I needed my nails done and by the time I get to my regular lady it would have been closed so I stopped here and everything was fine the lady that helped me was super nice n we got to talking about Vietnamese food. Anyway soon after another lady approaches and they exchanged words n I'm told it'll be $75 I'm like excuse me? She repeats it. I asked why? She said idk maybe the length ... uhmmm I have regular length and she's half way through the job so I can't even get up n leave.. ( I wouldn't have anyway) and they still charge a dll if you pay with card. I hope these nails last atleast 2 weeks

I love that she's always educating herself to keep up with the latest trends. She's gentle, meticulous, and always makes sure I'm happy with the colors + designs. The best part is, she does all the designs on my real nails!! I used to have brittle and weak nails until I met Sandy. Cindy does my pedicure and she always makes sure I'm comfortable & relaxed. I recommend Diane & Katie as well! I can always count on these ladies for a good self care day. Be sure to book an appointment to guarantee your faves.
Charge you $1 to pay them with debit card. I don't like that. I also hated my $58 pedicure... I came in with long nails and didn't get asked how I'd like them she just gave me short crooked nails I want to cry. I absolutely hate this pedicure and at that price like come on. Nope never again

I've actually been going here for years, but more recently I've been coming every 2 weeks and use it as an opportunity to embrace a little "me" time after becoming a mom. My favorite nail technicians are such perfectionists- which is exactly what you want! I am very go with the flow and they ALWAYS make sure my nails are perfect even when I tell them it's fine don't worry about it. The girls are so sweet, I sometimes feel like at certain nail salons they're judging me but they are all business here, I love it! Massage chairs and pedicure areas were just updated so they're nice and new. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the services. I am not looking for a fancy pamper type of place when it comes to getting my nails done- I appreciate efficiency and cleanliness with no extras and Pearl Nails is perfect! Parking is easy, it's a very big parking lot in a large plaza. The salon is located near the Panda Express/Crumble cookie side. Helpful Tips: - Easiest to pay with cash, ok to use Zelle and I think there's a small charge for credit. Tips in cash! - Call in advance to make an appt - Avoid coming during lunch hours on a weekday, the plaza is way more busy than usual!

Wanted the French tip thick like in the picture and she just did a simple thin line even after I asked her 3 x of she could do it thicker & she just said "yea it's like the picture" thick blobs @ the cuticles. I asked for "thin and square" Wasn't even offered lotion or anything either now that I think of it. Very disappointed with the service :( and still paid $75, plus tip plus $1 "credit card fee"
The service I received was not for what I paid for. On the list of services it says that the manicure is included in their GEL X full set. I did not get a manicure. When i was asked to go pay before the gel application, I saw the list of services and prices and realized I was being charged the $70+ ($75) for the gel x without receiving the manicure. It's upsetting that as a client that is going there for the 1st time I did not get the services o actually paid for. I was also told they were going to do a partial refund because of what had happened. She gave a me a gift certificate as if I am planning on going back. I will say that the outcome of my gel x was amazing. But I feel they're taking advantage and not actually providing the service you're paying for. Would not go back
Lynn did an amazing job for my nails! I showed a photo of what I wanted and I got something even more beautiful than what I showed her. She did an amazing job shaping my nails and taking the time and effort to make sure everything was perfect. I also showed her a photo of the color I wanted for my toes and she did a fantastic job shade matching. I've seriously never had prettier nails in my life before, and everyone complimented me on them. So pleased with my experience with her!
Don't mind my own skin biting, but it was my first time visiting this nail salon and I'm glad I did. It's usually hard to find a good quality salon. Was really happy with the outcome of my nails and of my pedicure . Both women who did my nails and toes were very nice. Price was fair as well. Will def be coming back .
5/5 for Katie's gel x work, 4/5 for my pedicures because it's always a hit or miss! I love the convenience of being able to text their number to make an appointment-- they always have availability to fit me in even when I text them the day before, but I will say on a busier day you can tell that they seem to rush their work. I've had Katie a few times now and she is now my go-to for gel x manicures. She takes her time to make sure all my nails are even and has great attention to detail, definitely recommend her!
This place scammed me.. I called to ask how much get manicure was. The guy said $14 and clarified 3 times and he said yes $14 so I made an appointment. When I came in they told me it's $26. Some yelp reviews say they take venmo or Zelle but they do not anymore. They charge $1 to pay with a credit card They don't have a lot of the colors available that they show. I wanted a milky pink but ended up going with white since they didn't have it I don't know the name of the lady who did my nails but my nails were filed evenly and one of my nails has a bubble
French vanilla gel they did a good job and I love how they take their time here and I've always loved the service here. Very clean and friendly staff.

