Please visit Tracy's Nail Spa!! I don't get my nails or feet don't often at all and am quite ticklish, but they made my experience extremely comfortable. The place is super clean and they even have the massage chairs for pedicures. They also have a cute lil coffee/tea bar for guests. Prices are super fair as well and I absolutely love how my toes came out! I also love how you can easily book an appointment through their website. I opted for the $38 pedicure package, with an addition of gel $10 and chrome for $15 more, totaling $64. The feet scrubbers did not hurt or tickle at all, and they did such an amazing job i love the way my toes came out. Request Anna! She is the sweetest and so good at her job. Super disappointed in today's appointment. Not only are my nails mediocre, I kept telling the nail lady it was burning when she was filing down my nails with the electric file and she kept going until I finally said no. I also told her the power was too high on the e file but still kept going. I don't need perfect nails but some attention to detail would be nice. On a positive note, the lady who did my pedicure did amazing! I'd go to her again but this is why I never try new places. Hard to find people who will treat your nails with care. I paid $105 for my nails and $58 for my pedicure, for a total of $163, and it was absolutely not worth the price. This was my first time coming here based on the reviews and the work they post online, but the quality I received was nowhere close to what was advertised. The work was sloppy and not clean. While doing my nails, the technician cut me twice, and I was bleeding. I didn't make a scene or complain at the salon--I paid my $163 and left--but I was honestly shocked by both the quality of the work and the total price. If you decide to come here, make sure you ask for the total cost before any services begin. I also didn't appreciate being encouraged to get the glitter French line without being told it would be an additional charge. Communication was also lacking. The technicians doing my nails and pedicure barely communicated with me throughout the appointment, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, this was a waste of money. This is an amazing gem of a nail salon tucked away on a cute block. The quality of work is what keeps me coming back. Every time I come here I am so pleased with the results of my full set, fill in and/or pedicures. I usually get a French tip pedicure a they are always so neat. My hair, floss, and anything else that can get caught in them do! Nice, clean spa and the workers were kind to me but $55 is not worth this quality. Requested a regular gel manicure, but the worker tried to talk me into gel-x for more length. I told her I didn't want to add any length and was comfortable with the shape and length of my natural nails, but she then suggested builder gel for more strength. I was left with thick, bumpy, misshapen nails. Will not be doing builder gel here again. I've gotten beautiful pedicures here, with good shaping and cuticle cutting, but this time I requested of the worker 3 times to not cut my nails down because I already had the length I wanted, and that she could just file them to even out the shape, but she still went ahead and clipped my nails significantly shorter than what I came in with. She was thorough in her work and I left the salon with a well done pedicure, but my nails were left much shorter than I wanted them even after I told her multiple times not to cut them at all to begin with. All in all a very pretty and comfortable salon, and I've had positive interactions with the workers there, but I really wish they would be more mindful of my requests, as the client, and not recommend services that they aren't skilled enough in. read more

This place is only getting 2 stars for the vibes and aesthetics. I really wanted to love this place because it's close to home and I wasn't able to drive far due my car being rear-ended. But my first experience would be my last. I asked for Gel X and signature pedi with gel. My pedicure was basic and fine. No complaints. But unfortunately the woman that did my hands, drilled my cuticles so bad it bled. I told her it was burning and it hurts. But I am not sure why she continued to drill my cuticle! And like why does the skin around my pinky finger feel raw and swollen? And I asked for a simple daisy design which she was unable to do. I find this odd because their photos online have a lot of complicated design. So she ended up just using nail stickers that came off the next day. I came into this place because I recently moved and I passed by one day when there was a night market going on and the place looked really nice and then the next day I came again when it was day time and it looked like it had great clientele so I figured I'd try it out. I booked online for a Deluxe Pedicure which is $58 and I came in this morning and there were 2 women there. The one who did my pedicure ended up being Ana (I believe was her name). She greeted me well and I ended up looking over the menu again and upgraded to an Herbal Foot Soak pedicure which I believe was around $65. Well somehow I ended up paying $83 today. She did add a paraffin wax and left it on my feet (which I didn't ask for) but she insisted since I mentioned to her I felt like my skin had been feeling dry but she just said "go ahead and enjoy". Honestly I genuinely thought it was included at this point because she came off extremely friendly so I didn't question it. When I came to pay, and I heard $83 I was in shock a bit. I do work in the beauty industry so I was trying to add up the numbers for the up charges and all I can think of was the removal of my previous gel on my toes, her adding the wax I didn't request, and MAYBE, any extra things she did that I didn't notice? From what I read and saw from that pedicure, everything she did was included except for the wax on my feet. I'm sure she had great intentions and I wasn't going to argue since the work was done but I definitely feel like this is something that someone should keep in mind of especially if they aren't prepared to pay so much for a pedicure plus tip. I LOVE my pedicure and she did great!! I'm still coming back but I'll be sure to ask before things are done because I was thrown off. read more

