One of the nicest, funniest, coolest, down to earth ladies I've ever met. I consider her a friend and I came to her about 4-5 years ago out of convenience. I built a relationship only to get the best service in the world of Pedi's, Mani's & waxing in Temple City. Kim is awesome and i recommend her to all my girlfriends. I'm always happy with her attention to detail and taking care of me. As a man I have pretty soft feet and like getting my feet done by her. I have no fungus but know that many women who do, hate on the fact that I take care of myself. I recommend Kim to anyone and live in West Hollywood. I drive to El Monte just for her service. I'm super happy and have been smitten for the years that I've been coming here to Krazy Nails. Please disregard any of the negative posts that you have read about Kim. There's always a hater and I've been in the salon when ghetto nasty girls come in wanting something for free. Kim is the best. I've been going with her for over 20 years. Never had a problem. I seen posts with bad reviews and I am confident that all these bad reviews are lies. It's one person that is getting friends and family to write the same situation. It's scammers that want nails for an event, they pay the money to go all out, tip Kim then come back the next day to have them taken off and say they are crooked and they got fungus or whatever else story they made up, then ask for a full refund. Ridiculous! Please don't go by the reviews, most are made up especially if it's about Kim. read more

Absolutely BEST nails in Temple City, Kim is the best. She's a perfectionist, she never makes me wait , Kim respect's my time . I did a pedicure here with my boyfriend, and the difference in treatment between me and my boyfriend was drastic, even though we were both here for pedicures. Kim did mine, and someone else did my boyfriends. The lady doing my boyfriends was super gentle and nice towards him, whereas Kim was super rough with my feet and did a terrible job. I could've asked a 10 year old who would've done the same job she did with my feet. I just wanna make it obvious that I'm firstly complaining about the pedicure, because that's my main concern. For example, my boyfriend on the other hand, got an extra lotion up, massage, etc; even though we both were getting just regular pedicures with nothing else. The other issue I had was her difference in attitude towards me. The whole time Kim was working on my feet, she was talking trash about another customer who just left. That's just unprofessional. I guess she didn't think I could understand Vietnamese. I strongly think I was treated differently because they were assuming my boyfriend was going to pay for the pedicures, because when we were both done and went to go pay, my boyfriend's pedicure lady asked if we were paying together or separately. I said separately and that's when I saw a shocked look being exchanged between Kim and the lady. Anyways, my point is, go somewhere else.
