If you get your eyebrows done and it hurts or they're going too fast, make sure to speak up and stop them. Neither is normal or okay. I went to get my eyebrows tidied (not even shaped). Place was busy. Threader should've still slowed down and taken the proper time to do a decent job - I didn't even ask for shaping. She went WAY too fast, made it more painful than normal, didn't clean properly, took off too much from the top of one part of the brow in her haste, CUT the skin on the side of my eyebrow, and when I told her, said that going fast was how she did it. A fast threader is not a skill to be proud of when that speed causes pain, cuts, and a bad threading job. Slow down and don't make it hurt. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since the dawn of time - there are many who don't make it feel painful and know how to clean up brows. I've been coming here for years and usually have a great experience, but today was extremely disappointing. The brow tech rushed through my service even though I was the only client in the salon. My eyebrows look almost the same as they did before, except now they are uneven and she removed too much hair from the top, which completely altered the shape. She also worked very harshly and was so close to me that it felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. This past weekend I had a bad experience here, there were 2 ladies in the shop and one said she'd help me.. well halfway in she calls the other lady in for help, not sure if she's new or learning. To me she seemed new and inexperienced but that wasn't the issue, it was when the other lady took over and the phone rang, she went to answer mid thread. That's not sanitary and I find it unprofessional. Also she didn't wash her hands after and continued with my eyebrows. It wasn't a good experience and I wouldn't come back. read more

I've been coming here for a couple years. There is one eyebrow tech that is pretty good that's been there a while. However if I go in and she isn't there I am VERY hesitant to have someone else do my brows. Today I went in there were 2 women who I'm not familiar with, I hesitantly had one start she pinched my eyebrow really bad so I asked if I could have the other lady finish. I should've just left after the first. The other lady was worse. I didn't get them completed because she took a little bit of skin off my eyebrow. No apologies they both just laughed. So I've gotta say I'm pretty impressed. I called earlier and made sure the lady who waxes is there today because she wasn't on Labor Day. I came in for a Brazilian wax in the morning and was helped by Jessie - she was super nice and made me feel comfortable! This isn't the first time I get a Brazilian yet I still get nervous each time. Jessie let me play music to relax. She's just lovely, she'll talk to you and try her best to make you feel comfortable. Also, the results were great thanks to her being so detail oriented ;) I want to add that the place was very clean, organized and peaceful. Only Jessie was there today. I'd say definitely call first ahead of time just to be sure that the person who waxes is there. This is the place to come for a Brazilian wax. I hope someone finds this helpful. read more
