She doesn't rush through anything and double checks back and forth with me to make sure I am satisfied with the length and look of my nails. I will usually get the combination of the hot stone massage, pedicure, foot scrub, and callous remover. Kathy takes care of me and makes sure I am very comfortable. If they offer you the deluxe package with the hot stone foot massage and scrub, do it and thank me later! They also have a special space for sanitizing their tools and between 3 workers I see them cleaning their tools after every client. The last two times I've come in they've also bought new gel colors I can't wait to try for summer!! So many neutrals for the everyday look as well :) I will be back soon! TIP: This establishment is somewhat on the smaller side. But don't be fooled, they work very hard to accommodate their clients but be sure to call ahead to make an appointment so they can prepare for your exact needs. There have been times when I need a fill last minute on a weekend but they will squeeze me in because I've called in before showing up!

It was pretty quick but the polish was on the thin side, though the price was good. But about 2 weeks after, the polish grew out with a slightly lifted edge where the growth was that kept getting caught in my hair and chipping the polish. Not thrilled how thin the polish was and how it chipped. Also I tore some nails. I went to another salon to get them fixed.

I was helped by an…read moreolder woman who seemed visibly upset the entire time and was very rude throughout my pedicure. She made unnecessary comments and seemed to criticize everything. When I asked her to cut my nails shorter, she made comments about my request that made me feel uncomfortable. She was also very rough throughout the service, pulling and tugging on my legs and feet. At one point, she even smacked my foot to get my attention and then tried to laugh it off. She also cut me during the pedicure and was coughing directly over my feet without turning away or covering her mouth. The actual polish came out okay, although parts of it felt rushed. My biggest issue was the service and how uncomfortable I felt the entire time. A pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience, and unfortunately this was the complete opposite. I'm really disappointed with how I was treated and would not return after this experience.

I really try very hard to find the good in any business until they demonstrate the epitome of "bad…read moreservice." 1. I called and asked for full set gel nails and manicure. 2. Grateful they were available on a Sunday (mind you I'm traveling and decided to wait till this trip for these fine services...my self-care for a rough last few months helpinghomeless youth and young adults.) 3. My manicure was a portable footsoaker and I only soaked in between taking my feet out for service. I had to use a small stool to place my feet upon. (I was too embarrassed to take a photo!) I had to ask for a second pillow because it was hard on my, just massaged back from Alibaba Foot Spa &Massage. One young lady was "doing" my feet while thr second one worked on my nails.(‍ use your mind to visualize how awkward that was and how I was sitting. 4. The young lady that was working on my feet did a great job, I must say as far as cleaning up my toes with filing and cutting, etc. 5. The young lady that was working on my fingers, I'm not sure what and how the communication went wrong. We struggled with understanding gel polish for my nails and regular polish for my toes. It also didn't help that she could not understand English very well. I wasn't bothered until she lost all communication about my nails. I was waiting for her to pull out nails, as I asked when called. However when I ask where were the nails to apply with the gel polish, I was told that they would cost $75 contrary to the $50 charge originally given. I told her nevermind and that I would go elsewhere for my nails; and will only finish up my feet. We're not counting the time wasted for no nails at this at this point. 6. At the checkout, I pull out my credit card to pay for the "limited services" and was told the charge was $50 ($30 for feet and $20 for cleaning my nail cuticles. But no gel or nails! 7. Lastly, a third young lady informed that they only take cash, Zelle, or Venmo! Mind you when I called and arrived, it was never told to me the form of payments. Probably because when I arrived, the young ladies seemed a bit discombobulated and I pray it wasn't because of my skin!! The service received was NOT close to being fair! And to think that I used Google to find them and they had a 4.6 review and was 3 minutes from my wonderful Massage...remember I was in need of Self-care! I missed one review from Layla 3 years ago, "If you aren't of Asian descent don't come here!" This is troubling if you are in the nail industry and can only do "one" race. Let that be known on the front end and not after unspeakable service and charges!

She was nice as well but she did cut me twice and at times it was painful. I thought they were probably little paper cuts and just hurt at the moment and it would go away. But they're not that small, and a day later they still hurt. It hurts when the tops of my big toes brush up against anything. My mom's pedicure was done by a older man, she said hers went well and that it didn't hurt.

AND burned and cut my pinky when my pinky nail should've been the only thing to file smh. i'm sad that such a convenient location took 2 and a half hours of my time. as a first time client, i wish they could have accommodated me better... but maybe the boyfriend that did my nails didn't get to eat on time cause his attitude was NOT IT. in response to his response. i provided the picture of what i wanted. the boyfriend that did my nails is the one who said it was ombré, not me.. so that should've been disclosed right when i was getting quoted. i was able to provide proof of my classes as i didn't have my school ID on me.. and the person who referred me to your salon was who told me about the student discount and she even said she never even was asked for proof that she's a student. it's unprofessional that you don't treat everyone the same. Morris is nice and his customer service was a little better, but the boyfriend has a horrible attitude.

This was my second time coming here, and unfortunately I won't be going back. The first time I came…read morein, the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe and it would not stop bleeding. She kept putting powder on it to try to stop the bleeding and continued the service. At the end she even asked me, "Where's my tip?" I still tipped her, but I left pretty upset about the whole experience. I decided to give them another chance and went back to get my nails done. This time the girl doing my nails was rushing through everything so fast. The filing was aggressive and she hurt me a few times, including when she trimmed my natural nails so short that she basically left none of the white part. At one point it hurt enough that I reacted and she immediately grabbed my hand and held it close to her chest for a second before continuing. About a week later, as my nails started growing out, I noticed a pretty significant dip/indentation near my cuticles. It looks like my natural nails were overfiled in that area. I'm attaching pictures because the indentation is much easier to see now that they have grown out a little. Also, the white polish in the pictures is NOT what I left the salon with. I painted over them myself because I really didn't like the original color. By the end of the appointment everything felt so rushed and like she was trying to get me out that I honestly didn't feel comfortable saying anything or asking her to redo them. I gave this place a second chance after what happened during my first visit, but after being hurt during both visits and now having these indentations in my natural nails, I'm done. I really wish more care had been taken instead of rushing through the services.
