I requested for a gel mani/pedi. They were nice about me being a walk in and offered me water and turned on the massage chair. Everything was going well until there were two customers coming in for a pedi. The nail tech working on my pedi seemed to be frustrated and as she was removing the previous gel polish and scratched up my toes really bad that I started bleeding.
