So I was searching pasadena for teeth whitening for my better half... and was happy to find one in Pasadena! He went to Spatini for the first time, and this review is for teeth whitening only. I was honestly a bit skeptical at first because they aren't an actual dentist office, but he really needed to remove some tough coffee stains and decided to give it a shot since it was easy to book an appointment and they had availability. From the research I did comparing dental offices and teeth whitening services, it looks like Spatini uses professional grade whitening that dental offices use. $Price for x60 min teeth whitening = -- They completely honored the Groupon price of $100 right on the spot. I am incredibly happy with the results of my man's first whitening session, and the price and convenience make it definitely worth it. I already plan on going back for a second or third round. * The only reason I'm giving this place a four instead of a five comes down to the setup and communication. The inside of the space could definitely look a bit more professional. Also, they don't really answer the phone when you try to call. * Because of that, if you have questions, I'd recommend just texting the number listed on their website instead of calling. For booking, just go directly through their companysite--they actually have a tab right there that features the Groupon price anyway. I'll note to definitely skip the phone calls and just book online next time! x JULY 2026 review read more

Recently had micro needling with radio frequency and Paulina was great. It was my first time and she talked me through it. Took pictures during to show how it was going. Nice clean environment. With lots of services available. read more

My service was for 1 hour teeth whitening. Now if you are addicted to coffee as I am, you are going to go through withdrawals! I had a serious headache the following day. What's that got to do with Spatini and a Yelp, you ask? Well let me tell you, when you get your teeth whitening service you cannot eat or drink anything that would stain a white shirt for up to 48 hours! So stock up on plain fat free Greek yogurt! The bleaching makes the teeth porous and needs time to close. I had a dentist friend confirm this. So don't mess up what you paid good money for. OK, PSA done, back to our regularly scheduled Yelp review... If you park in the lot it will cost $9. It was over 100 degrees so it was worth saving the steps in the heat of the day. Faith provided my service. She took a before and after pic, but she didn't offer show me at the end of my service. I would have liked to have seen the comparison, but it was obvious it worked. Services are provided in an open concept floor plan which seems like being a bit of a cadaver on a slab with people milling around conducting other business. The body near me was getting her eyebrows micro bladed on. She was chatty as F¥€£ ! When her technician was finished she wanted more. Biotch, if you want your professional to do a good job, shut up! How would she like someone chatting in her face incessantly while she's trying to concentrate and complete a project with a deadline! Word- if you are getting a service you paid for, that's enough attention. Want to chat, hire a therapist. So that's my second PSA for etiquette on getting services especially in an open forum. I was relaxed and the time passed was a relaxed moment of a busy day, for that I'm grateful, and I got the results I paid for! Even if I had to forgo coffee for a couple days, it was worth it. read more

Came for a lash lift and it was a great experience. My lashes curl so they look short but with the lift and tint they made my lashes look so much longer. They offer a lot of other services and it's in a cute boutique. Definitely recommend! read more

I purchased a Groupon for a stem cell microneedling treatment at this spa. This was my first time trying this type of treatment, and unfortunately it was more uncomfortable than I expected because no numbing cream was applied beforehand. The experience was quite painful for me. I'm also not sure whether the provider was an RN or a med spa technician. The treatment area is an open room where multiple clients receive services at the same time, which may be something to consider for those who prefer more privacy. read more

I'm very upset because of astonishingly subpar lash lift done by the salon owner. One third of my lashes are bent at sharp angles and are falling out. Another third is curled forming almost complete circles that are touching my eyelids. Last third is somehow barely lifted. While nice and chatty, the owner was very careless throughout the process, and I would never return there to have my lashes fixed, let alone for another lift. read more

Today was my first visit to Spatini! It certainly won't be my last! My 2 daughters and l visited today. We had the Zoom Teeth Whitening as well as the Laser Lipo Pads. I first came to Pauline almost 2 years ago after purchasing a microneedling Groupon and I've been hooked ever since. Pauline a is a wonderful person and she truly cares about her customers and will educate you on how to improve your skin on your own at home so you don't have to come in as much. She doesn't try to up-sale you like other places do and will work with your budget. My skin used to be so bad and i was constantly struggling with it. I had really bad acne, hyperpigmentation, dry, dull, textured skin. She has educated me so much about skincare. She taught me about being cautious of the ingredients I put on my skin. She showed me what products I should be using. I've come a long way, but I couldn't be more grateful to have found her. My skin has literally never looked better. read more

5 stars for a reason! Pauline is the MVP and best. She's such a sweetheart and it's her own place. She has done my microneedling and my brows and eyelashes and my skin looks amazing Everytime I go. Also the teeth whitening is INSANE! read more

My first time teeth whitening. Everyone here was really pleasant. Felix did the treatment and he was great. Happy with the results.

