Amazing job at a fair price. I came here on a Sunday and was so impressed with my eyebrow shape. It complements my face very nicely.

I was introduced to Sue and Expert Eyebrow Threading through an old friend in 2016. My first time getting my eyebrows threaded over waxing and I never looked back after my first visit. I can't believe so many years have passed and I still continue to come to her spot. She is definitely an expert at her craft. I tell everyone I can about Sue's spot. She is so kind and so friendly and does an amazing job every time. I now live far away but I still make time in my schedule to come back and refresh my brows with Sue. I don't let anyone else touch my brows. I'm grateful for this place and so glad she survived the COVID epidemic. I will continue to come back and continue to spread the word. The only negative thing I can say about this spot is she is the only one available to work on brows so sometimes there can be a wait. But she does her best to get people in and out the door. I enjoy the space. Restrooms and atmosphere are clean. Obviously prices have gone up over the years, not my favorite but everything is expensive now. Sue is RUDE! Does not greet you when you walk in, she literally just looks at you then continues what she's doing. I'm sitting outside her shop right now, I waited 25 minutes and she was still working on the same lady. I'm not prone to leaving one star reviews, but after my last experience I have to do my diligence in informing the community. Note: I found this place on yelp and trusted the positive reviews. I have tried this place several times in the past, and my experience was pleasant...not amazing but well enough for me to return. Recently, I walked in and was seated shortly. Mind you, it was a hot day (high 80s) and there was absolutely no air inside, no ventilation, no AC, no fan to circulate the air. Due to the pandemic and mask requirement, I literally couldn't breathe and started sweating while in the chair. So I already had an uncomfortable experience from the beginning. I don't know if the eyebrow artist was also uncomfortable, but she spent maybe four minutes total on my brows which felt rushed, and when I checked in the mirror I saw how uneven they were. At this point, I was so disappointed that I didn't speak up or ask her to change anything because I worried they would look worse. Thankfully, I had a body wax appointment afterward with my awesome technician at Magnolia Skincare and without me mentioning anything, she noticed my brows and took it upon herself to do damage control. Phew, my brows were saved. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this brow threading salon. read more

I'm very happy with this place! My cousin and I walked by the store and decided to try it out since they were doing free threading and henna tattoos during grand opening. The threader came off as a quiet personality but she was very nice and talked to us while we got threaded. It took her 10 minutes to do my eyebrows. Who likes hair removal? NO ONE! But, Sue was incredible. Waxing leaves the skin on my face susceptible to breakouts. So threading is my only option (besides laser, but that's down the road). The eyebrow shaping was virtually painless. She left my eyebrows looking even fuller (how is that possible?) after cleaning them up. The shape is fantastic. Upper lip was more painful for me since I was a first-timer, but I stuck it out and ended up with a smooth result. She also got my sideburns area and worked as quickly as possible. I called before walking in with two of my male friends. 7$ is the best you can get, they was extremely sweet and caring. Having thin brows makes me nervous and she made them look fuller and healthier if that makes sense. I would comeback, this is the best place :) UPDATE. They don't exactly open at 10.
