I really try very hard to find the good in any business until they demonstrate the epitome of "bad service." 1. I called and asked for full set gel nails and manicure. 2. Grateful they were available on a Sunday (mind you I'm traveling and decided to wait till this trip for these fine services...my self-care for a rough last few months helpinghomeless youth and young adults.) 3. My manicure was a portable footsoaker and I only soaked in between taking my feet out for service. I had to use a small stool to place my feet upon. (I was too embarrassed to take a photo!) I had to ask for a second pillow because it was hard on my, just massaged back from Alibaba Foot Spa &Massage. One young lady was "doing" my feet while thr second one worked on my nails.(‍ use your mind to visualize how awkward that was and how I was sitting. 4. The young lady that was working on my feet did a great job, I must say as far as cleaning up my toes with filing and cutting, etc. 5. The young lady that was working on my fingers, I'm not sure what and how the communication went wrong. We struggled with understanding gel polish for my nails and regular polish for my toes. It also didn't help that she could not understand English very well. I wasn't bothered until she lost all communication about my nails. I was waiting for her to pull out nails, as I asked when called. However when I ask where were the nails to apply with the gel polish, I was told that they would cost $75 contrary to the $50 charge originally given. I told her nevermind and that I would go elsewhere for my nails; and will only finish up my feet. We're not counting the time wasted for no nails at this at this point. 6. At the checkout, I pull out my credit card to pay for the "limited services" and was told the charge was $50 ($30 for feet and $20 for cleaning my nail cuticles. But no gel or nails! 7. Lastly, a third young lady informed that they only take cash, Zelle, or Venmo! Mind you when I called and arrived, it was never told to me the form of payments. Probably because when I arrived, the young ladies seemed a bit discombobulated and I pray it wasn't because of my skin!! The service received was NOT close to being fair! And to think that I used Google to find them and they had a 4.6 review and was 3 minutes from my wonderful Massage...remember I was in need of Self-care! I missed one review from Layla 3 years ago, "If you aren't of Asian descent don't come here!" This is troubling if you are in the nail industry and can only do "one" race. Let that be known on the front end and not after unspeakable service and charges! read more

I went into my appointment and there was a wait because their schedule was messed up, but it was cool because they have a tv with dramas for you to watch. They let you inside the store one on one and it's really chill. Celia was the girl that helped me and she was really nice and I would definitely go back some time. I am very satisfied with my nails and they look so good. But just a heads up, it does take a long time, it took for me like a little more over 2 hours. So, make sure you are free that time that you make appointment for. read more

I've been coming here for a while now and have had no complaints until recently. Don't get me wrong.. I love this nail salon. All the girls are super friendly, but I feel as time passed, the quality of work began to lack. This is the first I've been truly unsatisfied with my set. My nail shapes are not the way I wanted (I asked for coffin but received straight). My nail lengths are all different sizes, and my cuticles are not properly cut and cleaned. To say the least, I don't think my set was worth $70 considering it was sloppy :/ I think it's time I try a new place! read more

However , I tried couple times , the nail artiste had never done my nail right , very easy fall off , made me disappointed . I talked to the owner , because I paid advance , but I let her know that I am not happy with my service . You know what happen ? Yesterday I went to this place and asked for a manicure and pedicure. The place is listed as open until 9. I called to make sure they could take me. The work seemed very minimal compared to my usual nail salon. My feet were slightly filed and soaked in water, no cuticle removal. The person doing my hands was more detailed and then I noticed she kept packing and packing on the nail polish. I didn't have my glasses on so everything looked fine until I got home and my nails dried. The polish is probably old and low quality because the way they dried is not normal. I called and left a message, no answer , I messaged their Venmo where I paid $54 and no response. Want proof ? I'm disputing this with my bank. I walked into this nail salon by chance and felt so comfortable with the simple decoration style. And I was lucky enough to make an appointment for the next day. The tools for nails in this shop are very professional. I chose to make toenail, and the manicurist recommended a color for me. It's so beautiful that I felt like walking in the sun and I am the most beautiful girl in the whole street! It's so shining! The manicurist was kind and she helped me to wash my feet in hot water and finally used lotion on my feet to make my skin look better. She also afraid that I was bored to chat with me. Made an appointment today with my sister for manicure and the experience was kinda unpleasant.It was my first manicure at a nail salon in my life so I was excited but worried coz I knew nothing about it.I don't know if I expected too much from this place that I founded it disappointing. At first the stuff were friendly but after knowing that all I needed was simple manicure but not gel manicure they turned out surprised and annoyed($18 for manicure and $40 for gel).I thought the manicure I chose was too cheap for them so that they always emphasized how limited the polishing was and being so impatient when I couldn't decide which color I wanted. It seemed that they just wanna finish my nails as soon as possible (no one was waiting there).The girl kept pushing me to pick a color quickly and I just panic.Finally I chose a color randomly which turned out disappointing.What I wanna say is that when your customer don't know what to do you need to give opinion but not pushing them.
