This business is absolutely amazing and an easy five stars! The owner is incredibly talented and keeps everything very clean, which is so important for this type of service. She is extremely friendly, explains everything thoroughly, and offers a great variety of services. I got a facial and scalp treatment and she took her time with both, never making me feel rushed. She is intentional, thoughtful, and patient throughout the entire process, walking me through each step and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. On top of that, she uses amazing products that left my skin and scalp feeling incredible. Wow! Simply wow!! To start, Rico is so incredibly sweet. I had been curious about the keratin lash lift for some time and was finally ready and able to try it out. The fact that I have fairly long lashes and a strong prescription, my lashes streak my glasses when I don't have my contacts on. Hence why I was curious. The before and afters I had seen made me make that appointment. The process took about an hour. The results were amazing. It really opened up my eyes. She did it would last 6 to 8 weeks I believe and it's been about that time and I can see I need it again. Great facial. One of the best I've had! Riko was great, she's super sweet and super understanding. I actually bought a Groupon for her, which actually expired. My head was everywhere due to stress of work, but I spoke to her and she actually said it was fine and to schedule whenever. Going in, very easy to find. Just follow the signs. The room is a good size and very comfortable. I loved how clean and comforting it felt, great ambiance. The facial was great. I think everyone should do a Gua Sha facial once a week or maybe once biweekly. It really helps with the lymph nodes. Plus she does so many different things, there was heat, masks, extractions, removal of dead skin, etc. The whole process was very nice, comforting, and my skin looked great as well. I decided to treat myself to a relaxing facial experience and booked the Gua Sha Lymphatic Drainage Facial. Easily one of the best decisions I've made! Not only was it super easy to make an appointment (there's a website with direct booking), the service itself was the epitome of pampering. I've only ever had gua sha done when I've been sick (traditional Chinese medicine), and in that context, it's not exactly gentle, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I shouldn't have worried because Riko has magical hands and the pressure was perfect - nothing at all like the aggressive coin scraping that I grew up with. She basically gave me the world's best face massage! The scalp massage was pretty fantastic too! Let me start by saying I had never received a brow, lamination and tint before and I have very sparse brows. From the moment I walked in, Riko warmly welcomed me into her beautiful salon and I was struck by how aesthetic and clean her salon was. Not to mention how incredibly kind and sweet Riko is!! Riko invited me in so sweetly and began working on my brows. During the whole process, she carefully worked on my brows with the utmost attention and detail. The relaxing music and her magically talented hands made me feel like I was at the spa on cloud 9! I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep in her care. After everything was done, the end result absolutely blew me away. My sparse brows were transformed into beautiful, shaped, and fluffy brows! I even had a spot on one of my brows that did not have any hair and the way Riko tinted it made it look more full and even with my other brow. Riko is a miracle worker! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I had an appointment today for a hybrid set of lashes and upon reaching my car the lashes on the left eye were coming off and the lashes on the end were just hanging. I immediately called the owner to tell her and she said she couldn't fix them because she has another client coming and that I would have to wait until 6pm. It was 3:20pm and I don't live in Pasadena and had to pick up my child. She then said I could come back the next day but that wouldn't work either because I work and made the appointment for the time I was available. Good customer service would've been to take 10 minutes to fix my lashes that were coming off. My birthday is next week and I'm left looking crazy not only that the lashes look like they were done at a nail shop they're not even twins. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Go at your own risk. The prices she charging vs the work doesn't match I wouldn't pay $20 for these and the sad part is she knew they weren't up to par because she installed them. I should've known something was up with the left eye because she finished it way quicker than the right. Just terrible and terrible customer service.
