Once upon a time, I bought a groupon and went for an eyelash perm. No name dropping the establishment... :) I closed my eyes and when I opened them, I had lashes which were not mine. The tech had mistaken me for one of her regulars who gets lashes done. I think the biggest issue was that I had a mask on and we had communication issues. I was shocked! As you can see, I'm a newbie at these services. Fast forward, I yelped this spot to get those lashes removed. It was WAY too much for me and I went from looking classy to trashy. However, when I got to the location my fickle mind changed and I ended up with a set of lashes more suitable for me. Mona was my tech and she was gentle and fast. What surprised me even more was that the glue didn't have a scent. The previous place's glue smelled like perm products. That's why I honestly though it was a perm. read more

I wear strip lashes daily so it was nice that my friend gifted me the experience to get my lashes done for my birthday with a groupon code. Scheduled an appointment and was booked with Zoey. Located upstairs on the east side of the Prospect plaza with many other businesses. Theres lower level parking as well. Zoey was friendly and meticulous. Gentle applying everything and asked me what kind of style I wanted. I showed her some "references" I kinda liked and she did a good job replicating it. I got a 3D full set. Took roughly 2 hours. The salon was relaxing. Wasnt too loud, everyone was respectful of the noise level. They played music and there wasnt much conversation going. Temperature was comfortable and they do ask you to take your shoes off. I loved my lashes and actually may consider returning. I appreciate Zoey for checking in on me to make sure I was okay and at the end applied eye drops for me. I think a great touch for clients who are new to this would be an aftercare sheet. Although they relayed the information verbally afterwards, I was still quite overwhelmed with the process but I just looked up the aftercare. I also dont know if there are special lash wash/soap but that would be a good product to sell. Love my lashes and may consider coming back for a different look/style. read more

I had mine done as a gift (thank you Ox ) on 1/1/2025 (it's 1/10/2025 today) for $78 for 8-9mm length lashes and this was just the regular and not a lot but still looks great w a natural look. This was $78 excluding tip and it took about 1 hour. It was cozy and warm w blankets they provide. No pain. And only 1-2 lashes fell off in the last 11 days after taking almost daily very warm showers. If any lashes fall off in the 1st 7 days you are allowed to get free reattachments. read more

My first appointment I came on time but waited over 30 minutes because they overbooked, but I still tipped the guy $10. I got another Groupon but a different listing (they have 2). This time, they won't accept it because they claim that each person can only use 1 every 365 days.. Jin eyelash check your terms. It says it may be repurchased every 90 days. If you let people buy it but don't let people use it. What is the point? Time is money. You just wasted a whole hour of my life. You also have 2 separate listings....people can buy it not knowing it's you again. I will never come back but I suggest you consolidate your listings and update your terms to avoid confusing other customers! Responding to Dalong's response below...you know I am NOT the only customer who was mislead by your "terms" because you asked me to ask Groupon for a refund because your OTHER customers were able to get a refund. I am also providing screenshots of how misleading your Groupon listings are. If you don't like Groupon customers...you can just leave the platform. Don't trick people with misleading terms. Allow people to buy multiple when you can only accept one a year, but they expire in 6 months. You as the owner have the ability to limit 1 groupon purchase per person. Also, you didn't refuse my service, you refused the Groupon and want me to pay full price. I had Zoey as my lash tech -- she was amazing! Very gentle and quick (only about 45 minutes) she made my lashes look BEAUTIFUL I was shocked when I opened my eyes! She clearly has a lot of experience, as do the rest of the staff based on other reviews. This is the place to go if you want beautiful manga lashes. This was my very first time getting lash extensions at a professional salon, this was not like the mom/pop nail shops where they use weave hair glue/nail glue to adhere those thick lash clusters in a back corner, this was a very nice establishment, everyone was working silently while relaxing music played in the background . I decided to try this place out and called in for a last minute appointment on a Sunday around 3pm. They let me come in 5pm and I was surprised how easy it was to book an appointment here. I believe I got my lashes done by a guy named Jin. He was really fast, I actually think it was the fastest appointment I ever had for extensions. It took only an hour for a full set. He was really nice. He asked me if I liked it and made sure to fix anything I didn't like about it before leaving. Had a traumatic experience here. I came here twice first time I showed one style they did a completely different one but it honestly looked good still so I thought let me try this again OMG worst decision. It was a different lady this time that during the removal ripped out a lot of my lashes then said you have holes in your lashline but I'll fix it for you. This was honestly already when i was over it but i was like whatever im already here I can't change that she ripped out my lashes anyway. She also kept asking you want c curl or d curl because what you have is more g curl and I was like lady I want what I showed you I don't know what all these terms are. She didn't even want to take a pic of the example photo I wanted. 2!!!!! Hours later she did one eye and asked me if this is what I want. I attached a picture here I almost had a panic attack. It looked awful and nothing like what I've asked for at all. Then she called over another lady saying ohhh prettyyyyy. I was literally like this is not pretty and not what I asked for. Being going there for months. Initially went there because my previous lash spot can't do bottom eyelashes. But at Jins they do a set of bottom eyelashes under 10 minutes.. I have been obsessed. A full set usually takes an hour to an hour and half. Compared to the other spots I've been to, Jins pry has the fastest lash artists. And they come out looking great! You can pick how long/how curly the lashes you want, and of course customize color/multiple lengths too. Decided to try out this place because of a Groupon for 3D lash extensions. The receptionist or owner was very polite and attentive. It is located in a large plaza upstairs. I had to park in their underground parking on a Friday afternoon. I called in for an appointment and got booked for one a few hours later the same day. The male lash tech took me to a seating table and asked me what I wanted and examined my eyes. I was finished within an hour and he paid a lot of attention to the small details and made sure I liked what I got. He even went out of his way to go back and fix things for me and make me feel comfortable. The worst part was she cut 2 of my lashes off with scissors. I thought I was crazy but I got lashes done at another place and they asked about the lashes cutting off.
