Rachel was so knowledgeable and patient, explained every little detail to me about the current state of my brows (many years post-microblading and powder brows)... and basically helped me come up with a game plan on how to maintain them well. She has a lot of integrity and even said lamination wasn't the right step this time, so she just shaped them so beautifully and tinted them. Explained all the after care. A story: I was getting Lasik and the surgery prepper asked if my eyebrows were microbladed. I said "no been going to the same lady for 6 years now" and she was shocked. Granted, if your eyebrows were messed up like my sisters, she can help you grow out your brows and have them fuller and shaped. It just takes time. She costs more than the average threading salon, but her work speaks for itself. She spends 15-25 mins on your brows. Please pay for beauty services in cash if you can. This applies to nails, brows, eyelashes. It doesn't hurt to stop by the bank first. These men and women in the beauty world make us look cute. The least we can do is pay for our services right away. Those apps like square take up to 3% away from them. If we want to support our ladies, we need to pay cash! It is appointment only, please show up early or on time. But NEVER LATE. You will throw off her appointments for the whole damn day. That's not cool. I use retin-a for anti aging and acne purposes. Make sure you disclose of any chemical peels or retinols that you may be using. I have gotten skin peeled off near my brows because of retinols and she always reminds me to stop using them a couple days before I come in. Sometimes I listen sometimes I forget lol. read more

I am not sure how all these good reviews were made. Rachael has a nice and professional attitude; however, her work is not good. She removed more hair than needed from my brows, which I've been growing for a couple of months. She did worse work than the $15 service, took triple the time, and charged over $80. With these prices, she should have listened well to her customer and confirmed before making brows so thin, while they asked only for thick, clean brows. Called Rachel on a Thursday afternoon hoping she could take me as a new client at the last minute. She was awesome enough to squeeze me in right before she closed. Rachel is awesome! I was so scared of getting my brows waxed after microblading since I've never done it before. Turns out the wax that she used was really mild and didn't hurt at all. The end result is amazing and I'll be coming back! Since I've got them microbladed already I don't even need to worry about putting brow makeup on on a daily basis. I had a wonderful experience with Rachel at Brow Fancy. I got lash extensions, wax, and brow shaping - all in preparation for my week away in Hawaii for my hubby's birthday!! She was really good at communicating through texts about our appointment, and answered any and all questions that I asked her. Her small, one-room studio is located inside a hair salon. It's small, but her skills, great prices, and genuine niceness more than make up for any "atmosphere" you might miss out on. She makes you feel comfortable, explains all her intentions and gives clear instructions for aftercare. I LOVE my eyelash extensions. I got the "natural set", and they definitely look natural. She was particular about the curl of each lash, making sure they all curled the right way, that they were an appropriate length, and that there was nothing poking or stinging (either of those things would be bad, I imagine). I don't feel a thing - they are light, and I keep forgetting I have them until I see them in the mirror. LOVE them! She did such a great job with them. I know when I get to Hawaii, I won't have to worry about wearing any mascara at all. She gave me some lash shampoo, a mascara wand and clear instructions on care. She also offers a 3-week free touch up! So I'll be seeing her again in 3 weeks time! Her prices are awesome. I feel like I got an awesome deal for 5-star level service. I went to Brauhaus/Zoey Van Jones in Pasadena for years, and I love them, but I always felt like I was paying out a lot for their services. Rachel is awesome! I had my eyelash extensions done by her today. She knew I was leaving town so she squeezed me in last minute and I'm super grateful. She's very knowledgeable and explained to me the difference in all the lashes. We picked individual extensions for me as the most natural looking ones. The process was very tedious, as she had to bond each lash individually, but she has really steady hands and laid the lashes out as best as possible. If it wasn't perfect, she'd redo it until it was. She really put a lot of focus into the lashes and the results definitely showed the great job she did. Aside from the awesome work she does, she's also talkative and helpful. She explained everything she was doing so that I always knew what was going on. She's super nice and really makes it comfortable when you're lying there for so long. Also she's really great with communication and texts/calls as soon as she has time. I'm really forgetful so the scheduling ahead makes things a lot easier for me. She was extremely professional, friendly, explained everything that she was doing, after care for the lashes & most importantly (to me anyways) communicated through text!