Pauline was able to squeeze me in for a last min appointment (lash lift) right before closing for a special occasion. She's very sweet and easy to talk to. Made the time fly by quickly, and I was happy with the results. Very cute and clean studio. Thank you! read more

This place is running a scam, with groupon. You buy an expensive dental procedure through groupon, then their system doesn't let you redeem anything. Their overall practice is like one or 2 unlicensed people just trying to scam as much money as possible, and you have to leave messages that they take forever to respond to, and use groupon's corporate customer service practices to not refund your money. After 2 months of non response the vendor calls back from a phone number ID from some church, and also refuses to refund my money. She wants you to double pay, then eventually she might turn around and refund your money. I'd never work with this vendor or groupon again. Proof of scam, and refusal to refund in photos attached. read more

First time here for zoom teeth whitening. Flex did a great job. Very happy with the whole experience and the result.

No one really understands what kind of attention my skin needs other than Spatini. The only medical spa that specifically addressed my skin troubles the moment I stepped in to their clinic and genuinely cares about making it better by educating me with the right information along with utmost concern and tactfulness. Pauline and Faith are the nicest people you could ever trust for battling your skin issues. I also love that Pauline is a devout Christian who I can share my beliefs with which makes every visit worth it read more

I got the micro needling coupon through Groupon. I really enjoyed the session. The owners are so nice. And I got great results and saw immediate lifting to my face. In the few days afterwards I had some mild peeling which as far as I'm concerned was a good sign that new skin cells would be emerging. I also really appreciate that they're open in the evenings. I will definitely be going back. read more

I've been a Spatini client for years. I've had a few services done by Pauline (facials, waxing, microblading) and I've always been completely satisfied. I've been wanting a tatoo for many many years and was excited when tiny tattoos were added to the menu. Went in today for my first tatoo and walked out of there super satisfied, and ready to go back for my next few. Jessica is an amazing artist! She is super professional and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. read more

Review is for LashLift/Tint ONLY. Although Pauline was very nice, and the 1st LashLift/Tint was good, the 2nd time I went to do the LashLift/Tint was a disaster. Singed, crinkled, going all directions lashes - even after going back for 'relaxing' TWICE. Burned, and shortened lashes are now the result. Including burned eyelid from 'relaxing' chemicals. Lashes will take MONTHS to return to normal. I do not recommend LashLift/Tint. EDITED VERSION: The pictures posted on Spatini website are when I had the FIRST lash lift - which I stated was 'good' in my review. The issue was with the 2nd lash lift. read more

Went for tooth lightening twice -- I really like this place and Felix was great!! The salon has a nice ambiance - and they have a nice little tea and coffee bar with sparkling water too -- a nice touch. You can see that this husband and wife team really cares and wants to make their mark in Pasadena. From the decor, you can tell that they have made an effort to make it beautiful. I love to support small businesses that are making a difference in the community. I will definitely come back for the other services -- they have a very nice personal touch which is what makes them different from other places. Good luck to you! read more

I came to Pauline to get microblading done on my eyebrows. Pauline and i connected via text and she was prompt at responding ( let's face it, when i text someone for an appt i usually give them a day or two to respond) I came to my appt with pictures of the eyebrow shape that i was looking for and Pauline made her recommendations. I was a little nervous but with the relaxing music and her explanation of exactly what she was doing put me at ease. I am over the top pleased with the results and shape of my new eyebrows. The color is spot on and the recovery was not bad at all. Well worth the price and the time i am saving daily on drawing on my old eyebrows. read more

It's about time I review this gem but better late than never right? My review is based on place of service, customer service and quality of service. 5 stars on all 3 categories Let me first say that this spot is a hidden gem not only is it clean it has a fun and inviting vibe. Pauline and the talented ladies who work there are always attentive and very skilled with what they do. I have gone with a group of my best friends and they all love their services from facials, eyebrow lamination, eyelash perms and injections! I look forward to always getting my treatments with Spatini. read more

I had heard of eyebrow microblading, but had no idea how that worked. All I knew was I was tired of spending an hour an attempt to draw them in , just to have them smear throughout the day. My full makeup application takes me 30-45 minutes depending on how fancy I get, but then drawing crooked eyebrows for an hour was very frustrating . Pauline came to the rescue! OMG! I went in with thinning very light eyebrows and came out with perfect eyebrows! Pauline is very sweet and talented. We were joking I look 20 years younger! 100% recommend if you are considering demo permanent eye brows, go see Pauline! Thank you girl!! read more
