Got my eyebrows threaded here last weekend. Every woman knows that eyebrow threading is like brain surgery. One wrong move and your doomed! She did a great job. Looked all over the Pasadena area for a threading place. Came across Expert Eyebrow Threading and absolutely loved the service. The lady, Su, was very gentle and took her time to shape my eyebrows. In addition, there was not plucking done just hair removal with the thread itself. As for the pricing, it's hard to find a place that can beat this price ( i.e. eyebrows costed $7!). The place is also very clean and quite peaceful. Will definitely be back! read more

First and last time! The lady rushed me and was very unprofessional. She was very rude also. She did not do a good job, I would never come back. When a customer came in and told her she would come back cause she was working on me she told the customer "No I'm done with her!" So she didn't finish me up so she can make money on someone else to! Love this place. I've been there 3x. I always leave happy! My eyebrows look thick and have amazing shape. I have never had any skin irritation like others have posted. Best part is the price ! So much cheaper than I was paying in NY plus the punch card, 6th is free ! Looking forward to trying lashes and getting Henna. Parking has never been an issue. It's hard to find an esthetician in LA who knows what they're doing so it took me a while to try and find a place that's consistent and I can trust with my eyebrows. Least to say, my eyebrows have been destroyed. My eyebrow hair went from growing well and being able to be threaded beautifully each month, to the shape being destroyed and it takes 3 months for my hair to grow back. Ever since a session I went to last year with, my eyebrows have never been the same. I even started going to celebrity eyebrow stylists to fix and maintain them, and they would all ask where I've been going and ask if I'm aware one eyebrow is much thicker than the other. Plus the shape got messed up. It's been four months and my hair still hasn't grown back fully, and this was never the case before. Not happy at all, and never coming back read more

I just moved to Pasadena from Dallas, Texas, so I read a lot of reviews before deciding to go here. The lady who did my brows (sorry, don't know her name) was nice however she did not do a good job at all. I asked for a couple of specific things (ie. don't thread the ends, leave them long) and she did not do them at all. Didn't even shape my brows, just cleaned up around them. Trimmed one more than the other. Also I tried to hold the mirror afterwards as she was showing them to me and she wouldn't even let go of the mirror so I could get a closer look. If I had seen them close up before getting into my car I honestly wouldn't have paid. My own fault for paying for a service before making sure I was satisfied. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as most of the people in the reviews. Won't be coming back here. read more

I'm visiting from SF and didn't have time to do my brows back home with the lady I typically go to. I don't trust many people with my brows cuz they either thread them too thin or miss hella spots, or they over thread in one spot leaving a baldish area. I found this place off Yelp because it was down the street from my hotel. I figured the good reviews and 5 stars would mean I'd be happy with the results. Luckily, I was right! I have been coming to this place for a few months now only because there is no waiting or limited waiting time . The lady who does the threading is not nice at all nor does a great job. She is super rough and has cut my face a few times. I get the impression she may not like her job for many reasons. I will be finding a new place for threading after today. Great price point and they did a really good job with threading. I usually go to another place but it was getting too expensive. The reason for the 3 stars is that I devloped a painful rash between my brows, now I do have super sensitive skin but I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and never had this reaction. So just air on caution if you do have sensitive skin, just ask what theyre applying/if they have clean hands before getting your eyebrows done. I'm not sure if I'm willing to try to place again if the same thing is going to occur. read more

I really liked how they did my brows and it was not as painful as some places. The only down side is that only one person is working at a time and you may have to wait a long time. Unfortunately the lady in front of me was getting her WHOLE face threaded...I guess she was super hairy so it took FOREVER. All I have to say is I had great eyebrows before I walked in and now I dont. I am so mad right now. She took it upon herself to thin my eyebrows out when I specifically said just clean up do not make them thin! She does not listen and will screw your face up. I've been here a total of 3 times (since i've lived in the area - 6 months) and the lady here kills it every time! I always ask the eyebrow stylist to keep it as thick as possible and she does. She cleans around my eyebrows very nicely and most importantly, she makes them even. The lady is really sweet. The price is great as well. Best brow and lip threading I have ever had! I don't think I have any hair left on my lip. The tech who provided the service was very detailed in what she did and showed me her work after she removed hair from each area. I am a new customer and was confused as to why I had to sign in before she did the threading but it appears they store your information and what service they provided so that for your next appointment you can see what was done and when---clever! read more