I've been coming to Tracy's Nail Spa since 2023. I generally come in for a mani/pedi with gel nail polish over my own long nails. The quality of the product is exceptional they last for weeks without chipping! I also bring my 87 year old mom, who has severe arthritis pain & very fragile. The techs are very patient, gentle and focused on her comfort. I appreciate that. I also prefer to walk-in without an appointment during the week days because the salon is not busy during this time & I get seated in a chair right away. It's relaxing for me plus I enjoy my time with the techs. On cold days they provide hot tea/coffee on hot days the provide cold beverages. read more

Honestly this is a super late review (happened in 2024) but I want to do it nonetheless. I was embarrassed I actually paid & didn't stick up for myself enough. 1st, I asked if they could do designs like I wanted they said yes. Just to check I showed them my designs, they agreed. My local nail salon will tell me if they can or can't & I've changed designs before when they've mentioned it's not their strong suit, no problem I get it, it's not a big deal. This is what this salon should've done in my opinion bc they weren't able to pull it off. I admit I wanted something a bit complicated & pulled designs from 2 different pics so I jumped back & forth showing what I wanted on each nail trying to make it as easy as possible. On one of my nails she just started doing it & when I asked if she was doing the specific design she blew me off saying "yes yes later" but before finishing my nail I asked again bc it looked different. She didn't do the right one then seemed annoyed that I brought it up even tho I had asked earlier. I was uncomfy after that & felt they just wanted me out. I wasn't being listened to I was brushed off. I felt like a nuisance & I only asked like 3 questions. They all kept coming & looking & talking & staring but I couldn't understand what they were saying. It wasn't worth it at all. I got home & cried bc they were bad but mostly bc of how I was treated!! They were for my bday & I had to have ugly nails. The paint ended up chipping off about 2 days later!! I walked in with my wife, sister, cousin, and mother once they opened. They got pedicures and manicures. We waited for around 30mins to an hour. People walked in and had appointments. They only had 1 nail tech and they all don't know prices. The owner was getting frustrated pricing everything. We eventually ended up leaving and coming back for each one to get their nails done. They have bad customer service, bad pricing, and they are so unorganized. We ended up going to a different nail salon down the street. So I utterly forgot to take photos of the inside. Which is a bummer because it is SO cute. The theme is pink and gray. They have great pedi chairs and adorable couches to wait on. Fresh paint. You can tell this is a new spot (opened a few weeks ago). They're very responsive via Yelp. Which is nice because that's what got me in here on a whim! It's owned by a woman named Tracy and her daughter helps out at the front. They are all super nice and welcoming. In regard to my actual service, I will say that's my only not 5+ star thing to say. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't the best final result I've had. To begin with they tried to really upsell my manicure and pedicure. Which I get. It's a business. I just didn't have the funds for anything other than basic. But I ended up doing the gel x set and a basic pedi with two acrylic toenails. The pedi was nice but my fake nails are pretty thick and a little uneven. My hands has a similar issue. You can see in the photos that my left ring and pointer finger are crooked. Which you can't fix once it's glued on. But honestly it happens to all of us. We all have off days. My nails will grow and I'll file and fill accordingly lol. Overall I'm still giving it 5 stars because the experience itself was so great. I had Lanie as a tech and she talked to me the whole time about life and really seemed to care about what I was saying. Rare at a nail salon. She was SUPER sweet and we hugged on the way out! I also got given cuticle oil, an awesome looking foot soak scrub kit, and they have 20% off all services currently.
