Booked a first time appointment with Ariana for a fill when I saw that they had decent prices. I was wary at first, but decided to go for it. I get let know on the *day of* the appointment that because I have an outside fill there will be an extra $20 added to my service, when their wording says $20 extra for a full set, not a fill, and to let her know if that changes anything. I I tell her that I wish to change my appointment to next week since I didn't know they would charge me an extra $20 and then proceeds to tell me that I'm going to get charged for a same day cancellation when she had last minute made changes to my appointment. I call the salon and Alicia tells me the same thing and that I'm being aggressive because I didn't agree with being charged a same day cancellation fee when I didn't know that I would be charged $20 extra. She says "I'm sorry" in a condescending tone and the wording is clear even though it is not and she refuses to take any responsibility for the grammatical errors on their booking page. Her passive aggressive remarks were unprofessional and unfair to spring on last minute changes/charges. read more
