The whole process was easy to book with Anna. She's super friendly and talkative. Definitely will answer any questions for you. There is a deposit when booking with her that goes towards your appointment. Upon your appointment day, Anna starts off by mapping your eyebrows shape and color. Don't worry if it's been awhile since you've done your eyebrows because Anna will correct them for you. She then examines your eyebrow to make sure the mapping match. Anna provides numbing cream throughout the entire process. The whole process took about 1.5-2 hours with breaks in between if you needed it or discomfort. Anna did my lip blush and it was such an amazing experience from beginning to end! Parking: Her salon is right across a parking structure making it super easy! She was able to customize the tone and color I wanted for my lips and knew exactly what I was getting at. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process with putting on the numbing cream on my lips to checking in with me periodically. I've gotten 3 services from Anna and have had great experiences each time! I first got the ombré powder brows in summer 2021 when Anna was getting started with brows, and she was very intentional and paid great attention to detail. She was always very friendly and made sure I was comfortable along the process. Loved the brows and easily waking up each day with minimal make up effort (I'm a low-maintenance gal)! They healed really well and didn't fade. I received so many compliments by friends, family, and even other random people I encountered in business/health settings. I got a touch up about 1.5 years later (Feb 2023) and asked for a little bit darker shade. Once again, Anna did an amazing and precise. I also appreciate that she's a fun and warm conversationalist! Her current studio is clean and in an easy to access location with a free parking lot. She explains the aftercare process and offers an aftercare packet with ointment, wipes, and cotton tips after each session. Recently, I received a tattoo from her flash design and was happy with the way it turned out. Although it didn't initially retain too well, as she's still growing and learning as a tattoo artist, she touched it up and now it looks great. Worried about the pain? - Anna is really conscious throughout the entire process of your level of pain tolerance. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and makes sure to ask how you're doing throughout the process if she needs to make any adjustments.
