I scheduled an appointment with Hanna and she made me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. The entire time she had me waiting with my nails foiled while she worked on another customer who didn't even have an appointment. I walked out and went somewhere else with better service instead. The time before this she forgot I even scheduled an appointment with her, and again made me wait 20 minutes. I've been going to her for over a year now but that was definitely the last time. read more

Got a pedi and the tech went WAY to deep on the ingrown. A solid 5 seconds of hard pressure, trying to get it out, while I was giving all the signs that it hurt and to stop. And she gave me face when she finally gave up on it. I was like "yea, it's a tough one.. please stop." Made 2 of my toes bleed, had to apply the purple solution more than 5x. Stung when they were being cured because she would re apply into the cut and then cure. The next day, there was a small amount of puss coming out. 5 days later and I can't wear close toed shoes or tight socks because my big toes throb and sting with how deep she went. Nail technicians aren't licensed to go that deep and shouldn't work around bleeding area for risk of infection. I get the gray area they choose to operate around, but if they know it's technically not allowed, err on the side of caution. Dont go so deep and make people bleed! read more

The area was extremely clean. The staff was friendly. They worked with what u wanted as a client. They have a variety of colors to pick from. So I absolutely ended up loving it. I scheduled an appointment to get a gel french pedicure and a full set. Hannah, the owner, kept pushing for me to get gel x nails despite me asking for acrylic. The lady who did my pedicure was great! I regret not getting her name. She was gentle and took her time. The only issue I had for my pedicure is that my nail tech didn't ask me what kind of pink I wanted. My biggest issue is with Hannah. She rushed the process, despite me having an appointment and there only being 3 other clients who were already being helped. Hannah did a horrible job with using the electric file. She left a ring of fire on EVERY single one of my nails and cut one of my cuticles. She did not ask me what kind of pink I wanted and chose a color herself and then proceeded to tell the nail tech doing my pedicure to use the same color. After she was done, she did not clean under my nails, despite using too much glue and it flooding the underside. The last time I was there, Hannah was very rude to one of her workers who made a small mistake of spilling a small drop of wax on the floor. Overall, my experiences have gotten worse each time I have returned. read more

Save your money. Don't go here! Owner did my nails, NOTHING like what I asked for. I showed her the inspo pic and she said no problem and with confidence. I kept telling her they looked sloppy but she said she'd fixed them at the end. Nothing was fixed. I've been coming here for 2years, Ivy was my pedicure tech amazing! Since she has not returned it has not been the same. This is my second time back with a different nail tech and I have been let down. Yesterday was the last straw. Nail tech was attempting to remove ingrown and she made it worse! Caused my toe to bleed with pain. Today is her second day and I'm showing signs of infection, red, pain, and hotness. I rather not go back to even complain! read more

Place was busy. Threader should've still slowed down and taken the proper time to do a decent job - I didn't even ask for shaping. She went WAY too fast, made it more painful than normal, didn't clean properly, took off too much from the top of one part of the brow in her haste, CUT the skin on the side of my eyebrow, and when I told her, said that going fast was how she did it. A fast threader is not a skill to be proud of when that speed causes pain, cuts, and a bad threading job. Slow down and don't make it hurt. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since the dawn of time - there are many who don't make it feel painful and know how to clean up brows. Hannah was very patient and took her time with my nails, I changed my mind three times about the color I wanted and she remained patient and didn't rush me, offering advice the whole time. After she finished my nails, while my sister was getting her nails done after me, I also decided that I wanted to have my thumb nails shorter by 1cm, and she was very understanding and took me back again to shorten my thumb nails. I have came here a couple times because it's near my vet, it's very clean and has such great service. All nail techs had very good attitude, very respectful, and listens to everything you say or want. I honestly don't know why their old yelp said the salon was closed when it was obviously open. Hanna is very rude and discounted 10 dollars off for a review but her work was crappy, and to top it off the 2nd time I went to get my chipped nail fixed after 4 days I took my 6 year old daughter and she rolled her eyes at her.
