This color came out even prettier than I expected, especially under the light. I was lightly bleeding and she apologized so it's been throbbing for two days. In my 20 years of getting my nails done never have I seen someone do it without the proper equipment. Her technique polishing was excellent and clean but unfortunately, the polish chipped in two days which is pretty quick for gel. Pricing is fair $30 for a gel manicure and $5 for removal. Sorry I won't be coming back.

My biggest issue was the service and how uncomfortable I felt the entire time. A pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience, and unfortunately this was the complete opposite. I'm really disappointed with how I was treated and would not return after this experience.

Eight days after that $180 set, one nail completely fell off with no pain. Anna said she didn't know why it happened, booked me three days later to fix it, and charged me $20. Four days after the repair (about two weeks after the original set), 9 out of 10 nails were lifting from the sides. Again, Anna said she didn't know why and initially told me to come back in three days. I explained I was concerned about moisture and possible fungus, and suddenly she had availability the same day. That was frustrating. When I arrived, Anna didn't examine my nails or apologize. Another tech removed and reapplied a new set, and I was charged $80. Within two weeks, I had spent $280 total. I was only given a $20 gift card. Eleven days later, my thumb nail fell off again. When I reached out, Anna once more said she didn't know why. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. The customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this salon.

Hello everyone, just popping back in here. It's so awful that the female Teresa G has continued to leave a negative review every couple days bashing Kim as a human and her business. She has her family making fake accounts which goes against yelp policy's. But she also had her teenage daughter cussing at Kim and threatening her. For reference she posted her "complaint" 4 months ago and since then has updated it over 3 times. That alone tells you how obsessed she is will genuinely trying to take down a business. Unfortunately for Teresa kym has wayyyyyyyy too many loyal clients from years and years that the reviews speak for themselves. Usually I don't go out of my way to make comments or reviews as such but it really bothered me. She is bashing and harassing Krazy nails through yelp. Grown lady can't get over her "bad experience" If you truly know Kim you know she goes out of her way for whatever you need! All she truly cares about is her business, her children, her momma and her beautiful grandchildren. That's what lives for. So so beautiful to see. I feel I needed to update my review. But this business owner has had her business for over 20 years. She does an awesome job. Never has she ever made a bad job. Kim is so awesome and fair to all clients. Never seen anyone complaining. You can't ask someone to give money back a day later. Kim is so nice to everyone who walk in. Fungus! Everything is still a good as prior to covid. Kim got new in new acrylic colors and they are all sooooo pretty. She even has the ones that glow in the dark Everyone is wearing masks and there are pixie glasses on the tables to protect both the employee and consumer. Very clean establishment which is a plus for me. read more

She doesn't rush through anything and double checks back and forth with me to make sure I am satisfied with the length and look of my nails. I will usually get the combination of the hot stone massage, pedicure, foot scrub, and callous remover. Kathy takes care of me and makes sure I am very comfortable. If they offer you the deluxe package with the hot stone foot massage and scrub, do it and thank me later! They also have a special space for sanitizing their tools and between 3 workers I see them cleaning their tools after every client. The last two times I've come in they've also bought new gel colors I can't wait to try for summer!! So many neutrals for the everyday look as well :) I will be back soon! TIP: This establishment is somewhat on the smaller side. But don't be fooled, they work very hard to accommodate their clients but be sure to call ahead to make an appointment so they can prepare for your exact needs. There have been times when I need a fill last minute on a weekend but they will squeeze me in because I've called in before showing up!

Grateful they were available on a Sunday (mind you I'm traveling and decided to wait till this trip for these fine services...my self-care for a rough last few months helpinghomeless youth and young adults.) 3. My manicure was a portable footsoaker and I only soaked in between taking my feet out for service. I had to use a small stool to place my feet upon. (I was too embarrassed to take a photo!) I had to ask for a second pillow because it was hard on my, just massaged back from Alibaba Foot Spa &Massage. One young lady was "doing" my feet while thr second one worked on my nails.(‍ use your mind to visualize how awkward that was and how I was sitting. 4. The young lady that was working on my feet did a great job, I must say as far as cleaning up my toes with filing and cutting, etc. 5. The young lady that was working on my fingers, I'm not sure what and how the communication went wrong. We struggled with understanding gel polish for my nails and regular polish for my toes. It also didn't help that she could not understand English very well. I wasn't bothered until she lost all communication about my nails. I was waiting for her to pull out nails, as I asked when called. However when I ask where were the nails to apply with the gel polish, I was told that they would cost $75 contrary to the $50 charge originally given. I told her nevermind and that I would go elsewhere for my nails; and will only finish up my feet. We're not counting the time wasted for no nails at this at this point. 6. At the checkout, I pull out my credit card to pay for the "limited services" and was told the charge was $50 ($30 for feet and $20 for cleaning my nail cuticles. But no gel or nails! 7. Lastly, a third young lady informed that they only take cash, Zelle, or Venmo! Mind you when I called and arrived, it was never told to me the form of payments. Probably because when I arrived, the young ladies seemed a bit discombobulated and I pray it wasn't because of my skin!! The service received was NOT close to being fair! And to think that I used Google to find them and they had a 4.6 review and was 3 minutes from my wonderful Massage...remember I was in need of Self-care! I missed one review from Layla 3 years ago, "If you aren't of Asian descent don't come here!" This is troubling if you are in the nail industry and can only do "one" race. Let that be known on the front end and not after unspeakable service and charges!

Idk who cuts them like this. The owner told my lady to "file it neatly and put oil on it" in Vietnamese. My nails were not filed nearly at all. I'm gonna go home just to cut off the remaining. I still have acrylic powder on my nails too. Also, I'm Vietnamese. I understood everything you said.
