It was pretty quick but the polish was on the thin side, though the price was good. But about 2 weeks after, the polish grew out with a slightly lifted edge where the growth was that kept getting caught in my hair and chipping the polish. Not thrilled how thin the polish was and how it chipped. Also I tore some nails. I went to another salon to get them fixed.

Today as I'm about to leave for my trip one of my nails broke. I called and asked if they could at least give me a partial refund because I can't go back to get it fixed anymore and the lady said no. She offered to fix them but she didn't want to understand that I don't have time to go back. I needed my nails for my trip that I'm literally about to leave to. This is honestly unprofessional and there's no reason why the nails should be breaking a couple of days or even a week after being done. I do not recommend this place and this is the last time I go here. My nails have never broken within a week or days after being done. I also feel that a partial refund is reasonable.

Lien's customer service was nice in the beginning, but her technique & skills were absolutely HORRIFIC!!! SHE CUT me 5 times, NEVER APOLOGIZED, plus SHE NEVER cleaned my nails after her job as well! SHE even told me that SHE was going to do my pedicure & wax as well & SHE NEVER DID!!! SHE had her workers do them for her, but they did an EXCELLENT job that was WAAAY BETTER than her by a long shot! Not only that, one of her workers did My GF's Gel Pedicure VERY HORRIBLY that the powder even chipped off within 24 hours!!! With that being said, her 2 workers that did my pedicure & wax were very friendly & very sweet as well! Per my recommendation for this nail salon, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this place due to my injuries & I want people to know to save their skin & their money too!!! NOT ONLY THAT, I even reported the business to the State Board of Cosmetology as well!!!