My sister and I both got our nails done here a week ago . Two of her nails broke about 3 days after getting them done so I took her back and they fixed them yesterday. Today as I'm about to leave for my trip one of my nails broke. I called and asked if they could at least give me a partial refund because I can't go back to get it fixed anymore and the lady said no. She offered to fix them but she didn't want to understand that I don't have time to go back. I needed my nails for my trip that I'm literally about to leave to. This is honestly unprofessional and there's no reason why the nails should be breaking a couple of days or even a week after being done. I do not recommend this place and this is the last time I go here. My nails have never broken within a week or days after being done. I also feel that a partial refund is reasonable. read more
First time here and I had such a wonderful experience. I came with a friend on a whim after the gym for a girls day and we were greeted upon and the person who was helping me was so sweet, she took her time and it was just calming. I did have dents on two of my thumbs and she said builder gel will help but also keep my natural nails stronger / less damage (I have done builder gel before and agreed!). I just wanted gel on my natural nails + cats eye design and total was $60 + $20 tip. If you get gel nails it's only $50 but $10 for the cat eye effect! Kanny deserves 5 stars. Before my pedicure, she cleaned the chair and spa. It's nice that they have disposable spa covers. She was very gentle and meticulous when she was doing my nails. I totally understand why another Yelper recommended the additional 15-minute massage. I'll definitely be asking for the additional massage when I return to have Kanny for my pedicures. I subtracted a star because I made an appointment earlier this week asking to have Kanny do my spa pedicure with a massage for today. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment, asking if anyone else could help me. They told me she's running late. To me, that means that they squeezed someone else before me and expected me to change my appointment 30 to 45 minutes later. Why bother making an appointment if they'll squeeze someone else in? At first, I canceled my appointment because I was irate. After I cooled down, I chose to wait for Kanny. I'm thankful that I waited for her. She was definitely worth the wait. read more

I got what I asked for, short/medium French tip with a pink base. I was a little scared at first bc the ladies acrylic application was too close to and kinda on my cuticles and when I mentioned it she said she would file and due to it being really cold (the entrance door was open and it was sprinkling) the acrylic was running and not drying as fast as she'd like. I definitely trusted the process and they are cute! I would say a bit pricey( I usually go to at home nail tech and have not gone to a nail salon in a while, this was last min on Christmas Eve day, I also just moved to the area) , I was charged 55 for the acrylic/ length and 15 for French tip, my total being 70+ 15$ tip. Love that I got a same day appointment here pretty easily. They were patient, friendly, and did a really good job with filing, shaping, taking care of my cuticles etc. The service itself was pretty no frills, but I wasn't expecting much anyway with the affordable pricing. $55 in total (excluding tips) for gel mani, gel pedi, and regular nail polish removal. The shop was clean, everyone was masked up and they also take your temp before you enter. read more

Needed to get my nails done for a wedding last minute and was able to squeeze in an appointment with Lynn on the same day when I called. Found gel nail art I liked online and showed her the picture of it. Not only did she accurately replicate the design, but she was also super patient and meticulous with the entire process of removing cuticles (no pain at all!), layering nail polish, and adding the thin gold strips. She was also very time efficient - my nails were done in 45 min. I'm writing this review 2 weeks later, and the polish hasn't come off yet (just a few mm of grown nails), so I can confirm she did an excellent job of delivering pretty and long-lasting nails - highly recommend Lynn! Called to come in for a pedicure and full set and they told me they could take me in. The lady asked if I had a picture of what I wanted and I showed her it was a thin French with glitter design and the lady that did my pedicure did it so fast all my toes aren't even straight... The lady doing my full set I'm not sure if maybe she doesn't actually do nails but she just seemed like she was struggling. I pointed out that I wanted them SMALL so that they looked natural and she's like yeah I'm going to file like 2-3 more times. I also told her some of my nails were crooked and she told me not to worry because she was going to file. I understand filing can fix some minor issues but the nails were just CROOKED. The acrylic nail itself was FLAT and some acrylic is more thick on one side than the other. By the end I was just wanting the service to BE DONE. I was so upset. It was my birthday and I just wanted to treat myself to a nice set of nails. The lady doing nails next to use kept looking over to see how the lady was doing my nails. I think she knew something was up. Or that she wasn't doing a very good job. When it came down to the polish and design I requested I pulled up my picture again in front of her and she just smiled. Then she started polishing the ENTIRE nail. Just one plain color. By this time I just wanted the service to be done with so I didn't say anything. I really hope that it was just the lady I got and maybe I'll give this place another try because they do really have good reviews. Just bad luck I suppose. read more

I LOVE PEARL NAILS. They are the one nail salon that is consistently amazing. I used to go to them every other week a few years back before I moved to Korea and they were a few doors down. But hadn't been able to go back due to busy schedule and then covid. Even though it's been years, Nancy was able to give me exactly what I wanted. This was my go to style and, I swear, Pearls is the only place that gets it right every time!!! Also got a pedicure (not pictured) in their new swanky looking massage chairs. Seriously love this place and refuse to ever go anywhere else, PERIOD. read more
