I have a lot of experience getting eyelash extensions from various places. Naomi is very nice and the price point is great. I was very pleased with the work and three weeks later, they look very nice. Will go again. Just note that the work area is in the back of a beauty store and it got a bit chilly as they leave the front door open. I will definitely go back. read more

The best eyelash artist you can find in town! Beautiful work, most amazing part is she always finished about an hr. The bed is very comfortable too. Highly recommend Naomi. read more

Previously, I went to eyelash shop in k-town. It was cheap there, but I had allergic reaction with glue. I had to go to skin doctor and got determined that k-town shop used cheap material from random company. Here in ViVi Eyelash Extension, I have no problem with anything!! Naomi is very kind and understands exactly what I want to do. And she uses very good product so I don't have any allergic reaction anymore. Also, her technique is definitely better than anywhere in k-town. Tip!!! Naomi is very busy anytime, so she might not have time to answer the phone. It's better to TEXT!!! read more

Naomi is still the best! She is easy to talk to about what kind of lashes you want, your budget, the process, how to best maintain them, etc. The process typically takes less than an hour, sometimes more pending on the set I get. It always seems faster to me because Naomi & I usually chat and listen to K-Pop (2NE1 & Big Bang lol). I've been seeing Naomi since my first visit 10 months ago. The best part about eyelashes is the ability to wake up in the morning and not stress about makeup. I've been doing winged eyeliner since I was 15 and since I've been going to Naomi I've completely forgone eyeliner and mascara. Occasionally, if I'm going out (or if I feel like it) I'll put on my eyeshadow and remove it with an OIL FREE makeup remover. They last between 3 weeks to a month, which is great because Naomi has fantastic fill prices. Keep in mind that you have to do your part to maintain them i.e not getting them get wet within the first 48 hours - I hardly get mine wet at all but have gone swimming into a chlorine pool 48 hours afterwards, I only last two lashes!, avoiding oil based makeup products on your lashes, brushing them (gently!) with a clean spooly brush (you can get em for a buck @ Target), etc. I have tried all of the sets - basic, full and extra full with various size and styles - and every single set has been amazing! The Full Set is my favorite, it's perfect for everyday. If I have an event coming up then I'll go for the Extra Full. The GIF attached is the Extra Full Set which I got as a fill two weeks after getting a regular Full Set. Ask Naomi about her loyalty card! read more

She is hard to get appointments with. Inflexible with her schedule. The extensions fell off right away after a few days of getting it done. You will get what you pay for. Cheap work!!! You will be happier with The Lash Slayer. read more

This is a review written and rated by my wife as she does not have a Yelp account and is not really into rating or writing any reviews what so ever. But she wanted to say something this time regarding Vivi Eyelash Extension by Naomi via my review credibility (and I agreed). Personally I am happy with what she has done actually. Ha-ha. My wife says, "Naomi is incredible in terms of the kindness, skills, and availability when needed. She is a down-to-earth person and really easy to approach. She always accommodates my busy schedule and is prompt about the scheduled appointment. The eyelash extensions usually last long time for me despite of abuses like washing faces and a little bit touch of mascara for thick and juicy eyelashes. I believe her price is reasonable and even great compared to what I have actually received for my eye lashes. I will become her regulars for sure and will make another appointment for maintenance of my beautiful eyelash extensions...." She goes on and on and on. Okay. This is my review by just looking at her extended eyelashes. I usually do not really care about these things, but since she had me write this review for her, I gotta say that it is a total compliment to my wife's cosmetic upgrade. And I like it and do not mind having it done in regular basis. The bottom line is she completely recommends this place and Naomi is greatly skilled person to do job correctly at the first place. read more

My lashes fell out after chemo. Vivi gave me the most natural and pretty lashes. The first appointment will take you about 45 minutes and they are after it's about a half hour. I have had a great experience and have had follow-up appointments every two weeks. read more

Absolutely great!! I went here with my sister and saw Naomi doing her job. One thing for sure is that she's FAST!!!! I didn't have to wait long!! And my sister liked her look too. I love it here!! read more

Very unprofessional business. I placed an appointment twice and both times she got the time. I expected to have my eyelashes done the day before my birthday and now I have no other solutions to get them done. Im a teenager without a car and ordered an Uber to get here now I'm left stranded in unfamiliar city for two hours until my ride comes. read more

I've been getting my lashes done here for a while now and every time I go Naomi blesses my eyelashes. She's fast and just amazing. When people ask me about my eyelashes I always tell them to go to her because she's super sweet, easy to talk to, has a flexible schedule and makes the extension look super natural no matter the length. read more

Naomi is great! Loved her from the first session. A friend recommended me to her and my friend's lashes are always looking great! Even after 3 weeks! I went and got a basic set and it helped me get used to the lashes. 2 1/2 weeks later I went back to get a fuller set. We talked about it how much I should go and she added as she felt needed. My lashes don't look too overdone which I prefer. It's very natural to fit me and my face. I like how it makes me looks more awake and fresh. She's super professional and sweet and she does book up so, plan on getting this done regularly, because you will want to maintain the fresh look of longer lashes. If scheduling is an issue, I would suggest scheduling your next appt at the end of the session so you can continue to keep those lashes looking great! read more

