But about 2 weeks after, the polish grew out with a slightly lifted edge where the growth was that kept getting caught in my hair and chipping the polish. I did have dents on two of my thumbs and she said builder gel will help but also keep my natural nails stronger / less damage (I have done builder gel before and agreed!). Eight days after that $180 set, one nail completely fell off with no pain. Anna said she didn't know why it happened, booked me three days later to fix it, and charged me $20. Four days after the repair (about two weeks after the original set), 9 out of 10 nails were lifting from the sides. Again, Anna said she didn't know why and initially told me to come back in three days. I explained I was concerned about moisture and possible fungus, and suddenly she had availability the same day. That was frustrating. When I arrived, Anna didn't examine my nails or apologize. Another tech removed and reapplied a new set, and I was charged $80. Within two weeks, I had spent $280 total. I was only given a $20 gift card. Eleven days later, my thumb nail fell off again. When I reached out, Anna once more said she didn't know why. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. The customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this salon.
