I have had eyelash extensions by Taylor for two years now, and they have absolutely changed my life. I wake up looking polished, and makeup is no longer needed. I used to hate wearing false lash strips, because I could always FEEL them. With lash extensions, I do not remotely notice that anything is there. Taylor is meticulous, tasteful, and light handed. She is a licensed esthetician, and has extensive lash extension-specific training. Her touch is so gentle that I have fallen asleep during many of my appointments lol. She offers customized lash extensions ranging from natural looks to high volume. I opt for a light volume style with a subtle cat eye, which I find to be natural yet glamorous. I took an involuntary break from lash extensions from March to July due to the pandemic. Lash fills are needed every 2-3 weeks, so of course, all of my extensions eventually came off during that time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my natural lashes were unscathed and looked the same, if not better, than before I started getting extensions. Came in yesterday for the first time and met with Amber. She was friendly and I appreciated that she took the time to listen to my concerns before starting anything. She then told me that even though I had asked for a brow tint, I didn't need one. I appreciated this as there are so many business trying to upsell you on everything. At the end of my appointment she recommended several products but again did not try to push anything. I definitely liked how she shaped my eyebrows. My experience with Amber was great. The 3 stars come from my experience with scheduling. I have a really low tolerance for incompetence and their scheduler failed twice. I called to make my initial appointment and told the girl that I wanted to schedule a brow tweeze, not wax because I recently finished a regimen of accutane. I told her that I also wanted to include a brow tint. She said ok and booked my appointment. I received a text the day before confirming a brow tint. I told them how I had asked for brow shaping as well and that I wanted to confirm that I was scheduled for both. They said Yes. Well when Amber checked me in she said "You're here for a brow tint correct?" I had to explain AGAIN that I was also there for brow shaping. Then when Amber took me to the back she was setting up for waxing so I had to explain again that I had just finished accutane. I don't blame Amber for any of this as I really feel the person who made my appointment should have made some notes. Overall great service from Amber. Love this salon shop! Its a bit hidden but super cute and cozy! Super clean facility and the staffs are really nice! Its my first time here and my first time ever getting my eyelashes extension done. I was a bit hesitate to get them done, due to many stories i heard but Layla, said you will love it when i'm done. OMG, after she was done i was like OH WOW, I love them! She did amazing job. Super natural and much fuller than my natural lashes. She is super nice and friendly. Definitely a person to go to, to have your lashes done. She does a very thorough job, strand by strand and not only that she has steady hands. She gives you a guide on how to take care of them too after. I do warn you though its about 2 1/2 hours long but so worth it. Not only that the next day you would feel your lids a bit sore too, which i think its normal since they are working on thin fine hair by adding extensions. Soooo worth it... The lashes lasts up to 3 weeks. These lashes does miracles! Saving me money and time in the morning. I know she mentioned to me that she does facial as well, i can't wait to give her a shot on that too! Love the fact this facility is not just about eye lashes, they also do eyebrows shaping, and facials. Its a one stop pit with things you can get done all in one place/visit.
