I arrived a little early and the person who was providing the service was Pilar ! She was nice, welcoming, energetic, and Informative! It was my first time so during the process we were engaging in conversations about life and it was definitely helpful with the pain . But my pain tolerance is pretty high so it was not bad at all. The place itself looks magical, they have a small corner for you to take shots before the service and intimate toys you can purchase! They do take cash OR Zelle. Parking is only street, which I don't think it's THAT bad. They also provide other services like facials, bleaching and tats , they're literally everything all in one spot. She was easy to talk to, and the environment was relaxing--it didn't feel clinical like an autopsy table. Wow I'll be back here again! I usually do my waxes myself to save money but i think this is a great place to go to as your regular spot or if you're like me just for professional maintenance. $60 for a Brazilian is the market price so I didn't bat an eye at it but what I was surprised about is how far that $60 takes you compared to other wax places. I've been EWC and they kinda just did the bare minimum for a wax, but at wax queen they got my stomach, far into inner thighs, and my entire crack. I thought I had to pay extra to get my butt area but they explained the inner portion is covered by the Brazilian, which I didn't get at EWC. They were THOROUGH. I suffer from a lot of ingrown hairs and Jessica was so great and took her time getting them all out. Really happy about this experience. Cash or zelle only but I don't mind. You can park on the street or turn into a small parking lot but there's plenty of spots around. The atmosphere is very fun inside as well. read more
