I really wanted to like this place because the staff was very kind and welcoming. Before my appointment, I let my lash technician know that I have sensitive eyes and specifically requested sensitive lash glue. Unfortunately, during the application my eyes were burning and stinging the entire time, and I was tearing up constantly. This has never happened to me at any other lash salon. They mentioned that my eyes were shaking because of caffeine, but it was actually because I was in so much pain and trying to tolerate the discomfort. By the end of the appointment, my eyes were in so much pain, and my left eye was completely red. The technician offered me eye drops, which I appreciated, and they helped a little at the time. However, it's now been over a day, and my eye is still red. My eyes also feel sore every time I blink, so I'll most likely be seeing an eye doctor to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate how nice the service was, but unfortunately the experience itself was not. If you have sensitive eyes, I would be cautious about getting your lashes done here. Based on my experience, I personally wouldn't come back.

Lashes hyper curled in the middle and bending down/sideways

I went in for a lash lift - it was my second time there, and had no problems the first time. I hate leaving bad reviews and all the women there are so sweet but unfortunately my lashes were over processed and are now crunchy and bending/curling in all kinds of crazy directions. I've spent the last week or so trying to brush them out with oils and serums but since then some of my lashes have fallen out and the kinks aren't straightening out - some of them are just getting worse. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but it sucks to pay for my eyelashes to be (hopefully) temporarily ruined and weird looking.

Made an appointment super last minute, and staff was super helpful and nice and squeeze me in to their schedule. I did my lash with Lily, she was super detailed and ask me specifically what i wanted and went into deep details. She worked super fast and came out out PERFECT! read more

Went back for a 3 week refill. $60 Wanted same, 1:1 lash mink. Technician applied synthetic 1:2 lashes which use more glue and lashes not as soft and natural feeling. Disappointed AND- I had a $10 off credit on my account which was not applied when I paid. For such an elaborate digital customer system, one would think client preferences and account information would be noted at check in. And Response to business owner's reply. I did want the exact same 1:1 fill with the quality lashes I paid more for on my initial visit. And I was not ASKED if I wanted the double lashes on a single lash to fill in at "no extra charge" because I don't like them. It makes the glue clumpier and is eye irritating to me. That is why I specifically said 1:1 Assuming I wanted something based on their own ideas of what a client wants is just a lack of communication and bad judgement ! read more

Recently came here to get an eyelash lift. I found them through Yelp through a request a quote and they were quick to respond and had a great price in comparison to other vendors. The facility itself is much bigger than other lash places I went to. The place was really clean and organized. I also liked that prices were right at the entrance which was great cause I didn't have any surprises :) I was happy overall with the lash lift, but next time I will ask for extra small so my lashes are extra curly! read more

Rosa did an amazing job on my eyes! Extremely gentle and very patient. The lashes look sooo good and feel super duper comfy. Definitely go here to get your lashes done with a considerate and gentle lash pro. I got a bit cold and she gave me a blanket which was another plus the vibe inside is super cute, and she was very detailed about the length and style of the lashes so I am really happy with their service :) found a new lash place and will be coming back read more

I took an involuntary break from lash extensions from March to July due to the pandemic. Lash fills are needed every 2-3 weeks, so of course, all of my extensions eventually came off during that time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my natural lashes were unscathed and looked the same, if not better, than before I started getting extensions. I currently drive 2 hours round trip to get my lashes done by Taylor-she is THAT good. Do yourself a favor, and make an appointment.

I went on Tuesday, March 25th, to get eyelashes applied. Honestly, I had a bad experience with them. It's not my first time, but I've had this experience twice before. I arrived, and they didn't offer me any services. They just told me it would be $80. The first time they offered me too many services, so I decided to go again. The first time I got them, I didn't have any problems with the lashes, they even lasted too long. The second time, on the third day, I already had half of my eyelashes because almost all of them had disappeared. I called so they could give me a solution and they told me that due to their policy they can only help you until the third day. I told them that I was only on the third day. They told me that I had to pay again and I told them no because paying again knowing that I was within the days that they could fix it seemed a little unfair to me, to be honest, but I still came back because I gave them hope again, but I regret it so much, to be honest. read more

I have flat, long lashes, but they grow outwards and down. She went with the size S shield to give me a more dramatic curve. We decided not to use the bigger shields because we wanted more of a curve near the root of my lashes so my length really showed. I loved the results! I am now 2 and a half months post treatment and even now still have some curl remaining. How long it will lash depends on how fast your lashes grow out.
