I was honestly a bit skeptical at first because they aren't an actual dentist office, but he really needed to remove some tough coffee stains and decided to give it a shot since it was easy to book an appointment and they had availability. From the research I did comparing dental offices and teeth whitening services, it looks like Spatini uses professional grade whitening that dental offices use. $Price for x60 min teeth whitening = -- They completely honored the Groupon price of $100 right on the spot. I am incredibly happy with the results of my man's first whitening session, and the price and convenience make it definitely worth it. I already plan on going back for a second or third round. * ​The only reason I'm giving this place a four instead of a five comes down to the setup and communication. The inside of the space could definitely look a bit more professional. Also, they don't really answer the phone when you try to call. * ​Because of that, if you have questions, I'd recommend just texting the number listed on their website instead of calling. My service was for 1 hour teeth whitening. Now if you are addicted to coffee as I am, you are going to go through withdrawals! I had a serious headache the following day. What's that got to do with Spatini and a Yelp, you ask? Well let me tell you, when you get your teeth whitening service you cannot eat or drink anything that would stain a white shirt for up to 48 hours! So stock up on plain fat free Greek yogurt! The bleaching makes the teeth porous and needs time to close. I had a dentist friend confirm this. So don't mess up what you paid good money for. OK, PSA done, back to our regularly scheduled Yelp review... If you park in the lot it will cost $9. It was over 100 degrees so it was worth saving the steps in the heat of the day. Faith provided my service. She took a before and after pic, but she didn't offer show me at the end of my service. I would have liked to have seen the comparison, but it was obvious it worked. Services are provided in an open concept floor plan which seems like being a bit of a cadaver on a slab with people milling around conducting other business. The body near me was getting her eyebrows micro bladed on. She was chatty as F¥€£ ! When her technician was finished she wanted more. Biotch, if you want your professional to do a good job, shut up! How would she like someone chatting in her face incessantly while she's trying to concentrate and complete a project with a deadline! Word- if you are getting a service you paid for, that's enough attention. Want to chat, hire a therapist. So that's my second PSA for etiquette on getting services especially in an open forum. I'm very upset because of astonishingly subpar lash lift done by the salon owner. One third of my lashes are bent at sharp angles and are falling out. Another third is curled forming almost complete circles that are touching my eyelids. Last third is somehow barely lifted. While nice and chatty, the owner was very careless throughout the process, and I would never return there to have my lashes fixed, let alone for another lift. read more

Pauline a is a wonderful person and she truly cares about her customers and will educate you on how to improve your skin on your own at home so you don't have to come in as much. This place is running a scam, with groupon. You buy an expensive dental procedure through groupon, then their system doesn't let you redeem anything. Their overall practice is like one or 2 unlicensed people just trying to scam as much money as possible, and you have to leave messages that they take forever to respond to, and use groupon's corporate customer service practices to not refund your money. After 2 months of non response the vendor calls back from a phone number ID from some church, and also refuses to refund my money. She wants you to double pay, then eventually she might turn around and refund your money. I'd never work with this vendor or groupon again. Review is for LashLift/Tint ONLY. Although Pauline was very nice, and the 1st LashLift/Tint was good, the 2nd time I went to do the LashLift/Tint was a disaster. Singed, crinkled, going all directions lashes - even after going back for 'relaxing' TWICE. Burned, and shortened lashes are now the result. Including burned eyelid from 'relaxing' chemicals. Lashes will take MONTHS to return to normal. I do not recommend LashLift/Tint. EDITED VERSION: The pictures posted on Spatini website are when I had the FIRST lash lift - which I stated was 'good' in my review. The issue was with the 2nd lash lift. read more
