I think it is the first time, I am treated like this here with no apology at all. I did have dents on two of my thumbs and she said builder gel will help but also keep my natural nails stronger / less damage (I have done builder gel before and agreed!). I just wanted gel on my natural nails + cats eye design and total was $60 + $20 tip. If you get gel nails it's only $50 but $10 for the cat eye effect!
