Little backstory : I had an event scheduled for Saturday and my lash tech canceled before my appointment. Obviously frantic I went on Instagram to try and find someone who could squeeze or take me in such short notice. I couldn't find anyone who's work I liked until I stumbled upon Mars page. What instantly attracted me also was the time durations for fills and full sets. I immediately texted the phone number listed and to my surprise I was able to come in for a foreign fill same day and out the door in her timeframe. I loved the design , the length and the retention. Definitely would recommend and I've been going to her ever since The studio was dim and very relaxing !

I went here expecting to get beautiful lashes done and Sydney did my lashes and let me tell you worst experience ever she took 2 hours to do a horrible job. I messaged her asking for a refund and she refused and asked me to go in for a fill but why would I want to go back to have the same issue happen. I refused and asked if I can at least get my deposit back and she still refused. So if you are looking into getting lashes here I would stay clear from Sydney.

I really enjoy the quality of materials they use. I have been to so many other lash artist and shops and they are the quickest while being gentle. I enjoy how you can just book an appointment online and there are so many appointments available everyday. Cleanliness is super important here and they always clean their tools and beds. I feel like a walking doll every time I get my lashes done here. They always make sure I love my lashes and are always willing to fix it if I don't like them. My lashes are always so fluffy and soft and they have lasted the longest out of anywhere I have been to.

I tried getting my lashes with Mar for the first time and although the lashes looked good afterwards, at the end of the session my eyes burned for a while. despite what they say, it's not normal. My lashes lasted less than 2 weeks. A few weeks later I tried Meli. She took almost 3 hrs long! And my lashes DO NOT LOOK GOOD AT ALL!! They clumped together and hurt my eyes. I had to take them off 3 days later. Not to mentioned that I paid the same for both which is not ok since Meli does not have the same experience as Mar. Needless to say I will never go back to this place and will not recommend it. I found another place in Covina and my lashes last 4 weeks and do not burn or hurt my eyes. I hope ppl read this review and take into consideration before making an appointment. .

Came here for the grand opening and it was such a cute set up. I won a bath bomb and a face mask ha ha anyways I love the set up of the place and it's very personal and intimate. Marissa the owner does all the work herself and she's so patient and super flexible. I have my appointment for eyebrow tinting and she was able to schedule me right away. Definitely need to try her lashes though. read more

This place is a scam! 1. My lash set was supposed to be a volume set and that isn't what I received which should have been the first red flag. 2. My lashes were falling off on my way home from my appointment, my left eye extensions fell out completely in two days! It seemed like they weren't even glued on at all! 3. I contacted the business and I kept getting the run around telling me to come in for an appointment to get them fixed but they would never answer as to when I could go in. 4.They refused to refund my money. Marisa did so good on my lashes! You can tell she's very experienced because she was so quick! She took my appointment with short notice and sometimes other lash techs aren't even available. I've been to a handful of different lash techs and she's been the friendliest and fastest one I've been too. The picture of my lashes is straight off the bed . Well... first and foremost I'd like to give a shout-out to mar for the beautiful lash sets she has done on me. They looks amazing and beautiful! I also want to give a shout-out to Pauline for fixing my hair with extensions after I had a previous stylists hair disaster by a hairstylist in Corona. She did such an amazing job at helping me fix the chemical melt by adding hair extensions and making my hair look super natural. I am happy again and she gave me hope for my hair to regrow. She was very understanding and attended to my needs as soon as I got to the shop. She is amazing and does amazing work! I recommended for everyone to go to her! You won't regret it! I went to get lashes on for the very first time. I have virgin eye lashes. I showed Mar ( the owner) what I wanted. Classic look, very natural 2 pics from her IG that was posted. After she was done , I looked like the little girl Cindy Lou Woo from the GRINCH, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied . Her response was that picture was from 3 yrs ago. What did that have to do with it.She should have corrected the problem , she stated I cannot right now I have another appointment. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I PAID $120 For lashes that made me look like a character ! After leaving her shop, I went directly to another shop to have these hideous lashes removed. So beware! read more

I asked my pedicurist to do my pedicure with hot water. They had no hot water. THEY HAD NO HOT WATER!!!!! So my entire pedicure was done in cold water. I let the owner know and she said it was because they have been doing head spas all day. Again, laughable. My pedicurist insured me that she was going to give me a discount. At this point, I didn't care I just wanted to be finished. When I go to pay, the lady at the cash register hands me a gift card for $10. I asked her what that was for and she said that was my discount. I said why the hell would I want a gift card for $10? The service you provided was terrible. Why would I wanna come back here and how is this at all the compensation for waiting 45 minutes and then having to do a pedicure in cold water? She then said she could take five dollars off of my treatment. I just hugged my lady and told her to call me when she's left this place, left after paying, and will never look back. This business won't last long. Not even the people who live in this area should accept this kind of quality.

My second experience here is where it all went downhill. I got a dermaplane facial and requested a…read moredermabrasion as well. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

They start by examining your scalp and then tailor the treatment to your specific hair and scalp needs. It never feels rushed or generic. During the treatment you are seated in a super comfortable spa chair and wrapped in warm blankets. I honestly felt like I was floating on a cloud and I have fallen asleep more than once because it is that relaxing. After the session they even blow dry your hair so you do not leave looking like you just rolled out of bed. The staff are always friendly attentive and gentle. I especially love how private and quiet the environment is. Other head spas I have tried in Orange County felt more like noisy hair salons with constant chattering but U Mi is calm peaceful and truly spa like. This has officially become my quarterly routine and I cannot recommend it enough if you are looking for real relaxation and scalp care done right.

The entire atmosphere is so relaxing and even with other guests throughout, it's a pretty quiet location. I will continue coming back for more facials now as well!

I found stylist on Instagram @luvinthe_hair. First thing I loved was that she is salon based. On IG she had a great hair extension special. Day of my appointment consultation went great. I do have thick hair so she recommend 2 bundles for a great blend. She slayeddddd my hair I walked out paying $600, extra hair extension bundle was $250 I definitely needed it. And also added color. She's great with blondes I would definitely recommend Luvinthe_hair (Paloma). If you are/or want cheap hair look else where, her work speaks for its self you get what you pay for and she will slayyy your hair bomb! 5+ forsure! Extension hair is great quality too. Went to get my hair done here with the hair stylist. I find her on Instagram, Luvinthe_hair. I loved her work. I booked an appointment I walked in with black box dye hair. I showed her an inspiration photo of platinum hair. Let me just say, SHE DID IT! I was so happy with my results! Took quite some hours but she took me from black to blonde and added extensions and kept my hair healthy! I did pay a pretty penny almost $1200 but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Paloma is nice, experienced and very educated in hair! I definitely recommend her, you will NOT be disappointed!!! read more
