I went to this nail salon today for the first time, and it was honestly such a disappointing experience. My pedicure took two hours -- not because it was detailed or exceptional, but because the tech was slow and disorganized. On top of that, she put the wrong color on my toes and had to redo it, which wasted even more time. When it came time to pay, the total was $40. I gave her $40 cash and then handed her an additional $20 asking for change. Instead of giving me the correct change, she tried to pocket the $15 and only handed me back $5. When I told her I needed my change, she acted confused and reluctantly gave me another $5 after I pressed the issue. I even told her she could keep the $10 as a tip -- but the whole situation just felt shady and uncomfortable. Between the slow service, the mistake on my polish, and trying to short me on my change, I will not be coming back. First impressions matter. read more

However, $75 is still on the higher end for a basic acrylic French tip set, especially considering the quality I received and how unhappy I felt with the result. It's also worth noting that while the nail service itself took about 1 hour and 15 minutes, the total time I spent in the salon--including waiting and the pedicure--was much longer. I understand that timing may vary, but I was in the salon for about 3 hours overall. I did express polite approval during the appointment, but that was out of discomfort and social pressure--not true satisfaction. Many customers feel hesitant to speak up mid-service, especially when unsure how their concerns will be received. That doesn't make their dissatisfaction invalid. I came in today and was immediately attended to which was amazing, walked in at 1:45 and was out the door by 3pm. I actually came during a sale special of 15% off which was a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure how long the special is but the customer service and quality was so good I'll go back whether they have a special or not. Amazing!! I called in pretty late for a pedicure and full gel-x set. They accommodated me and even stayed late which I absolutely appreciate! I'm also very simple and don't do designs. My feet were in dying need of a pedicure and my technician was a sweet lady! I didn't get her name but it's a small salon so I'm sure she's there often. Everyone was very nice and very good at their work. I saw other customers leave with gorgeous sets! There were just one thing I wasn't too happy about but it's not that serious. The sweet lady that did my pedicure and prepped my nails did remove too much of my cuticles. It bled a little and made it sore the next day. She just cut a little too deep but again, it's not a big deal. My cuticles have been very dry and just too much build up. Last but not least, pricing was such a deal! Totally worth it! read more

This was my first time coming to this location and never again! A male did my nails I forgot his name but he didn't do a good job. He was very friendly which I appreciated but did a horrible job. Some of my nails looked like they were already growing out the first day I got them and the back of the nail wasn't fully filled. He even said "I'll fix it" but didn't. I really hope he was just having an off day or something because I can't imagine calling myself a nail tech but producing the low quality work. My first and last time here. I am incredibly disappointed on the results of my pedicure. She cut my feet too excessively, came out worse than how I came in. I've never experienced this pain before when I get a pedicures. She's very sweet, I just wished she was more careful and light handed. Don't spend $42 on pedicure here! So I had an appointment at 4 and they didn't seat me till 5... they didn't start on my nails until 5:30 the whole time the ladies were making fun of me and making me feel so uncomfortable... my nails were finally done and they were nothing like I had asked for so I asked for a refund or at least partial of my it and they refused to do it. SUBPAR service by nail technician-- in all aspects. This salon was highly recommended by a friend after I mentioned I needed a nice set for an important, professional photo shoot. Of course, I took my best friend's advice & scheduled an appt.-- especially after seeing the nail tech's work on Yelp! I showed the nail tech a picture of what EXACTLY it was I wanted, nothing more nothing less (w/ the exception that I wanted the nails just a bit shorter) I showed them the picture quite often and trusted* that they would come as close to the original work as possible. *That is absolutely where I made a MISTAKE bc... I won't get into the details, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Lesson learned. Anywho, I told them that the nails looked NOTHING like the picture and was told by the main nail tech that the reason why the nails looked so thick was because I asked for shorter nails than the ones shown in the inspo picture** -- CONDESCENDING much? They did say that they could file them down but they wouldn't look exactly like the picture and I was more happy w/ that! But, they sat me down & only spent about 3-5 minutes filing & instantly walked up and left me to pay (the nails were $80 btw). I can appreciate honesty & accountability but this was not that. While I don't have much knowledge on nails, I know that length is not to blame for those CHUNKY looking nails. The acrylic that was applied on the apex of my nails was so flattened out too! On a more (+) note, the lady that did my pedicure (gel for $35) did a fantastic job and amazing customer service made all the difference for me when writing this review ; otherwise I would rate 0 STARS if I could. I've never written a review in all my time on Yelp-- let alone such a long one but this experience really stood out to me. It really did SUCK-- so much that I somehow felt the need to put time to write all this. I did not even jump into any other details bc the list would be far too long and negative. I came here because I saw some of the reviews and nails looked good, so I figured I will give it a try. I asked if they had time for a walk in and the answer should have been no. Because they called some one in to do my nails. But never again! First of all I paid 175. The pedi I picked was $55 which is fine but in the end they charged me 20 for gel which is way too much. And they pulled out a cheese grater(which is illegal) on my feet and now my feet feel raw and hurts to walk. Everyone is raving about chichi in the reviews unfortunately I did not get her... I got her brother. He removed my gel x and began to apply tips. I knew I should have ran when he cut off a tip instead of removing it, and glued it on top of the tip he left on because he thought it was crooked. Actually he glued it back more crooked and worse then it was. This has got to be the worst work I've seen done in a while. I literally left and began to cry because I spent so much money to not have my nails justifying the price. Also I arrived at 11:30 and did not get out of there till 2:30 ....3 hours for what lol. The pictures speak for themselves. I should have spoke up when I was there but I was there so long I just wanted to leave. So I guess unless you have an appt with chichi don't go or your nails bout to be lumpy, thick, hairy, dusty and just overall ugly af! How could they even let me walk out like that? Never again!! And btw using a cheese grater on someone's feet is so dangerous especially if you are diabetic, which they have no clue of since they are not asking medical history. Any little cut can lead to a foot ulcer or an infection so bad that can actually land you in the ER and risk amputation. But, if someone actually goes to state board and has their license they would know that. read more

Chi chi is my regular. Her skills are unmatched. I am very picky with my nails but she is very patient and always listens to make sure I'm happy with the results. Luis, Danny and Helen are also awesome. Whatever you need for your pedi and mani, they will deliver. I typically get gel pedi and full sets. And they last FOREVER!!!! Quality is spot on.
