I come in for a manicure and pedicure set, my manicure set was done perfectly but when it came down to doing my pedicure the service was not great. I specifically asked for a Number 3 which includes exfoliation scrub, along with a 10 min massage and a few extra services but those two are the main ones I will speak upon. So when it came down to doing the scrub the worker with the glasses and orange hair with blue metallic nails she literally only applied scrub on my feet to which I've always known they do the scrub starting from a bit below the knee right down to your feet and she didn't do that at all. And don't get me started on the supposedly "10 minute massage" it ended up being 6 minutes in stead. Once it came down the paying, I politely asked how is a scrub properly done, to which the worker who had done my manicure along with another worker said it's done from the knee to the feet Andi explained to her that it was not done and I never received the so called 10 minute massage. I only asked them to follow through with the number of service people request properly, so they ended up bringing out the worker who did my pedicure and she said everything was done accordingly and I told all three of them at this point to check the cameras and they said no and would give the "exfoliation scrub" off the price to which they didn't since I still ended up paying full price. read more

I tried this nail salon out for the first time yesterday and had a nice experience. My mom and I went in for a pedicure. She got the regular tier ($25) and I got the second tier ($32) because I felt like my feet needed a bit more work. The nail salon offered a variety of different colors and was pretty clean. The best part, in my opinion, is that their services are rather quick since there are a number of nail techs working with customers simultaneously. I had an appointment and I asked for full set short coffin shape because of my occupation and also with want the French tip and I got disappointed it wasn't coffin it was squared and she tried to make it coffin but filed too much of one side so it looks crooked, then they're not even the same shape ones longer than the other to the point where it is noticeable. Absolutely the worst eyebrow waxing experience I've ever had. I truly regret choosing this nail salon despite the many negative reviews--please trust them and don't make the same mistake I did. The woman who did my brows clearly didn't know how to wax properly. She barely used the wax, didn't apply it evenly, and didn't clean up the area at all. There were still visible hairs around my brows, especially at the tail end. It felt like she was trying to save wax or just didn't care. The wax wasn't even hot enough to work effectively, and she rushed through the entire process. Instead of waxing thoroughly, she just plucked a few hairs and called it done. I've never had such a sloppy and careless waxing job in my life. To make things worse, after the service, another technician--possibly the manager or owner--started gossiping about me right in front of other customers, saying I was "difficult." I wouldn't have said a word if they had simply done their job properly. $10 may be on the cheaper side, but it's still within the average range, and no matter the price, customers deserve quality service and professionalism. This place clearly doesn't care about doing a proper job--they just want to rush you through to make more money from the next customer. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. The establishing is nice, quiet and relaxing. This review is for my pedicurist with brownish hair (Kim? was her name). I was sat down very quickly after the previous customer in the same chair stood up and was asked what color, what pedicure, without given me choices. I picked #2 with gel. She then did my pedicure #2 in 10 minutes and ready to polish my toes. The girl next spa chair hasn't even finish drawing her french tips. My cuticle was scratched back and forth the pointed end instead of being pushed back until I told her I had a lot. She hurts me with cuticle trim, I don't think it was intentional, she said I had skin under my nail so she cut my nail down and helped me get the skin out. Never heard or had to do that before for any of my pedicures. My toe was red. Now I'm paranoid. Looked over and didn't see her instruments wrapped in the blue sterile bag. I hope she did some sterilizing prior. It's controlled bleeding. I pray for no infection. The salt scrub didn't go past my ankle, she did not even apply the softener prior to scrubbing my feet with the purple pumice bar. The scrub was 30 seconds on each side. I was afraid my skin where it was red will burn under the LED light so I skipped out on gel polish, and too paranoid to stay. read more

Well where do I starts. I initially came in because I wanted to remove my acrylics and wanted acrylic overlay done. When I told the nail tech she insisted that I do dip powder. Told me all about the benefits ect ect. So I asked her about the price difference she said she would charge me 40$ for both. Now idk why it was so much for acrylic over lay. My nails are tiny! But she insisted I get powder. So I settled for powder. She told me I wasn't going to need the UV light, which I thought was pretty cool. I have no idea what she did but she ended up using the Light on me anyway. Which is confusing since their poster says no UV needed. Now it's been three day and my Nails look horrible! I leave for Mexico next week So I'm on a budget and now I'm stuck with these. I wouldn't recommend this place or at least not their powder jobs read more

I've been a coming here off and on these last couple of years. I'm not an avid nail salon patron, however, I do try and come here every couple of months. I've never had any complaints about this nail salon, until last week. As far as service, they are amazing. Just know that it's a hit or miss depending on the nail tech doing my nails. I always get the same manicure, black matte with almond shape nails. Last week, I went to get my nails redone, after having them done in August. That manicure and any previous manicures before that have always been superb. Sadly, I had to get my nails redone twice on September 17, 2023 by 2 different nail techs. The first manicure was bumpy and not clean. Second tech seemed to have fixed the issue, and I had explained to both of them that one of my nails on my left hand was breaking and that I needed it repaired. They both claimed they'd fix it. Come the next day, I'm at work, that nail was suddenly breaking, and I noticed my manicure was fading and chipping away at the tips. I work with hands a lot, so my manicures need to last. I went back and they had a different tech rework my nails. I also explained that my nail was breaking, she said she'd fix it. It's a week later, and that same nail is breaking/tearing. I'm beyond upset, that I spent the amount of money I did, on top of tipping all 3 nail techs generously, and my nails aren't even lasting one week. When all my previous manicures have lasted way beyond a month. I love this place, unfortunately, they just didn't do a great job, and that's just my bad luck, I guess. read more

They said to come in (usually when a nail salon has said that to me, they failed to tell me that there was an hour wait). Pretty Nail was different, they took me as soon as I showed up. 2.) They remodeled a bit & and are super clean! A huge plus during this time. 3.) They have the largest selection of colors & dip powders I've seen. It was difficult to choose. 4.) Get your manicure done by Carol. She is very sweet, fast, clean and will get your nails looking nice. I don't remember the last time a technician took time on my cuticles (mostly because I don't care, but this makes a HUGE difference). 5.) I got an acrylic gel fill, plus I had a missing nail replaced. This totaled to $35, not bad for the quality. I was so happy! All in all, great experience. First 3 were walk-ins just for pedicures n a manicure for my lil one. Needed to get my nails done after a vacation so found this place near my work. I made an appointment online for a gel mani which was easy enough (requires a $15 deposit at time of booking). I was greeted right away by the receptionist and was promptly seated. Lili was my nail tech and she was a sweet lady. She did a pretty good job on cleaning up my nails and shaping them but the polish wasn't laid evenly on two nails. I'm also not sure if the tools were sanitized (might have been but didn't really seem like it). The pre-tip total was $28 which included a removal so I'm satisfied but I'll make sure to ask for a better paint job next time. read more
