First time coming here for a lash lift and tint, and Angela did an AMAZING job. She was able to accommodate me, my mom, and my cousin and take care of all of us at once. Let me start by saying that I found her thru her amazing instagram page. I fell in love with her work and decided to take her course. I took her course in March 2020 and can honestly say she is a good, kindhearted, funny, inspiring, intelligent instructor who will get far in her business. I was afraid at first to take her class since this would be my second time taking a lash course and it wasn't a good educational experience. Yet she was a good instructor that I actually learned a lot that was left out from my previous class. I would say that her lash kit comes with good products and materials. I'm not one to write reviews, but I am when they treat customers or followers unfairly! They had a giveaway & they didn't add the entries in accurately. Supposedly the "assistant" added everyone's entries in, but failed to add in ALL the entries! I specifically asked if multiple comments would count as more entries & only seen my name scroll through ONCE, yet seen about 1 or 2 other names scroll through about twice or three times. In the lash industry, it's already hard when you compare your work to the work of others. But it is especially hard when those who portray to their followers that they're honest & helpful, when in reality it's just for the followers & clientele. I could of easily just paid for the class itself, but everyone loves a free giveaway. I've heard so much about this company that I decided to follow through & pursue another class with this company, but dishonesty is something I can't stand in the business! Angela is an instructor for this technique, so when I say she is good, she really is a pro and uses top quality materials. I came in as a last minute appointment and the receptionist was so kind to squeeze me in. I initially didn't have high expectations because I was a last minute walk -in but when I walked into the suite I was blown away. The class did not disappoint Angela is an AMAZING instructor! She is friendly and knows her ish! Im updating my review because after everything I already went through and my previous review, Angela got upset and cancelled sending me the product they were supposed to replace. In retalliation she also charged me for shipping on the credit she had already given me, cancelled it , and never refunded what I paid for shipping, all because of an honest review. She said all I did was complain and that her and her team dont need to be nice to people like that . If youre dealing with them via the online option they'll definitely just take your money and not care about sending you everything they promised. Everything from product being sent broken , the lack of customer service and education, you cant even put up an honest review or else they'll stop responding to you and take back anything they did to rectify the issue. The owner is super petty and only deals with you is youre kissing ass. You'd think they'd be understanding that people are paying alot of money for their services and starting their lash journeys. NOTHING I brought to their attention got fixed and the experience only got worse and worse. This review is just for anyone looking for quality online training. The reviews on here are great and im sure the experience is great in person but the online option is definitely not good. Its really just a zoom call. I just want to put out my personal experience so nobody else goes through this. First off I got sent the wrong manual and broken products, which they fixed right away but then the day of training not even an hour before , they cancel because the instructor was having flu like symptoms. Which again is understandable. Finally the day of the class comes a month later and I barely got any instruction or feedback. I sent in photos as instructed and text after text with no reply until I got upset and sent both an email and text about how I haven't heard anything since the demo . Angela finally reached out and again had another reason of why she didnt pay much attention what was going on with me, this time was because she had such a large class and a viewing to go to right after and offered me some store credit and that she can mentor me or I can just use the pretraining videos. which were subpar compared to what you can get for free on YouTube . I was just gonna take the loss, try and be understanding , and keep teaching myself with some YouTube videos and alot of practice and looked forward to just being certified in general and my investment in the product . Then I get an email from tracking that they sent in my certificate to the wrong address. I sent an email to the admin and forwarded it to Angela about it and still no response. The online option just feels like a rip off and you'll just feel like an after thought to be honest. Youre better off building your kit and doing some research on better online trainings or just go out of your way and show up in person because you'll get the hands on training , priority in instruction and your certificate right away. I signed up to take the Sept 10 class. with rescheduling to sept 30 and waiting for shipping its been about a month and ive gotten mostly inconveniences , miscommunications and im still not certified. Just save your coins sis do some research and make sure to ask tons of questions along the way so youre not left in the dark. The online option with them is not it . read more
