I usually have gone in the mornings and it's extremely packed. This time I went afternoon with my mom. It was a birthday gift to her, and I was hyping the place up. My nail technician was super nice, friendly... but finished my nails in like 10 min... I think that's why the gel didn't stick. I have been going to this place for a while now and even though I don't go as often, the times I've gone I've never had this issue. Even if I washed dishes my nails would last. I'm disappointed in the quality. He did it very quickly like he was running out of time... I didn't expect my gel nails to only last a week. I barely even did any house work so they could last. Now my toe nails, they are still looking very good, they aren't even gel... and I wear mostly shoes. The nail technician that did my pedicure was PERFECT. She took her time to take out the dirty stuff and the hangnails, she took her time and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would go to her again for my toe nails. My mom manicure gel are falling as well, but not like mine. Hers are lasting a little longer than mine. I recommend going in the morning's probably. I'm just not happy that my gel nails have fallen and it's only been a week. Plus $5 per nail color... I mean it's a rip off if I'm going to have this problem of not being able to keep the gel nails longer than a week. I posted a picture of my mom's gel nails. Two of them fell in less than 4 days and she had to paint them a light blue so her nails wouldn't look weird. This was her first time coming here. The place she usually goes to and gets her gel nails last her more than 2 weeks. The quality of this place is going down.

They had a cute section for hot cocoa and hot tea selection. Nini did my nails and I absolutely love them! My usual nail salon did me dirty and my nails only lasted 4 days. But it's been 4 days since I went and had my nails done and they still look amazing. So if you have an idea of what you want your nails to look like, they will try their best to accommodate the design you want. I love blues and purples. But also love the summer beaches. Four days after the repair (about two weeks after the original set), 9 out of 10 nails were lifting from the sides. Again, Anna said she didn't know why and initially told me to come back in three days. I explained I was concerned about moisture and possible fungus, and suddenly she had availability the same day. That was frustrating. When I arrived, Anna didn't examine my nails or apologize. Another tech removed and reapplied a new set, and I was charged $80. Within two weeks, I had spent $280 total. I was only given a $20 gift card. Eleven days later, my thumb nail fell off again. When I reached out, Anna once more said she didn't know why.
