I had to get my lashes done for my wedding back in January so I was very picky with who I went to get them done. Since it was my first time getting lash extensions I was a bit nervous since I wasn't familiar with the process. In the beginning I got a bit anxious (that's just me) but Cindy made me feel very comfortable and her work space is very clean and cozy it's. She was very gentle and careful. I always appreciate when someone is friendly, especially when you're a new customer. She made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. The entire business is beautiful inside. It's spacious, very clean, smells so good, and I love the colors they used to decorate. Her room is just as cute! Nicely decorated with a pop of hot pink! She goes over what look you're going for and you can also show her pics from her page of how you want your lashes, if you don't have an idea. Her prices are very reasonable, but she does charge a deposit upon scheduling your appointment. I've noticed with other stylists, placing a deposit can be a point of contention, but that deposit goes towards your service and it also guarantees your spot. I understand having the requirement of a deposit, because many people will schedule an appointment and not show up. Stylists are generally unable to immediately schedule someone else, so they lose out on money they're depending on to pay their bills, as well as someone else is missing out on an appointment they could've had. So don't make having to place a deposit keep you from scheduling with her. She's really good at what she does! You will not leave disappointed! On July 30, 2026, I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment at Posh Brows for a brow wax sculpt, brow…read morelamination, and hybrid tint. While the staff was courteous, the quality of the service was extremely disappointing and ultimately resulted in a painful injury. The appointment lasted two hours, yet the service was still left incomplete. My eyebrows were never properly concealed, and the hybrid tint was not fully finished before I was told the appointment was over. More concerning, I left with what appears to be severe chemical or wax burns between my eyebrows and underneath both brows. I have been getting my eyebrows professionally waxed for many years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. The affected areas are raw, painful, and extremely sensitive. Even something as simple as washing my face causes significant burning and discomfort. I trusted this business to provide a professional and safe service, but instead I left with visible injuries, ongoing pain, and damage to my skin. This experience has been both physically painful and emotionally distressing, and it is completely unacceptable for a routine cosmetic appointment to end this way. And to make matters even worse, my eyebrows are uneven.
