If I get the keratin lash, how long would it last? Typically, what is the time frame?

Hi Pinky! 3-4 weeks new lashes grow in, 6-8 weeks they start coming down. For some it lasts 8-12 weeks. Varies for each individual as everyone’s lashes grow at different cycles :)

How often do I have to do the keratin lash lift?

Varies person to person depending on your natural hair cycle.

Can you wash your face/eyes like normal with the lash lift? are we able to use waterproof mascara?

You have to wait 24 hours to wet eyelashes only. Yes you can use waterproof mascara after the 24 hours.

Has anyone had allergic reactions to lash lift (red eyes, puffiness, burning)? Really want to try it but I'm nervous about any possible side effects!?

If you have sensitive eyes, like any treatment, I don’t suggest it if your eyes are irritated already. The keratin lash lift is paraben free, has no formaldahyde and is hypoallergenic. It is a more natural formula than the regular lash lift.

Is it okay to use Blinc tubing mascara after a lash lift? It is waterproof but is removed with finger pressure & warm water.

They sell many different types of products for your skin and hair. What I liked was that they didn't convince, nor force you to buy anything. To be honest with you, the price for both were a tad expensive. I paid $31 for my under arms, and $30.00 for my eyebrows. Yes, both of them. LOL.:-)) I have 2 eyebrows. Minus her tip. They do all types of wax, for women and men. Eyebrows, chest, bikini, underarms, legs, arms, lips, entire face, and more. Place was spotless clean, with street and private lot parking. When it comes to brazilian waxing, I have always been very hesitant to try it. I have heard so many good things in comparison to the usual razor. My boyfriend suggested I get it done, and because it was a "special occasion" I decided to give it a go. I did a lot of research and came across Jen and went ahead and got it done by her. At first I was very nervous and shy, but once meeting her... she is so friendly that the comfort level was immediately established! She is so gentle and got the job done without any discomfort!! OMG! I have gone to many places to get my brows done. The first time is usually okay, but I've noticed that they are never consistent with the shape. My brows seem to always get thinner and thinner with every visit. I have tried the BEST OF THE BEST places and paid a lot to get them done. I had pretty much given up on finding a "brow artist" and started doing them myself... I came across Jennifer when she was working at a cosmetics company years ago and since then have followed her all the way to where she is now (San Gabriel). She is by far the BEST!!! Jenn is seriously THE BEST brown stylist and waxer I've ever experienced. I've been coming to Wax Boutique for a few months and I'm so glad I found this amazing gem of a place. My brows have never looked so good and I get constant compliments on the shape. She will even fill your brows in if you'd like, you leave looking beautiful and without any irritation or redness. THE BEST!!! I met Jenn when she was at Benefit, my eyebrows were a mess, but she shaped them and I just LOVE them. Having eyebrows that fit your face perfectly can completely change the way you look. I hv been going to Jen for at least 2 yrs now. I followed her from her previous employer to her new salon. My brows were in terrible shape prior to coming to her. My skin is very sensitive since, where other places I'd be burned or have reaction to wax but since going to Jen I couldn't be happier. She did an eval of my skin type and never had a problem with burns or rashes since then. She is a very down to earth n great personality and super professional along w her other co-workers. I was referred to Jennifer from my cousin for a Brazilian wax. I was told she was fast, yet very cautious of your pain tolerance and made sure you were comfortable. I have always wanted to get it done but was scared and always chickened out last minute. Because my cousin is very sensitive I trusted her referral. I finally made it in to get waxed by Jen. The reason why Jennifer takes appointments only is because she is in high demand! I found out firsthand when i tried to book an appointment for a facial. My skin isn't bad, but i noticed some congestion in certain areas and wanted to make sure i looked my best. I tried to book an appointment and she was able to accommodate me asap. Her hours are very flexible which is a huge plus considering i work a lot! I had my first facial with her and saw a complete difference in how my skin looked and felt! I came to Jenn for a brazilian wax and was hesitant to do so. My experience with brazilian wax in the past was harsh pain like a car ran over me. But when Jen did it, it was truly amazing. I like how she prep the room and does not double dip. Not a lot of wax experts don't double dip. She used like a gazillion* wax sticks on me. Unfortunately, that just wasn't my experience. I went in for a brow lamination and shaping and explained that I wasn't into the super thick, trendy brow look. I wanted something more natural and balanced. After the lamination process, she started shaping my brows and when she showed me the results, I immediately noticed they looked uneven and lacked symmetry and thicker than I had wanted. I mentioned it to her and asked if she could correct them a bit, and while she did try, they still didn't look right to me afterward but I paid and left. I felt I could shape them better at home myself. The friend I had brought with me pointed out that they looked different from each other. Individually, they weren't terrible, but together, they just didn't look balanced or well-shaped as a pair. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting perfect symmetry because brows are naturally sisters, not twins, but for a $150 service from someone with such a strong reputation, I did expect more attention to overall shape and balance. What disappointed me the most was what happened over the next few days. My brow hairs stayed extremely dry, stiff, and brittle well past the normal timeframe. By day three, they still felt very dry and I started noticing actual breakage and kinking in the hairs. After researching it online, it really seemed like my brows were overprocessed. I reached out to her because I understand mistakes happen and everyone can have an off day. I simply wanted to let her know what was happening and hoped she would at least respond or offer some help. Unfortunately, I never heard back from her at all, and honestly that part spoke volumes to me. I truly don't understand how so many people had such amazing experiences while mine was so disappointing, but this was genuinely my experience and I wanted to share it honestly.

She is extremely friendly, explains everything thoroughly, and offers a great variety of services. I got a facial and scalp treatment and she took her time with both, never making me feel rushed. She is intentional, thoughtful, and patient throughout the entire process, walking me through each step and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. On top of that, she uses amazing products that left my skin and scalp feeling incredible. Can't wait to go back and highly recommend! Getting there can be very tricky if you don't know the area but if you follow her instructions after booking the appointment, it is so easy. Off of Colorado next to the H&M you'll see stairs that go up and then the building is right there.

She checked in several times while shaping to make sure it was what I had in mind. Threading itself is never fun to experience, and I have sensitive skin and always seem to end up with some nicks and abrasions, but Mahro was so gentle that didn't happen AT ALL here. Prices are about standard for the area, $20 for brows, $10 for upper lip. She was able to take me in as a walk in and was so pleasant to talk to. There's a decent sized parking lot right in front of the shop. She's moving next month down a few blocks and I'll be sure to look for her there!
