I've been coming here for years and stayed loyal despite frequent wait times of 20 minutes past my scheduled appointments. There have also been times I left unsatisfied, but I continued to give them chances because of my history with the studio. Unfortunately, today was the final straw. I left unhappy with my lashes and politely asked if they could be fixed--something every other lash studio I've been to has always accommodated. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, and I was essentially told "better luck next time," which felt both rude and unprofessional. I've truly appreciated their consistency. I've been coming here few a close to 2 years. When I started getting my lashes done, I was looking for newer places who had promotional offers and it was always hit or miss. And when I would try to squeeze in going to another place, it never works out. They always have availabilty and although I haven't gone to the East LA location, it's nice to know that they have multiple locations. Paying a little more for consistency is so worth it. read more

I've been coming here for years and this is the first time I've ever had a really bad experience. The eyelash extensions were applied in a way that they were constantly poking my eyes and causing discomfort. I went back to have them fixed, but instead of correcting the issue, the technician just removed the lashes and didn't replace them or offer a proper solution. It honestly felt like a waste of money, which was disappointing after being a loyal customer for so long. By the 8th day, she called to have them fixed, but the tech said she'd do it this time only and that my girlfriend had "waited too long." That makes no sense--lashes shouldn't be falling out in clumps after just getting them done. She went back to get them "fixed," but honestly, they still look bad. Ana is the best! I have been going to her for a while and she always know exactly what I want. She is particular and super detailed to make sure I walk out with a beautiful set every time. The store is located in a small plaza with limited parking but you can always park in the plaza next door and walk over. Other than that, definitely recommend making an appointment! I came to this establishment with my friends. We all had completely different experiences. They were very rude to my friends during our visit. My friends were not satisfied with their lashes and wanted to make some adjustments but they were rushed out immediately after their session. One of my friend has a chemical burn from the glue they used and her eyes were red and irritated two days after the appointment. I got a full set 5/3 by 5/10 they were coming off..I got them filled again..by 5/15 I was done. For me they didn't stay..I couldn't decide on sensitive or oil proof glue. I might get them again this summer with the oil/water proof glue..they looked nice and the ladies were nice..place is clean. My go to place to get lashes done now! I got my lashes a few months ago while going on vacation and I am so surprised how long they lasted me. I went in the ocean water every day for 10 days and the lashes lasted over a month. Probably would've gone longer if I didn't sleep on my side at times, because one side was almost perfect and the other was falling off more. I never give bad reviews but I was pretty disappointed with the services I received here. My lashes came out so heavy and my eyes were stinging so badly. Before I could ask for some extensions to be removed, I was rushed out to make room for their next client. I came to my allotted time and would've expect to leave satisfied if accommodations were needed. With that said, I went to a different location to get them removed so I wouldn't have to deal with the lack of hospitality but my eyes are still bloodshot from this store's glue and them gluing the extensions so close to the lash line. I wish I can give this zero stars because the service here was terrible. I was scammed and the workers were really rude. My lash set didn't come out exactly the way I wanted and when I asked the workers if I can get it fixed they said no and didn't offer any other accommodations. I wasn't offered any other methods of payment therefore when I paid with card I was charged with an extra $2 fee and I was also asked to give tip on the spot.
