She even asked if she could have the nail redone because she didn't like the flower they drew the first time and unfortunately, it still looks bad. I don't know if they were rushing because they had a lot of people waiting, or what but look at the flower. It doesn't even look like a flower and it's messed up. My daughter is really unhappy with her nails and considering I spent a good amount on them I'm unhappy as well. I got my toes done and I think my toes look lovely. I appreciate the time and care they took to do my toes. I like the way they came out. I would come back again, but we will not be having them do any hand work next time. She's super friendly super fast yet efficient and always makes sure to get me in to see her. As I sat for two hours, I noticed that the manager was demanding tips for those paying with card. One girl came in and didn't tip and she asked "you're not going to tip?" Putting her on the spot. The girl only gave $3 but then the manager told her it wasn't enough for the serves they provided. I was embarrassed for the girl! I just hoped that her bluntness would be something I could put aside for a good mani/pedi but then a week later my nail polish started to chip (gel that is). Needless to say, I will never come back here again. I like to give business at least two chances before loosing my business. Lien's customer service was nice in the beginning, but her technique & skills were absolutely HORRIFIC!!! SHE CUT me 5 times, NEVER APOLOGIZED, plus SHE NEVER cleaned my nails after her job as well! SHE even told me that SHE was going to do my pedicure & wax as well & SHE NEVER DID!!! SHE had her workers do them for her, but they did an EXCELLENT job that was WAAAY BETTER than her by a long shot! Not only that, one of her workers did My GF's Gel Pedicure VERY HORRIBLY that the powder even chipped off within 24 hours!!! With that being said, her 2 workers that did my pedicure & wax were very friendly & very sweet as well! Per my recommendation for this nail salon, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this place due to my injuries & I want people to know to save their skin & their money too!!!