Yes!!!! Finally!!!! Naomi's officially my girl! She did an amazing job doing my eyelashes. Believe me, I checked out so many places after moving to LA from NY, and by far, she's one of the best I've met. I've already got so many compliments and they really do look very natural with a beautiful curl. Thanks Naomi! read more

I started researching eyelash extension shop in pasadena. I wanted to find the right shop to do the work. I called and made appointiments with Naomi. I was little nervous and worried about getting my first eyelash extension. I have really short and barely there lashes. She was so sweet and frindly. I fell comfotable while she was doing my lashes. Naomi was very knowledgeable and skilled great technique. I feel pretty when I looked up. She is amazing. My eyes were transformed. She gave me super full long eyelash, that couldn't have looked more natural. No more mascara that burn my eyes. Thanks to Naomi my experince was awesome. I will definitely be coming back and this time. Love it and I highly recommend Naomi. read more

I had the pleasure of stumbling across this salon for the first time by accident on yelp and thank God I did because I absolutely LOVED the service I received. I got a full set of eyelash extensions done by Naomi the sweetest woman you'll ever meet. She was very patient and gentle with her work and surprisingly I was in and out of there fairly quick. I would refer her to anyone !!!! The price is reasonable and she is very willing to work with you any situation. My eyelashes were a mess before I walked in there .. I didn't have an appointment and she was gracious enough to take me in. Totally worth checking out .. I for sure am going to return read more

Naomi is my girl for lash extension. I've had lash extension done once before in my lifetime but it was a horrible experience. Lashes went all sorts of way and it would get in the way of my vision. I've never cared for it since. Recently, I've decided to give it another try and I'm sooo glad I did! I've gone to her few times now. Thanksss Naomi for your gentle and genuine work! read more

Naomi is very friendly and easy to work with. She listens to what you want and tries her best to match that. She's willing to work with your schedule too. The place is clean and Naomi is the best when it comes to eyelash extensions.. the only downside is that you can't do walk ins because it's appointment only... I found out the hard way by walking in but they let still helped me. I recommend this place.. read more

Naomi is the best when it comes to eyelash extension! I've known her since she was in Ebenezer eyelash in New York, and since then, she is the ONLY one I go to for my eyelash extension. I've tried all the "famous" or "popular" eyelash extension places in the states (and even in Korea and in Japan), but I never really liked the result because of how it comes out on my eyes... When I met Naomi, however, she knew what would fit perfectly for my eye shape and she nailed it for my eyelash extension--It just changed everything about my years of experience in eyelash extensions! I guarantee that you will never be disappointed with Naomi's work:-) read more

I set up an appointment with Naomi based on her reviews on yelp and I have to say that I am very happy with the experience! I've only had eyelash extensions done once before for a friend's wedding ( I was a bridesmaid ) and it was a little painful, and the lashes fell off after a day. Naomi is very gentle and FAST, and the lashes that we picked were light on the eye, and full looking. I've got a little boost of confidence from all of the compliments that I got from my girlfriends, plus not only did my husband NOTICE, but he now insists that I get it done more often :) TIP: Call ahead, because it's by appointment only. I called two days in advance, and I was able to get a reservation. There's plenty of street parking ( just make sure to read the signs - Pasadena police are very fast to give tickets) and nearby structure parking lots. The salon is sort of "hidden" in a very pretty courtyard next to a "Tortas Mexico" restaurant. Look for an entrance that says "The Courtyard on Fair Oaks" and head right on in. read more

I just got a set from Naomi today after my best friend referred me. They look so natural and fantastic! I had a really bad experience previously with eyelash extensions a few years ago, so I was always scared to get them again. I will update my review in a few weeks again, but for now.. my experience was great! Naomi was really efficient and quick. The first time I got them done, it was so hard because it took so long. I am glad I found someone so sweet and quick with their hands. Pricing is not too bad too, she has options! read more

Absolutely perfect! Naomi is gentle, fast, and does an absolutely stunning job! Highly recommended!

Naomi is seriously the best. I got so lucky finding her for my first extensions, and I stayed with her for 5 months until I moved away. I wasn't familiar with lash extensions when I saw her, I just knew that the cateye look that a lot of my coworkers had was NOT for me, I explained how I felt that shape would look heavy on my eye and that I wanted to really look open and natural, while helping my deep set eyes. I was nervous cuz my lashes are thin/fine and blonde too. I told her basically that I wanted to look good. It's nerve wracking sitting there with your eyes closed, not knowing how you'll look, but I was so happy when I finished. The shape, the thickness and the the length was perfect. And it always was! They last for a very long time and there was always minimal fallout (seriously, I was shocked). I would get endless compliments on how natural they looked. You can't find better! Going to a new place where I live now, they use heavier and more damaging lashes than Naomi does, and they all fall out so quickly. I miss her!! read more
