with me, insisting they were acrylic. I repeatedly told her I only get Gel-X, but she continued to argue instead of listening. It was clear she had no idea how to properly remove them. She kept painfully prying at my nails, even though I told her multiple times that it hurt. To make matters worse, she began lecturing me about how I should never get Gel-X nails, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Despite the terrible experience, I still tipped her -- and she snatched the cash from my hand without a single word. There's still product left on my nails, and I honestly regret ever walking into this place. I will never be coming back.
