This was my second time coming here, and unfortunately I won't be going back. The first time I came…read morein, the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe and it would not stop bleeding. She kept putting powder on it to try to stop the bleeding and continued the service. At the end she even asked me, "Where's my tip?" I still tipped her, but I left pretty upset about the whole experience. I decided to give them another chance and went back to get my nails done. This time the girl doing my nails was rushing through everything so fast. The filing was aggressive and she hurt me a few times, including when she trimmed my natural nails so short that she basically left none of the white part. At one point it hurt enough that I reacted and she immediately grabbed my hand and held it close to her chest for a second before continuing. About a week later, as my nails started growing out, I noticed a pretty significant dip/indentation near my cuticles. It looks like my natural nails were overfiled in that area. I'm attaching pictures because the indentation is much easier to see now that they have grown out a little. Also, the white polish in the pictures is NOT what I left the salon with. I painted over them myself because I really didn't like the original color. By the end of the appointment everything felt so rushed and like she was trying to get me out that I honestly didn't feel comfortable saying anything or asking her to redo them. I gave this place a second chance after what happened during my first visit, but after being hurt during both visits and now having these indentations in my natural nails, I'm done. I really wish more care had been taken instead of rushing through the services.

Eight days after that $180 set, one nail completely fell off with no pain. Anna said she didn't know why it happened, booked me three days later to fix it, and charged me $20. Four days after the repair (about two weeks after the original set), 9 out of 10 nails were lifting from the sides. Again, Anna said she didn't know why and initially told me to come back in three days. I explained I was concerned about moisture and possible fungus, and suddenly she had availability the same day. That was frustrating. When I arrived, Anna didn't examine my nails or apologize. Another tech removed and reapplied a new set, and I was charged $80. Within two weeks, I had spent $280 total. I was only given a $20 gift card. Eleven days later, my thumb nail fell off again. When I reached out, Anna once more said she didn't know why. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. The customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this salon.
