I originally chose this place because they seemed to offer more services and design options compared to nearby salons, and my first experience here was great. This color came out even prettier than I expected, especially under the light. The nail technician was also very friendly and patient It also feels like they may have changed management recently because there are so many more styles and design options now compared to before. I sat at table four but don't know the technician's name, but she decided that she was going to use the Dremel to cut my cuticles so it cut five of my nail beds. I was lightly bleeding and she apologized so it's been throbbing for two days. In my 20 years of getting my nails done never have I seen someone do it without the proper equipment. Her technique polishing was excellent and clean but unfortunately, the polish chipped in two days which is pretty quick for gel. Pricing is fair $30 for a gel manicure and $5 for removal. Sorry I won't be coming back.

My biggest issue was the service and how uncomfortable I felt the entire time. A pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience, and unfortunately this was the complete opposite. I'm really disappointed with how I was treated and would not return after this experience.

Got my nails done with my girlfriend for her birthday and the customer service was genuine and kind. Chris was very polite, checking in on my girlfriend if she was okay, if she liked the design, and if anything was hurting to let him know. Also, he didn't charge for one of our designs due to being a little backed up and we had to wait a little longer but he was very kind and apologized for being backed up (not his fault). The ladies here were also very polite and have a soft touch. The Nailfie here is very pristine, clean, and very well put. He was very upfront about the pricing so no surprise charging and was also recommending some good designs. I highly suggest anyone looking to get their nails done to definitely come check this place out! I will definitely be returning, the nails turned out phenomenal! read more

This is by far the best nail spa I have ever been. I've always had a hard time searching for the perfect nail spa until I found Chris. He is by far the best nail guy I have came across. I have been with him for years. He takes his time with you and always makes sure you are happy with your nails. Even sometimes when I have no idea what kind of design or style I want, Chris is there to help. I just give him a color and he does the rest. He comes up with the most amazing designs and I am always so impressed every time when he finishes. He can work with any type of nails. From regular, to gel, to acrylic. First time coming to this salon since the new owner came in, and I love it! The old owners were not very friendly and it all felt rushed and weird, but with the new owner everything is so friendly and time is taken to ensure that your nails are perfect and to your liking, the owner makes suggestions and I so recommend that you take it! I LOVE the nails he recommended to me and personally I would have never even thought to choose them, but I'm so so happy he introduced them to me because they are a new favorite, for sure. My birthday is tomorrow so I wanted to get my nails done ! So I yelp like always and this place popped up near me. I called to make an appointment with Chris who I saw nothing but great comments! He took me in and I must say I have NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH GOOD POSITIVE ENERGY. He was very patient and asked so many times about my nails if they're okay! I told him I wanted some "natural looking nails." I must say I love my nails! Also he saw my toe nails were a colored with a different color since I got a pedi two days ago! Nailfie Salon is a great place for everyone's nail needs! I had a very hard time looking for a good, clean, and great customer service nail salon especially with my medical condition and i finally found it! Chris and all his staff were very welcoming from day one! I have MCTD and my hands and feet have been affected by the arthritis and the staff there have always made sure they are very gentle and take care of all my concerns. If you haven't been to this nail salon i recommend you do. Friendly staff makes you feel comfortable. Get you nails and feet done while listening to some good music. As for Chris the nail technician he is the best. Ive been going to him for 3 yrs and not one complaint what so ever. His nails dont break or fall off. Plus he helps you choose what color you like. I love going here since they opened .. i am very picky with my nails.. I have never had any kind of issues at Nailfie with not liking my nails..it's always clean and I love the massage chairs .. with the whole COVID protocols I admire how they follow guidelines .. my nails always look awesome and I get plenty of compliments on my nails all the time. By far the best nail salon I've been to in El Monte. I recommend this place 100%. You mention what you're looking for & they will bring you're vision to life. The combination of the colors chosen are a perfect pick for the upcoming festivities. This is my 3rd time coming back. BTW they worked with my natural nails only adding a small touch of acrylic. I went in about a week ago and had a really good experience. The place was super welcoming. My pedicure lady was great, she took her time and did an awesome job. Only thing I didn't love was that the ladies kept chatting with each other in their own language the whole time, which felt a bit awkward. Not a huge deal, but it did take away from the relaxation. I am normally really picky on where to get my pedicures. My normally lady just retired and is still more time with her family. Which forced me to find a new pedicurist. I always come to Nailfie and I'm never disappointed. Chris and Sophie both do an amazing job on my hands and feet. Chris always makes my appts and I never have to wait to get seated. Found a nail salon with reasonable prices and fantastic service. After COVID-19, nail salons are charging an arm and a leg, but nailfie is the place to get your nails done. They also have a special space for sanitizing their tools and between 3 workers I see them cleaning their tools after every client. Linh is the owner and she is extremely friendly and polite. She won't push any additional things you don't need. She doesn't double book clients and you won't get rushed as just another customer. I'm very happy with my gel manicure. I found out about Linh from a coworker who always had a sharp looking gel manicure. I suffer from ingrown toenails and never found anyone who knew how to properly and fully extract that annoying nail growing into my toe. Binh is awesome. He doesn't rush to paint your toes and rush you out the door. I went on a trip to Cancun (in sand, barefoot walking) and my toe nails painted with regular polish looked immaculate two weeks after my trip. To make a reservation, I would recommend calling from 10am-5pm Mon-Sat. She always has clients so I wouldn't recommend just walking in.
