Had a wax with Silvia, the wax itself wasn't bad but as a first timer I didn't feel welcome or comfortable. When I entered she just told me to take everything off and lay on the table, and 20 min after she was done. I wasn't consulted on aftercare or maintenance etc since I even told her it was my first wax ever so I had no clue. It was mostly her attitude in the reasoning I would never be back. Went to a new waxer and she broke down aftercare and treated me in such a pleasant way, and even stepped out and gave me time to undress the fact that her professionalism spoke more volumes then getting waxed here, it's safe to say I would never come back or recommend being waxed by Silvia.
