Moon has been a lifesaver with my ingrown toenails and hang nails. By far the best pedicure I have had! I am able to relax confidently because she always takes great care of me! Aside from such a great pedicure, Moon does a gel manicure that lasts more than 3 weeks!!! My natural thin nails have grown the most with the way Moon does gel manicures. They do not chip or brittle! It is hard to find a good nail technician that cares so much about her clients and I am so grateful to have found someone so great and gentle. I've had the pleasure of recommending her to my sisters and I'm glad to say that all three feel the same way! Thank you Moon!! read more

I just want to say again and again how happy and satisfied I am with Moon. I have been coming to her for many years already. If she moves, I follow her wherever she goes. She's my only go to nail tech I trust because I had a phobia and bad experiences at other nail shops where they cut me and I would bleed or the nail tech was always in a hurry but Thank God I found Moon. She is profesional, takes her time to do your nails, very clean. Oh and the massages she gives on your legs, feet, hands and arms feel wonderful. Her English is broken but tries her best to communicate with you. When I first met Moon my nails were super brittle and ugly. She made them stronger and now they grow very fast and are healthy. Please look no further, Moon is the best! She is very gently and does an excellent job. The color in my nails last a long time and I always get compliments at work. I always choose to get gel. read more

Wow! What a great nail technician! My sister found her here on Yelp and recommended her to me. I have ingrowns and it's so hard to find someone that is gentle and doesn't make me bleed. I'm so happy I found Moon! Like many others, I came across Moon through Yelp, and I'm so happy I did! I wasn't the type to get my nails done often but now that I found Moon I love going to get my nails done! I first came across her because I was looking for someone to help me with my ingrown nail. I was scared at first but Moon was very gentle and was able to help me with that issue. I've also gotten manicures with her, both regular and gel, and I always LOVE the way my nails come out. I've already brought my mom and another friend to get their nails done with Moon, I recommend her to everyone :) read more

Everything time I come my feet get that pampering and attention that they need. As I get my pedicure I feel as if years are being taken off (not just dry skin/cuticle). It isn't until you come to Moon that you realize what an amazing experience a pedicure can be. My nails and toes really appreciate the attention. I recommend anyone that is on their feet all day or how has ingrowns to seek Moon out. Nail care is universal and unisex. More, men don't shy away from a pedicure/manicure. We all should care for our hands/feet. Book an appointment now and experience the magic. Again CASH only. (Not a Nail Salon it is a Salon STATION). read more

After 25+ years my manicurist retired and I was looking for someone who can do a comparable job. It took me quite awhile to find my regular manicurist because I've been to many nail salons that do not do a thorough job on just a basic manicure/pedicure. Technicians are always rushing to complete the work so they can get paid and get their next customer. Found Moon on Yelp because she had several reviews that mentioned that she is very thorough. Her nail station is no frills but very clean. Her English is not the best but she can communicate enough to get her point across and understand what you want done. She did a great job for me and I will definitely be a regular. read more

I am so happy to have come across Moon. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. Not only that, but you can tell she actually cares about her customers. I have been a happy and loyal customer of Moon for 14years. She goes by appointment and I really like this because she takes her time on my hands and toes. I originally came to her with ingrown nails and was always scared to get my pedicure but when Moon did my pedicure she was so gentle and fixed this problem. She is a PERFECTIONISTS. I always leave her place extremely satisfied and feeling good. My dad who is 77yrs old had fungus on his feet, it was really bad, he came to Moon and his fungus is now gone. My dad and mom are also happy customers of Moon. Her english is not too good but she does a super great job! Not to mention that she is a nice lady with a great heart. I promise you if you come to Moon you will also be extremely satified!! This place of business is not a Nail Salon, Moon has a nail station. read more

I tend to have issues with ingrowns . I have gone to several different manicurist who have caused me a lot of pain when they try to remove the ingrown. I was desperate to find someone new. I began searching yelp and I came across moons page. After reading her reviews I quickly decided to make an appointment. After my first appointment I ended my search and have been coming to moon ever since. I will never go to another manicurist. She has always done a great job with my nails and I am always pleased with how gentle and patient she is. I would definitely recommend moon for your manicure and pedicure needs especially for ingrowns. read more

