After having a set done at another place (and being disappointed), I came here to have the aforementioned lashes removed and a new set put in. It was twice as much as what I paid at the other place, but definitely worth it. You get what you pay for! My lash tech was Arianna- when I explained my issue with the lashes, she was very thorough in asking questions and showing me examples to make sure I got what I wanted. And she was very accommodating about making adjustments as needed. I had the Barely There set and specifically asked for a natural look. She did a great job, and I will definitely be coming back. I had a very disappointing experience here. I had my lashes done by Ale. They looked great (at first); however, they lasted all of 48 hours. They were falling off/out in bunches from the start. By day two, almost all had fallen out and looked terrible. I followed all aftercare instructions. I've also had my lashes done many times before (elsewhere) with no issues. Very disappointed in the waste of money (and time!). Additionally, I messaged the business right away with my experience and they have yet to reply two weeks later. I was getting here the L-curl volume lashes for Burning Man!! And they not only survived a harsh week in a desert - they still look amazing - it's been 3 weeks and it feels like they will go on for another three! I believe they last longer than regular lash extensions because of a special method of application - closer to the skin. Very effective! I also feel like they give me an eyeliner look - it is so great not to use mascara or eyeliner at all! Stephanie did an amazing job on my classic set of lashes! Not only do they look natural and fluttery (like a snapchat filter) but they're also super comfortable (to the point where I forget I have them and rub my eyes accidentally). The Lashes: I have been coming to Lashitude since the beginning of this year and I have been coming back regularly for lash refills since then. I am amazed at how long my lashes look very full - I usually come back for a refill every 4-5 weeks. I am amazed at how many compliments I receive regarding my lashes! Everyone says they look so great, and so well done that they actually look natural! I am absolutely addicted - and plan to always come back regularly to get my lashes done! The service: I always come to Lili to get my lashes done. She knows exactly what I want and always does an amazing job on my lashes! She makes the whole process very comfortable and I usually fall asleep during my lash refill. She is such an awesome technician that I drive all the way from Beverly Hills to come see her! The parking: is ample! There is a lot behind the building, as well as street parking. I suggest that if you are coming for a first fill, which may take longer than 2 hours, you park in the lot in the back! Since the parking on the street is 2 hour parking until 6:00 pm. Honestly not worth the price. I've had several sets done at Mini lash beauty in Pasadena and they've always come out great and are about 1/2 the price. I wanted to try somewhere new since they didn't have availability when I needed and Lashitude had awesome reviews. The lashes looked great but my eye got poked pretty bad during the appointment and it was red and painful for about 3 days. All of them had fallen out at the two week mark meaning they looked good for a week and a half. I followed the instructions I was given perfectly - no water within 24 hours, brush with micellar water every couple of days to keep clean, etc. Not worth $250 in my opinion. read more

I came here for a facial with JESSICA and loved it sooo much! Jessica is so friendly, kind and considerate. I've always been super nervous to get a facial since my skin is sensitive and I am allergic to grapes so I can't have products with grapeseed oil, etc. She was very mindful to make sure none of the products she used had grapeseed oil in it. I was so happy that my face didn't get any bad reactions like at some other places I've been to. It also feels so good when she massages my face. This review is for JESSICA, I recently just started getting my eyelash extensions done with Jessica. I have been a loyal happy customer of Natalia and Lashitude for the past 7 years and counting! At first I was hesitant to try anyone new and I'm so happy and glad I met Jessica and was able to try her! Jessica is easy to talk to and listened to what type of lashes and look I wanted. During the process she was gentle and made sure I was okay. She took her time to make sure I got the "full look" I always want to achieve every time I come in for my volume fill. When she was done and I looked in the mirror, I LOVED it!!! I went with a full, curlier, and long (dramatic look) and she achieved it. She customized the look based on my eye shape. I am Asian with smaller almond shape eye with almost no eyelid. I wasn't sure if I wanted longer lashes on the middle or at the end.. But somehow she blended both! I love it!! The extensions opened up my eyes more and I feel beautiful!!! She's very good with the "fan" volume technique which creates the most voluminous lash extension!!! I highly recommend Jessica and as well as Tatiana!!! They are very talented in eyelash extension. I would not go anywhere else, they use the best products and have vast choices of lashes! Loveeee coming here!! I got my lashes done for the first time maybe a month ago and just got them filled again--both done by Jessica! I always thought extensions wouldn't work on my straight Asian lashes but wow!!! These are incredible and it's like I'm wearing falsies all the time. Alejandra is extremely rude and unprofessional. Doesn't know how to speak to clients at all

I had a lash lift and tint with Sasha and they are absolutely terrible. She didn't seem to want to be doing it and didn't seem to want to speak to me which whatever I can be fine with if the results are good but they aren't. They are overly curled so go almost straight up and then curl back on themselves. Most of the lashes have been angled to curl toward the inner eye rather than the outside so my lashes actually look way shorter which is the OPPOSITE of what a lift is meant to do. And then there's just random lashes that point the opposite direction to the one next to it so I have eyelashes crossing each other and going in random directions. I messaged immediately when I got home about the random directions and I received no apology, no help or understanding they just said I can try to brush them out to straighten them (which didn't work). When I told them it didn't work and what can I do to make my lashes normal again so at least I could curl and wear mascara like normal they again didn't apologize they said I can use oil to try to undo the lash lift (which hasn't worked) or I could come in next week to get them chemically straighten. I'm going on vacation which is why I got them done so I will be away next week (they didn't offer to squeeze me in this week to correct the mistakes) and I'm now left with horrible looking eyelashes that look short and point in random directions and I can't even use a curling wand or mascara because it makes them look even worse. I'm so disappointed and even more disappointed with just how little care they have given me and not even an apology. If you want a lash lift do not go here at all it was a terrible experience from start to finish. UPDATE: since posting the review they have been in touch to apologize and have offered me a 50% refund of the service which I appreciate. read more

They have moved, but they still give the best lashes in town! Lashitude is now located in a cute little 2nd floor unit on a quiet stretch of Green St. The treatment rooms are larger and the space is all theirs. I'm still loving my lashes and Natalia is always amazing. I've learned to book my appointment as far in advance as I can since she is popular and her schedule fills up fast.