I found this nail station on Yelp & today is the third times to be there to do my manicure gel & regular pedicure. I feel so satisfied by the service & price. The lady Moon is so nice & pro. very respect the client & on time. The working space is small which is good for one by one client service. Not like some other nail salons have a fancy store & interior decoration, but even you make an appointment in advance & still need to wait for a while or even been changed to someone who wasn't the one I've reserved. I pay for my nail & service not for store decoration!!! The price is very very very good which is based on the service. It's the place I will come back for sure~~~ read more

Moon continues to provide me with healthy great looking nails and excellent service. She has moved to a new location inside Goddess Hair and Nails 12212 Ramona Blvd El Monte, CA 91732. Moon takes pride in her work and does a fabulous job with manicures and pedicures. She has a great selection of colors and her prices are great as well. I have had many bad experiences with a nail that gets in grown very easily. Moon had it looking and feeling great in no time and it's never been ingrown again since I started coming here. I've also had gel peel from my nails with other salons. I've been getting gel manicures with her for four months and not one single nail has peeled. Give her a call and make an appointment. You won't be disappointed! read more

After my previous nail lady quit I was trying to look for a new one. I get really bad ingrown toe nails and am super picky with who I let do my toes. I honestly couldn't find anyone! Decided to look on Yelp and came across Moon's page. I read some reviews of people saying she was amazing and asked my mom if she wanted to try a new nail lady. She went before me and raved about her. I set up an appointment for the next day and WOW! Seriously she was even better than my last girl! Not only did she remove my ingrown's but she also made sure every nail was cleaned from dead skin and cuticles. She took her time and my nails looked and felt AMAZING, better than they have in years! A lot of other technicians are in a hurry to get to the next customer but she wasn't. She just took her time and seriously my toes have never looked better! Usually my ingrown's tend to come back after a couple weeks but after Moon took care of me only one came back and it was seriously after like 4weeks! I couldn't believe it. This is something I've been struggling with and dealing with most of my life since I began going to get pedicures. Moon knows what shes doing takes her time and I always leave so happy! I honestly will follow her wherever she goes. I'm posting her business card and her new spot. Moon you have a brand new forever customer! You're the best! read more

I had a pedicure appointment for the first time today and was very impressed. I told Moon what I want done and she did exactly what I asked. It took me a long time to find another salon since the old one I used to go to left my toe bleeding. My trust with anyone who does my pedicure is slim to none. I move a lot, it's not easy to constantly find someone new and GOOD. She is by appointment only. Her shop is located inside of a barber shop. There is a good variety of polished to choose from. Moon offered me coffee or tea, such a sweet gesture! I will go back again. read more

Best nail salon I have ever been too moon is the best very welcoming warm and does an amazing job highly recommend

I was excited to find this place as location is in my neighborhood. Extremely disappointed when I called to try to set up an appointment for my father (in his 60's) & was DISCRIMINATED, told appointment for myself is fine but not my father (who can very well walk & sit in a pedicure chair just like me). I will definitely advise those I know NOT to get any services here. If I could give ZERO stars I would. read more

Ok so I have found a gem. Moon is the sweetest and her skills are amazing. She has 24 years of experience and it shows in the high quality of work she does. I am super excited that I found her on yelp. She is located inside of a hair salon. She is NOT at the nail shop next door named Jenny's nails even though they will lie and say Moon is one of them. I believe she is appointment only since it is just her in the Salon so call ahead to make sure. I almost did not want to rate because I'm scared she will get too busy, but I need her to stay in business forever so here I am :) read more

I made an appointment with Moon shortly after reading the Yelp reviews on her. I called, booked, and when it came for me to go see her she called to make sure I was not lost and got to her (because actually I was lost LoL). But, anyway, she is located inside of a hair salon with her own booth. When you visit her you will have her to yourself, no interruption and she does go by appointment, unless you call and somehow she is free. I was offered treats and treated like a very valuable customer. I loved my nails and had such a great experience with her. Thank you Moon, I will come back!! Because she does such a great job, please visit her. I don't know the nail shop next to her or how they service, but she told me they take her clients and pretend to be her! Don't be fooled if you are going to visit her. The hair salon she works out of is Amy Hair Design. read more

Moon is amazing! I have been going with her for almost two years now and do not trust anyone else to do my nails. As someone who suffers from in grown nails it can be difficult finding someone that could do a great job while also being gentle and not hurting you and that is exactly what Moon does and why I keep going back. I love that she's by appointment only allowing one to have an intimate experience. She takes her time with every customer leaving your nails looking great.
